Dependable.
I was stressed out about how I was going to pull off our move. Our family looked at options like renting a truck or getting a Pod but it turned out using a mover like Infinity Van Lines cost just about the same as when you consider renting a truck, gas,. hotel bills and ect. They guys came out to mhy house and did a great job wrapping and loading the stuff. They took two days to drive cross country which was awesome and the delievry went smooth as can be and all for a price we could afford!
Stellar service.
The service at Infinity Van Lines was top notch. They gave me an accurate quote and they came on move day bright and early and they got down to it. They had all types of packing materials and they used them generously without nickle and diming me at all. The price quoted is exactly what I paid and the guys were real pros they knew what they were doing and worked their tales off. They loaded carefully and delievry went smooth as can be. They even didn't mind my wife bossing them around about where to put stuff,.

I was apprehensive about our upcoming move and my wife was really freaking out. Well I must give Kudos where Kudos is due. Infinity Van Lines was absolutely terrific with our move. They were prompt and professional. They packed very carefully and they delievred on the day they had promised. The quote was spot on and the guys were just overall awesome!! Moving is such a headache. I am so happy that mine went so well. So I am taking the time to thank Infinity Van Lines for their good work and dedication. The packing and loading was done very carefully and they handled all my stuff like it was their own. They made a difficult job look very easy. They manuevered the stuff like it was a piece of cake. I would not hesittae to use them again if I need a mover for cross country moving.

I was very much impressed by the hard work and greta attitudes of the staff and movers at Infinity Van Lines. They worked diligently through the day and did a bang up job packing our pictures and flat screen TVs. They arrived on time on pick up and delievry and I really liked their upbeat attitudes in a time of stress it really paid off. Kepp up the good work guys !!
Great company.
I was worried about using a mover. I have heard how things can go really wrong with cross country moves. I am pleased to say that Infinity Van Lines did a fantastic job with our recent move.The staff was attentive and professional. They handled our goods as though it was theri own. PETER gave us a detailed quote which ended up being the exact amount we paid. Delivery was prompt and it was just a great experience from start to finish.

Cannot fathom how this is operating. Told by professional journalists that the "Positive" reviews are being done by one person/family every day..total LIES and DECEITFUL practices..NO Conscience whatsoever.. BAD KARMA will come back to this organization and the liars 10fold. GOD IS in charge and they will answer.

Organized and professional.
I appreciate the herculean effort made by Infinity Van Lines. The movers handled my stuff acrefully but got the move done amazingly fast. They dissassembled the beds and packed the mirrors. They did not drop or bump any items so I had zero damages to my goods. I was very relieved to see them at delievry with all my stuff intact and they were very polite to me and my family. They even cleaned up their mess when they left taking all the left over boxes and garbage away with them.

Moving is hard but the crew and staff at infinity Van Lines made it as easy as possible. They were attentive and professional. packed very well and worked like a well oiled machine. No issues no headaches and they were very nice and polite. They did everything I asked and then some. They were worth every single penny and I would use them again in a sec.
Terrible.
This literally is the WORST MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, TOTAL SCAM. You better make sure to have your local banks on the phone with you on a 3 way call to get your money back because it will be the ONLY WAY you get your deposit back!!After making a $500 deposit (should have been our red flag) they showed up at our house and than demanded that we needed to pay an EXTRA $600 because to them we had "more than what we we originally stated". NOT THE TRUTH. we told them the same thing after 5 days on the phone with these people, we tried calling their main office the day of the move, and they just "happened to not pick up this day" after many attempts to collect our deposit we were threatened with having to "leave a few belongings behind" isn't the purpose of moving ALL of your things with you when your NOT returning, to take evyerything with you? I have never experienced such a horrible experience. I WOULD NEVER EVER let these people do business if I could prevent it. Worst moving company, along with the bad attitude of the manager. I wish you luck trying to get back that deposit, becaus if a 3rd party with a recorded line wasn't on the phone with us we never would have seen our money again. I cannot believe they are still in business and I would NEVER EVER reccomend these people to anyone. thanks for nothing!

Moving is so hard and such a pain in the but and I was freaked out about using a mover. But I am glad to say that Infinity Van Lines not only met but exceeded my expectations with the service they provided. The guys were prompt, polite and truly professional. The equipment and truck were new and they kbnew how to pack really well. I am thankful for the great service at a price within my budget! Thanks a million.

Being a military brat I have had my fair share of moves and movers botht the good and bad variety. Well I am estcactic to say that this time I had a superior move with Infinity Van Lines. The staff and crew were outstanding from start to finish. From the wayy theyy packed and loaded our items to the wasay the office kept in communication with us the service excelled. keep up the good work Infinity Van Lines!!
Worst Moving Experience Ever.
I contracted with Infinity Van Lines to move 49 pieces of furniture for our move from SC to GA. I gave them a detailed list of the furniture and spoke with the salesman several times on the phone regarding the move. The salesman assured me that he "always over estimates" the amount of cubic feet a person would need for the move. So, I took his word for it and did not think that I would need to do my own estimating. Well, the movers showed up 3 hours late with a truck 2/3 full with someone else's stuff. The driver walked through my house and said "there is no way that all of this furniture it fitting into that truck." I showed him the quote and movning contract with the list of all of our furniture and the cubic foot estimate done by Infinity. I questioned whether or not they even had the room on the truck that I had contracted with them for. I had to get a tape measure and measure the remaining space in the truck, whcih was over 200 cubic feet less than what I had paid for. The driver said that he would use the lift gate to transport some of my furniture and that would make up the rest of the cubic footage. At this point, I called Infinity and spoke with the salesman who I had been dealing with all a long. I explained that the truck did not have enough space and that the driver said that the cubic foot estimate that he (the salesman) had given me was not enough to move the list of furniture I had given Infinity. The salesman told me that my list must have been inaccurate and offered a variety of excuses. I told Infinity that I was unhappy with my experience thus far (since they did not have the space I had been quoted on the INSIDE of the truck and the quote was apparently far too small in cubuc footage to move most of my furniture). I asked for my deposit back. Infinity refused to give back my deposit and told me that I would have to use the movers with what they had abvailable or loose my deposit. At this point, the driver said that he could drive to Augusta, GA (75 miles away), drop off the other person's stuff on the truck into a storage building, and come back the next day and move exactly how much that I had been quoted, even though it still would not be enough to accomodate all of our furniture. He told me that he could move all of the furniture in our house, but it would cost an extra ~$2000. Infinity still refused to give back my deposit and by this point it was 8:30 pm. I was very upset with the entire situation. I decided that in order to not loose the deposit I would let them move whatever they could, which ended up being ~50% of the initial list I gave Infinity (so much for the over-estimation). At ~11pm that night they drove away in their Ryder truck with 2 of my bed frames and a mattress strapped on the lift gate, outside the truck. It was completely ghetto. I would never recommend that anyone use this moving company. The experience was awful. I tried to call and speak to someone in customer service. I even left a message asking for someone to call me back, but no one bothered to return my phone call. It then took 4 days for them to travel ~260 miles to deliver our furniture. After that, we had to rent a U-haul and move the remainder ourselves. .

The service I was receieved from Infinity Van Lines was top notch. They worked carefully but quickly and they did a detailed job packing my items up for delievry. They were outsatnding especially Josh and his crew. Peter was very didligent at putting together an accurate quote and it translated to a smooth move. Would use them again if needed. The cost was more than fair as well.

Nice job done by the movers at Infinity Van Lines. They arrived on time and uniformed. They worked efficiently and packed all my furniture with shrink wrap and thick blanketws. beds were taken apart and on delievry they unwrapped everything and put it in its place. They helper Frank even chased down the family dog sparky after he made a run for it. Great crew with wonderful attitudes!!
