Moving.
The driver that picked up our stuff from the storage in TX used intimidation on us on the phone and harassed our represntative there. He refused to take our stuff unless we pay the amount that he was giving us over the phone on the spot and which was triple than the original prize. He then agreed to take our king size bed for an additonal prize of $165.00 but when we received the delivery here in NJ our king size mattress was missing so the driver here put a note on the receipt that it was missing. He left all our furniture in the storage and only picked up some boxes. Some of our boxes were crushed & busted and some of my chinaware were broken. I filed a complain but have not heard from them. Hiring this moving company was the worst nightmare that my husband & I ever had and still haunting us to this writing. Of the amount that we paid, we only received boxes of our personal stuff. We lost all of our furniture, including washer & dryer & thread mill, queen size bed and bed frames, the whole living room set that was purchased at Lazy Boy in 2011 & other miscellaneous items. We never heard from the company after the boxes were delivered and would not return calls. There is no exaggeration in this complain.
Honorable company.
I was very pleased and impressed with Infinity Van Lines and its people. The representative Peter who set up the move was very helpful and attentive. The men worked diligently and they took great care with my paintings and my antiques. I was fearful about using amover too move my precious belonging however these guys treated my stuff like it was their very own and for that I am very thankful. I would highly reccomend them to anyone needing amover.
Affordable and good.
Moving is such a tough thing to do and when its cross country it seems almost impossible. Having to figure out which mover to use is so confusing. I didn't understand how the pricing work or anything like that until I got a call from Allison at Infinity Van Lines and she was able to explain the process to me in a way that made sense. She give me a quote that work within my budget. They really hit the mark with service as well. The crew arrived and they wasted no time. They got down to business. They did an excellent job and I would love to use them again if I ever move. But hopefully this is the last one. Thanks Infinity Van Lines for making it such an easy one.

I just want to take a few minutes to extend my gratitude to Infinity Van Lines for the excellent job they did relocation my family cross counrty. They provided a full service where they packed, loaded, provided temporary storage and then delievred and unpacked our home. Every step of the move went flawlessly and Jimmie in the office was very helpful and accomodating throught out the process and a true professional. These guys were great job well done.

All I can really say about the services of Infinity Van Lines is that they are honest, professional and really know their business. I was gicven a quote by Peter who really took the time to explain the whole process to me so that I felt comfortable with it. They arrived move day and got down to business. They did a greta job wrapping my furniture and they did not charge me any thing extra except what was quoted by Peter and the price was great too.

These guys really know what they are doing. It started with a quote from Alison who discussed all the details of my move at length with me and gave me an accurate , detailed binding quote. I set the date and when the time came four guys showed up in a moving truck and were cleaned and uniformed. They got to it and packed up my stuff. They crated my upright piano and handled everything gently. The delievry came as expected with no extra charges or hiccups.
Outstanding service.
I was so impressed by the effort put forward by Infinity Van Lines. The crew arrived as promised by Peter who set things up. It was three men in a new model moving truck. They had all types of packing materials and blankets to wrap all of our furniture. They took things apart, wrapped them and loaded them into the truck carefully. I was happy with the care in which they handled our stuff and I was very pleased to see the same crew at the delievry end. The crew led by Josh was incredible and they worked very well as a team.
Service Blew me away.
I was totally blown away by the service at Infinity Van Lines. They were simply amazing with moving me and my family. They were punctual and had all the packing materials needed. They worked carefully yet quickly and were very polite. The packers even wore gloves when packing the dishes and crystals. Talk about white glove service. They came to delievr on the set day and set up all the furniture and unpacked the boxes. Magnificient work from start to finish and not a scratch on one thing. The price was more than fair too.
Great Packers.
So my furniture involved alot of older antique pieces that have been passed on for generations. I was really worried about damages to these irreplaceble items. I screened the movers carefully and choose Infinity based on their credentials and reviews. I want to thank them for handling our move professionally. From the very start of the quoting process to the last piece being unwrapped and placed in the home it was a great relocation service and Peter and the guys were just swell and easy to work with.

This is my first time using a professional moving company and I was so scared to commit to something that was such a big deal I almost moved myself.. however after some research into a self move(which cost waaay more) vs. a professional move, I decided that the professional move was within my budget and the amount of satisfied reviews I saw made me confident in my decision to book with infinity van lines. the salesperson was very informative and helpful and made me comfortable in the choice I was making without seeming like the thousand other sales people that called me pushing me and trying to earn my business.. the day the movers showed up, they were very professional and went over and beyond & exceeded my expectations .. I've read horror stories and have a few friends tell me about unpleasant experiences with other companies but experienced nothing but professionalism with this company and would definitely recommend infinity van lines to anyone looking for a mover !
Great Job for great price.
At first I was going to give up on the idea of using a mover. I got a ton of quotes that I could not afford and the coupple of movers that gave me really good prices had horrible reviews and BBB ratings till I found Infinity Van Lines. I got a quote from Joe and the price he gave me was very fair and I looked up the company and they had a ton of positive reviews and an A rating with the Better Business Bureau. So I choose them and I am glad I did . The move went off beautifully and the guys did not damage a thing. The price quoted is what I paid and they were punctual and dependable on pick up and delievry. Great move and great people.Thanks Joe!
Jimmy and the Movers were great.
Thanks Jimmy and the entire staff at Infinity Van Lines for making a very difficult situation tolerable. Jimmy was a real professional putting together the quote for us. He went over all the details of my timeline, what I was moving and what I needed to have packed. The guys came on the appointed day and worked hard but carefully with no headaches or hiccups. They were supercareful and got the job done quicker than I expected. Delievry went off with out a hitch and they saved me a ton of money.

I was pleasantly suprised by just how well my move went. Moving so far I expected theit to be some hiccups maybe a couple scraped items or unforseen charges but Infinity Van Lines pulled off a really great move. They were prompt and very attentive they even listend to my wifes instructions on the delievry of where to put everything which made moving in a real breeze. So I want to thank the movers and staff Infinity Van Lines for the great job they did moving me and my family. They worked through the day and got me out before my deadline after another mover no showed on us. They id a great job packing our fragile items and the quote given by Peter was spot on. The office staff was very supportive and helpful and delievry went smooth as well with everything arriving safe and sound.

I am a picky consumer and overall very difficult to please. I am thrilled to say that the movers at Infinity Van Lines not only met my expectations but they exceeded them. The also had a brand new truck , were uniformed and did a great job wrapping up the furniture. They loaded and treated my stuff carefully like it was their very own.
