1. Still Great.

   I used infinity about 5 years ago for my move from NC to Texas. I gave them a call once I found out I was moving again. It was the same service I got back them. Everybody was on top of their job. The sales rep, the managers, the dispatch department and the movers. Once again the list we put together was accurate and I had no issues when the movers showed up. I actually ended up paying less then I was quoted which always helps. The movers handled all my stuff with care and there were no damages. The delivery was fast and Im very happy the company is still as good as I remember it. Im always happy to share some good news. These days you never know who you are dealing with and others like to pass off the move for cheap. Not the case here they did it all. Quality company.

2. Horrible movers. Beware!

   They will charge you extra for everything that is not told upfront. In the end, they will keep furniture as it is and not even assemble it. They will take money in cash and threaten to not transfer if you do not pay the guys.
   
   Cheat, fraud, scammers, they wont event process the claim that they agree to after breaking stuff.

3. They broke my stuff and now won't answer the phone.

   Infinity did a terrible job on my move. They broke a LOT of my stuff. Now, I packed the boxes myself, so technically they aren't responsible for that. I personally don't think they needed to CRUSH my boxes, but that's my opinion.
   
   They WERE responsible for the furniture and art, and they broke several pieces. They also gave me a box that wasn't mine, and they didn't care at all about retrieving that person's possessions when I called to tell them. Never tried.
   
   That was over a year and a half ago. I filed a claim afterwards for the broken stuff that they were responsible for, and they have given me the run-around ever since. 90% of the time they don't answer the phone and my messages go unreturned. On the 10% of the time that they do answer the phone, they apologize, and say they'll call me back when they have figured out why the claim hasn't gone through yet. Never once have they called back.
   
   This is a terrible company that deserves to go out of business. They make the world a measurably worse place.

4. Worst mover I ever dealt.

   This mover is basically a CHEATER and FRAUD. I will advise NEVER do business with them. I have moved with them 6 months ago, they charged almost double what what agreed and broke my furniture worth $5000. When I filed claim they came up with $100 settlement. I send them the completed form 3 months ago and try calling (9 out of 10 goes to voicemail) or emailing them but they are not returning my email or call. If somehow I get some representative he/she forward my my call to voicemail.

5. My Worst Move Ever.

   These guys are horrible. They quoted me 1 price and more than doubled it when they came to pick up. They held my stuff in a warehouse for over a week while waiting for a truck. When they finally arrived much later than expected everything was broken and damaged. Filed a claim in November 2014 and still have not been paid. The minimal amount they are paying is ridiculous.
   
   This company is a joke.

6. Don't choose this Vanlines and worst vanlines I never seen.

   This is one of the very worst van lines I never seen. Shipped items from New Jersey to California. But lot of items got damaged and stolen. Especially Dispatcher was very unprofessional. Please don't choose this van line for moving. I submitted my claim, but if I call them always they are telling it will take 120 days (4 months). This vanline is not having any professionalism / ethics. My suggession is , Please don't choose.

7. Moving from Boston to LA.

   I moved from Boston to LA and my overall experience was bad. I will not recommend this movers to others as basically they are cheaters. They first estimated me $2700 but sent some other agencies at my home to pick up and they charged me hefty $5500. They told us that they will come before 3 PM but came in night and finally loaded the truck at midnight. They also broke many of my articles dring transit.The customer service is awful. Most of the time my call went to the voice message and they never returned my call. Beware of the guy "DAN" whois a sales agent and will tell he is the single point of contact before you sign the paper but once you sign he will never communicate or reply your email/messages.Some agents are very rude and will never tell the status of your truck and when it will reach to the destination. Only good thing is the people who delivered atLA were good.

8. Good Job reasonable price.

   So these guys hit the mark on both counts. They provided a great service at a reasonable price that didn't break my budget. The men were polite and attentive and they even threw in some free packing materials to help us out. I was pleased that they made or delievry on the requested day and I was actually suprised that not one thing ghot any visible damage great work.

9. Very helpful.

   I always find it difficult to assemble furniture. That only added to my list of worries while I relocated from Montgomery, AL to Columbia, SC. Luckily, I had hired such a capable company like Infinity van lines who helped me with the move. Their men were just amazing. They packed up all our valuables in just under 3 hours at our old house in Alabama. They were adequately prepared with boxes, tapes and other packing materials. The most dreaded part for me was when I had to assemble back my bed and other furniture after moving. When they delivered everything to my new house in Columbia, the crew lent me a hand with the assembling. I was not expecting that and was absolutely overjoyed. The company was charged us very modestly as well.

10. Couldn’t be better.

    Moving companies are such nightmares. They never deliver on time and on the way so many boxes go missing. They even damage your furniture sometimes beyond any repair. I know all this because I have had terrible experiences with moving companies in the past. For my last move from Atlanta, GA to Austin, TX, I hired Infinity van lines and I wasn’t really expecting much from them. But they really surprised me. They were very rational with the price they asked for; that was the first signal. They sent over 3 men who were very strong and friendly too. The men were very experienced at packing and carrying valuable stuff. Even heavy couches or beds weren’t much of a problem for them. They disassembled beds like it was child’s work. Watching them at work was like watching a fast-paced action movie. None of my boxes went missing on delivery and I really couldn’t find anything to complain about this move.

11. Funny but professional.

    The lead guy (sorry I forget his name) didn’t let us sit without laughing for a single second. He continuously cracked jokes and was Very cheerful. Though he was very funny, he and his team didn’t let us down. All furniture got wrapped and boxed very smoothly by their expert hands. They brought a powerful truck which delivered all the goods to my new place at St. Louis, MO before the designated time. I loved their effort. Good way of serving people shown by Infinity van lines.

12. Worst Service, Stolen costly items while delivery.

     
     
    Placed the order from NewJersey to California  and sales person given final estimated cost $1400. But while picking up the items driver charged $2200, alredy I paid Advacne $420.00. Dispatcher and Driver are very rude and unprofessionals.Since 5/28, I was daily contacting the customer service on my double charged. Daily they are telling the word as "we haven't get the paper work from the driver". Almost the same answer I got upto Jun 22nd due to no proper communication between Customer Service ->  Dispathcer -> Driver. Finally I got the items on 26th Jun, but lot of Costly items was stolen or missing while deliver ( TV Stand, Vaccum, Office Chair with Stand etc.,). we asked driver about missed items, he mentioned as he is not sure about those items. What ever the items dispatcher loaded into the truck those items he delivered. you can talk to your company (Infinity Vanlines). I am not sure how I need to proceed and thse stolen items will cost almost more that $600.
    I paid $2620 and stolen items will cost : $600 and total : $3220. For this cost I can buy all the new items. Now I realize that I don't want to choose this vanlines. Please be aware and don't choose ths company. This is the very very worst experience with this vanlines. Here I am writing my expereince with this vanlines.

13. They did terrific.

    I could have gone with a cheaper company. But I knew that I have to send a good amount if I want good service because nothing comes for free. Based on the online ratings, I shortlisted 4 companies and finally decided on Infinity van lines. They offered the best package and agreed to schedule our move at our preferred date. Everything was perfectly organized and managed. Movers effortlessly did the packing and loading and moved my stuffs before the allotted time. Apart from one broken glass it was flawless. I really do not see any reason not to recommend this company.

14. Excellent moving service.

    This moving company went above and beyond what I thought they would. While I was moving away from my crazy ex girlfriend, they sent happy and friendly movers out to help with the big stuff. If I ever have a big move like that again I'll definitely be back to use Infinity Van Lines.
    The pick up was prompt and nothing got broken or lost along the way. I really felt like I could trust the movers with all of my belongings after meeting them. They were awesome. definitely recommend this company,.

15. Well run company.

    The entire experience went great. I have moved several times and have always had problems with the schedule, the movers, or the price. Not true with Infinity Van Lines. They worked around my schedule, even postponing it due to weather. The movers themselves were on-time, polite, careful, and respectful. They laid down fabric as to not scratch my wood floors, covered furniture with blankets, and tied it all down in the truck. I did not have one issue with them. They are paid based on what they move so I was not worried about them taking breaks or moving slowly. I will definetely use them again!
