I just want to take the time to give thanks where thanks is due. Thank you Infinity Van Lines. Pretty excellent moving service you provided last month for me and my family. You not only met our expectations but you exceeded them. We felt like we're being moved by family or friends. Thank you for caring for our belongings the way you did. The service was great. Infinitely? more like indefinately!
Our family used this company to move from Dallas, TX to Federal Way, WA. Only, after 3 weeks all of our things are still in Dallas. For this privellege we paid $15,000.00. We could have rented 5 uhauls, with drivers and helpers to boot for that much. We've been calling this company repeatedly to find out when we can expect our goods, and they put us on hold and go to lunch, or anything else they can think of to string us along. Long story short, stay away from this 'fly by night' company.

Moving is difficult by nature long distance moving is almost impossible so I want to thank infinity vanlines' for making this relocation for me and my family is possible they were swift and professional he didn't excellent job packing my stuff I had zero damages and I paid a very reasonable price that was within my budget thank you a lot infinity Van Lines.

I was so impressed with the effort made by these movers and their staff. They came on the reserved day and worked diligently to pack everything to spec and and packed the items very carefully so that they would be protected during transit. I was impressed with how well they worked as a team and the guyd were polite and very professional. They came and delivered on time and everything was accou8nted for.

The packing was outstanding and the guys were a pleasure to work with. They even gave us free storage for 28 days while we were looking for a new place to live. Hardworking Pros.
I have bounced around my entire life. I have moved more times than I can count. This was by far the longest, most difficult move so I had to find a mover to assist me. I looked online and God quotes from 5 different movers. I chose Infinity Van Lines because Jimmy the representative was very patient and thorough with me. He explain to me the entire moving process. He made me feel comfortable. I booked my move with them and they arrived on the designated day and did a spectacular job packing and loading my stuff. They call me throughout the transit and arrived when they said they would for delivery. They put all my furniture back together and set up my entire house. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Great job.
Top Notch Movers.
Moving is really really difficult to pull off without breaking anything or breaking your back. So this time when it was a long distance move, I had to complete I should look for a good moving company and I must say it was hard to find one. I did in Infinity Van Lines. Everything a promise came to be at a price that was quoted is what I paid and nowadays. It's very rare for companies to do that especially moving companies. Thank you guys. Even my dog buck liked them.

I just want to take 5 minutes to thank Infinity Van Lines for a wonderful thorough and professional moving and packing service. These guys were great. It started with a quote from Jimmy who really knew his stuff. You could tell him that he'd been to the moving business for a long long time. They put together an accurate quote for me that made sense and was in my budget. I put my move with them and I moved. A professional crew came in a nice late model moving truck. They packed up my stuff and got me to where I needed to go for the cost quoted. Great job.

All I can say is wow. I was skeptical at first hiring these movers, but I must say they really did a great job. They packed everything very nicely for us and I can't believe I got for the amount I paid. It was definitely worth every penny. Thank you Peter for being so detail oriented. With their quote I think the planning on your part translated into a great, easy, smooth moving experience and me, my wife and my two children appreciate it. Even muster the dog was happy. He was wagging his tail at delivery. Thanks guys.
Reliable and careful.
Me and my wife are very stressed about our upcoming move. We have never moved like this before and we did not know what to expect, so when shopping for a quote it was very confusing. We want to thank Jimmy at Infinity Van Lines for being so clear and concise with the information he gave us. Price more than doubled the quoted price.
I was not happy with my recent experience with Infinity Van Lines. When I first scheduled my son's move-- I found my salesman George to be very attentive and helpful. We made a tentative list of items to be moved and was given a estimate of $1210.00. George assured me that the move qualified for the 10% senior discount as I was paying for the move. After the movers came and loaded the items to be moved, my son was told that the price of the move was now $2540.00, which is more than double the quoted price. I called my salesman George and was transferred to his supervisor Mike. I was told that my son had 3 extra boxes, a suitcase, a large mirror , a file cabinet and 2 speakers. I understand that I should have paid some extra for those extra items but no way did those items double the wt and space . I argued with Mike and told him that I felt I was being scammed and that I was very angry about it. He decided that he could deduct $200.00 from the total , I told him that I was not happy with that ,I did not feel that was a fair amount, the total was still more than double the price that I was quoted. I told him that I did intend to write an unsatisfactory review and Mike said that if I intended to trash his company that they should unload my son's things and I could find another mover. I said if he refunded the money that I already paid to Infinity, then I would be glad to do that. He would not agree to return my deposit. We were screwed and had to pay the double amount. Then when my son tried to use the 10% off coupon which was emailed to us from our salesman, the drivers refused to honor it. When I again called the salesman George to tell him that now I was not getting the 10% senior discount. George said that I was entitled to get the discount and he transferred me to the supervisor--unfortunitely my calls kept repeatedly getting disconnected on 8/11/14 x3 calls, on 8/12/14 x4 calls, on 8/13/14 x 3 calls , and on 8/14/14 x 5 calls---I finally spoke to a supervisor Sierra and she declined not to honor the discount because I was not in florida when the furniture and boxes were loaded on the truck. I guess I should have flown to florida and then back home to greet the drivers on both ends. I feel that they were very unreasonable. The drivers in florida had told me to be home on friday 8/15/14 to accept the delivery. I recieved a phone call on 8/13/14 to say the truck had left florida. No delivery on the 15th, I called Infinity and was told it would be 3 to 7 days before my delivery. I did recieve call from truck driver on 8/18/14 and the delivery was made 8/19/14. The delivery men did a great job, nothing damaged and they were very polite. The truck had no name on it. .
No Problems.
They did a great job they were on time for our pickup and delivery and I could not have asked for a better crew of guys to move me they were friendly courteous and extremely helpful I had a great experience from start to finish thank you infinity Van Lines for a job wellthey packed all the goodsThese days it's very rarely that people give kudos kudos r do so I want to take the time to say infinity Van Lines for the outstanding service that they provided me and my family moving. I would use them agian in a second!!

Good as it gets.
I have bounced around my entire life. I have used movers more than a dozen times often with mixed results. I have had good moves and I have had bad moves, but by far moving with Infinity Van Lines was the best moving service that I have ever had. Peter was great putting the logistics together and the move went as smooth as can be. I could have done a better job myself. Who am I kidding? I couldn't have done this job at all. That's why I hired these professionals. Great job.

I am thrilled with the job doen by Infinity Van Lines. The guys really worked well as a team and they did not drop or scuff anything. Last time I sued movers the guys were a little ruff around the collar but these guys were all gentlemen and very polite. Couple of them were working there way through scholl and I felt like I was in good hands. they took apart bedframes and on delievry they set up the whole house for me. Keep it up guys.
