  1. Moving experience with this company.

    I’ve never moved before and was overwhelmed with all of the different companies and options out there. A friend of mine moved recently and had a nightmare experience, it wasn’t even the same company that came and picked up her items, so I was very nervous about my move. I was contacted by Ryan at Interstate Relocation Systems and he took time to explain to me the difference between some of the options out there and that his company was the direct carrier who would be showing up to my home. I took his word for it but was still a bit nervous until I saw their company logo right on the truck. The guys worked quickly, but efficiently and got it all loaded in no time. Ryan even called to check up on me and make sure everything was in order. I was sure to tell my friend that I had found her a company who would actually do what they say and more. If you are looking for a great company Interstate Relocation Systems is the way to go.

  2. Easy and without fault.

    Their credibility and high level of professionalism is unquestionable. These people are perfect in their services. I really enjoyed being relocated by their experts. The group that they sent down to help me out was capable. As a result, the relocations were easy and without fault. Most importantly, it was safe and adorable. The experience was a thrilling one. I am certain to seek their services even in future.

  3. Professional moving coordinator.

    I promised my moving coordinator, Jim, that if everything went as well as he led me to believe I would be sure to write a review expressing my thanks. As promised they delivered, so here I am holding up my end of the deal. I know I’m not always the easiest person to please and I was very stressed out due to the circumstances of my move but they left me satisfied. Jim even fielded my calls after business hours and took his own personal time to talk me through my concerns. Every interaction I had with their representatives was a good one and they were very patient. The day of the moves I was greeted with a truck full of smiling faces, that’s when I knew for sure I was in good hands. If I could I would shout my praises from the rooftops, if you are apprehensive about your move like I was, look no further!

  4. Do Not Use!!

    This company is a joke. They charged me twice my quote, I itemized to ensure an accurate quote. Pick up went smoothly. Delivery that is a whole different story. I got a call on Sunday night stating they would arrive Monday morning at 7:30. Monday came and went, heard nothing from them, contacted customer service and finally got a response Tuesday afternoon with only the number of my delivery guys number. Contacted him, he stated Wednesday or Thursday that he would let me know Wednesday. Heard nothing, Thursday came and I contacted him, he didn't answer my call, but did to a text stating that he wouldn't make it today. Not another word. Customer service is a joke. The ladies are beyond rude and useless. The company charges you $835 if you can't be available when they want, and $30 a day if they are not able to make it on the day they scheduled. But according to the company, they have not scheduled a single delivery date..so they won't honor the $30 a day to the customer. I was given a 7-10 range of when my items would be delivered, it has been longer than that and still no word on when I will have my items. I would give a zero star if allowed.

  5. Wonderful Crew.

    I was worried that they were going to let me down. I had referred Interstate Relocation Systems to my elder cousin although I barely knew about them. I had gotten the information about them from close friend who had previously been relocated by them. On the day of the relocation, I was close by to ensure that there were no mistakes. I started supervising how they were working very early in the morning. I monitored as they carried the pieces of furniture, utensils, electronics, and other household properties with so much care. Apparently, they did not want nay faults or mistakes in their work and they achieved it. Their work was clean and the job unarguably perfect. I am certain I did not lose any valuable in the course of the relocation due to their uttermost acre and concern. My humble request is for them to uphold the same level of professionalism that they displayed that day.

  6. More than experts.

    Before hiring out Interstate Relocation Systems, I knew nothing about them. I was just looking for online reviews of local relocation companies when I came across a couple of their reviews. The movement thrilled me when they eventually came to offer me perfect relocation services. They did it so nicely and with so much professionalism. I have never seen a team so dedicated and hardworking like their crew. They were on top of the relocation from the start to the end. Keep it up! Their spirit of team work that they displayed was amazing. Interstate Relocation Systems crew work in unison during my relocation from Georgia to Tennessee. The relocation was collectively done with every member of the crew actively participating in the movement. I was even surprised that the coordinator who was in charge took part in physical movement of the properties. Even the driver was willing to help. That was a great challenge they posed.

  7. Very pleasant move.

    Moving is probably one of the biggest headaches there is. I wanted to work with a company that was organized and would get the work done quickly and sufficiently. After having some nightmare experiences a friend of mine recommended Interstate Relocation Systems. These guys were great. I called them a few days before the move in a panic since I was on a time crunch. Spoke my rep who was friendly and courteous. She assured me everything would be taken care of on their end. As someone who stresses out easily, it was nice to have one less thing to worry about.

  8. Terrible experience.

    On of the worst experiences in moving. Quoted on price, then truck showed up and wouldn't hold everything ( as I told them), and then sent another truck 3 days later. Then sat in Alabama for over a week waiting for property to arrive. Truck shows up and driver said I had to give him $1400 more to unload because of the distance to my house from the road. He wouldn't back into the driveway even though other trucks had been in there before. The $1400 was apparently for him to move it the distance up the driveway. Little did I know that o would have to rent the uhaul, then help move my own items with two other guys while the driver was on the phone with his wife the whole time and not helping at all. And whatade it even worse, it took all day for the three of us to move the items and he ended up stiffing the two guys. In fact one of the movers asked for the company number to complain. So not sure what the $1400 was for. With that said, using this company is not a smart move. To many disconnects within the company, poor communication, and a rip off in the end.

  9. Good experience.

    Moving has not been my favorite experience the other times I had to do it. However after talking with Ryan I figured I’d give his company a try since he seemed the most honest of the people I spoke with. The price was fair, the time was fair, and the process was easy. This is how moving should be, why can’t the others handle it too?

  10. Interstate move.

    I called Interstate Relocation Systems and got a quote. My husband and I thought the deal sounded fair so we took it. The day of the move the movers arrived between their arrival window of 8 to 10, they actually arrived around 8:30am. The movers from the moving company didn't take their time to start, they began to fix the truck as soon as they got there and immediately began to work inside as soon as I finished signing the papers.

    We have some very heavy furniture that we needed brought down from the 2nd floor it looked very tough considering that there's not a lot of room in the stairs area for the bigger items. But the movers from Interstate Relocation Systems being great at what they do got everything down without scratching the walls or the rails.

    Everything fit into the truck perfectly; the movers were very organized and used all the space accordingly.

    At delivery I showed them around the new house and told them where the bigger items would go the movers from Interstate Relocation Systems got back to work. I Had them place most of the boxes into the garage, and even though I took the beds apart I asked them if they could put them back together for us and they said it shouldn't be a problem and that they've done these type of beds before. Now that's what I call great customer service! The beds were put back together without a problem. I am very pleased with the work they provided us. They are extremely good at their job! Thank you Interstate Relocation Systems for such a pleasant move to our new home.

  11. Liars and thieves.

    Most of my items were broken, or didn’t arrive at all. They were nasty and rude. Kept adding on money. I paid for complete packing, and moving package, big mistake! Just save yourself a lot of aggravation, money and stress, and use anyone else.

  12. False advertising, poor customer service, waited 7 days for delivery.

    Do not use this company. Their website is full of false claims and is made to make you think they are a reputable business. It's a small group of people that just want to rip you off and make your move a complete nightmare. The salesperson that we spoke with promised us a lot of things that weren't quite the truth. He just told us what we wanted to hear so we would go with them. When we talked to the "customer service" representative during our move she was very unhelpful and had a lot of attitude. They made us feel like we were liars and making up the things that we were told. They DO NOT have their own trucks like what is pictured on their website. They hire contractors to do the work. I asked both groups that picked up and dropped off our stuff. The drivers also stated that they get a lot of complaints about this company. The reviews that are positive on here are bogus. They are obviously written by a paid organization for positive reviews. When we worked with them they were based out of Fort Lauderdale area and now they are magically in Dallas. Everything about this company is crooked and you should look elsewhere for a moving company. We had to wait 7 days in our empty apartment before they showed up.

  13. Be rest assured.

    You can never be sure of quality services, however much money you part with. You can at times pay lots of cash for the commendable job and end up getting very pathetic services. As such, you should always be grateful when you come across very efficient services. That is why I am always appreciative when I get to access marvelous services. The last relocation I experienced was one such wonderful service. Interstate Relocation Systems did such a commendable job which saw me relocate peacefully to our new residence in Maryland. I recently contacted Interstate Relocation Systems to help me with a relocation. My younger niece was moving into a new apartment and she was in need of efficient relocation services. I searched the internet for the most reliable movers and came across this company. There were all sorts of positive reviews about them. I went through each single review and was pleased what former clients had to say about these movers. Without hesitation, I tried them out and the outcome was quite tremendous.

  14. Horrible..horrible..worst Experience.

    The movers showed up a day 1/2 late..The move was from South Carolina to California which means now I need to change my flights which means more money..The furniture showed up and it was DESTROYED and now they are holding it hostage..Customer service (Kayla and Alice) is horrible and will not give me a name or number to a supervisor or executive within the organization..The salesperson will not return messages ..This company is a NIGHTMARE..I RECOMMEND YOU USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY..If you are considering using this company DON'T !!

  15. Still haven't received my stuff.

    They picked up all my furniture and items on April 6, 2018. It is currently April 18, 2018 and they have NO IDEA when I will be receiving my stuff..Will update if they ever find out when I will be receiving my stuff.
