1. 4 and 5 star reviews ARE FAKE.

   Please do not use this company. It is a nightmare!! They stay up nights writing 5 star reviews for themselves with fake profiles..getting a little smarter and doing some 4 star reviews, which from experience, have to be fake also.
   Moving is hard enough. STAY AWAY!! MOVERS BEWARE!

2. Recomended movers.

   We looked out for new houses using some agencies. when we finally got the house we liked, after paying, we decided it was time to relocate. We asked family and friends to give us recommendations about good relocation companies. They gave a lot of moving companies. We contacted all of them, but the one that tickled our fancy was Interstate Relocation Systems
   After carrying out our feasibility studies and background checks we decided to sign the dotted lines with Interstate Relocation Systems. After signing the papers, we scheduled on the moving dates. The customer support called twenty-four hours before the scheduled date to remind me about the relocation and that everything is equally moving according to plans. She equally gave me the name of the Team leader of the moving team. Twenty-three hours later, the team leader arrived with his team to commence loading. Before the loading commenced the team leader made sure that we were psychologically ready to move. They started the loading, during this period I had doubts that my fragile properties could be damaged or could be lost. But the foreman provided me with an inventory of my properties to be loaded into the truck and as the loading continued, he meets me from time to time to ensure that we were on the same page. Few hours later, the loading was done. I and my wife took the flight to Florida. Finally, when they arrived, the process of unloading was carried out using our inventory as a reference. The unloading process was carried out with a lot of finesse. Few hours later, the unloading was done. During the course of our relocation what I really loved about interstate relocation systems was its professionalism. Everything is connected like a system and each part moves in unison with each other. We don't intend on moving anytime soon but when there's need for it, I will still choose Interstate Relocation Systems they really gave us value for our money. They also made me feel very relaxed during the relocation and equally showed that with them our properties were in good hands.

3. Extortionists!

   Worst moving company EVER! DO NOT USE! Will extort you! Got quote after giving a very detailed description of items and the fact that our washer and dryer were on the second floor. We were told we would be able to change the date of the movers coming up to the week before (as we weren’t exactly sure of our closing date). When we tried to reschedule and move it up three days, we were told (by a VERY rude woman) that was not possible. The movers would come when they would come and they still ended up showing up a day late, in the late afternoon. While packing, they consumed our beer in the garage, uninvited. When they were finally done packing our stuff at one in the morning, the difference from the quote to what we owed had TRIPLED! Including, but not limited to a $200 surcharge for the washer and dryer on the second floor that was not mentioned when we received the quote. We had gone from a $2,500 quote to $7,500!! We were now held hostage as our whole lives were on this moving truck and my three children (all three and under) had to sleep on the floor as we were unable to leave (because of the movers) for Atlanta that day. My husband had to drive around to various ATMS at one am to get the required remaining balance due (we had enough and a little extra for them originally but when the amount owed tripled, we were obviously short. On the road, the woman was unable to set a date when they would arrive and we weren’t sure when we would be getting our belonging until the night before. Leaving my three children to sleep on blow up mattresses and have virtually no clothes (we had packed enough but were not expecting the truck to take over two weeks from Boston to Atlanta- approx.. 10 days longer than we had been told it would take!). The moving company finally called us on Easter Sunday to let us know our furniture would be arriving the next day so we had to run around to various ATMs to ensure we had the money. The movers refused to unload anything until they were paid in full.
   Three movers showed up, one needed to leave early but ended up getting in a fight with his boss after being told no, this resulted in him walking off the job. One of the remaining workers thought it unfair to do the work with now only two movers and not get paid more (he asked his boss and the boss said no, this is all over the phone) so he left. This left my husband and one mover to unload the truck. The remaining mover, bless his heart, literally dumped our washing machine off the truck using the pully. Then, drove off with our ladder. The claims process (as you can guess, a lot was damaged) was tedious (requires three photos per each item, an itemized list, etc. and took hours to compile as well as costing $20 to complete. They finally responded, after jumping through many hoops (email here, then call if you wish to proceed…..) and offered us $60 for all of our damaged goods. Just going by the .60 cents per pound per article listed in our contract, we were owed upwards of $500. Never got a response back when we disputed this and here we are today, my blood still boiling at the treatment we received and the extortion we went through. DO NOT USE this company, I have moved many times; across country and overseas and have never felt this way or written a bad word, until today. Save yourself the anguish and go with someone else!!

4. Move to IL.

   I recently used Interstate Relocation Systems for an interstate move. First, they were definitely less expensive than their competitors and their pricing was clear from the beginning. No hidden fees, or surprise additions or last minute surcharges. (I've heard nightmare bills from friends using other movers.) Second, the friendliness of the office staff was impressive, answering my every question in a timely manner, and with professionalism and curtesy. I called 3 days before my Move because the closing on the new home was being postponed last minute, they adjusted schedule move with ease and calmed my nerves. Third, the moving crew was phenomenal. On time and ready to work! They were 100% prepared for the job and even worked with me in the areas I wasn't quite ready for them to load up. This was 2 full trucks - not a tiny job! They were efficient and ran like a well oiled machine. My belongings were wrapped and cared for with zero damages.

5. Great experience.

   A friend of mine told me about this moving company. So, when I decided to move a month ago I called them first. I stay pleased with the whole service and the price these guys provided me. The customer service was great at responding to all my questions promptly. On the day of the move the guys came on time to do it. They kept in contact to let me know when they would arrive. They quickly and carefully packed all my belongings into their truck. They were also very careful moving into my new place taking care to not scratch the wood floors. The move was quick and without any issues. I would definitely use Owings Interstate Relocation Systems again. Their rates were very competitive. I decided to go with them because they had the best rate and they were available. I hope that the next time I need to move I will get the same guys. Highly recommended.
   
   Interstate Relocation Systems are dynamic. I called them when I needed a pick up for the next day. Not only did the accommodate but they were professional , kind and courteous. I really want to say thanks for everything Interstate Relocation Systems. YOU GUY ARE GREAT. I would recommend them to any body looking for moving any on where.
   
   The movers showed up five minutes early, and were well prepared - truck was plenty big enough, and they had more than enough supplies, including blankets, plastic wrapping, and plenty of wardrobe boxes. My movers were very friendly and worked extremely hard. They were fast and efficient, but careful with my things. The move took less time than I anticipated and the price was less then the estimate I was giving over the phone. Thank you guys for everything it was a great experience!

6. New Jersey to Virginia.

   We used Interstate Relocation Systems to move from New Jersey to Virginia.
   Interstate Relocation Systems team of movers made moving so much easier and less stressful. They packed the entire 2 bedroom condo in boxes and loaded the boxes and furniture in 5 hours! And they even labeled the contents on each box.
   The truck arrived at our Virginia home earlier than I expected. They delivered everything in great condition! All of the movers were friendly and a pleasure to work with and the price was reasonable. Our move was planned less than a week in advance, and Interstate Relocation Systems Team of Movers did everything they could to schedule us in at the last minute.
   We would highly recommend Interstate Relocation Systems and would not hesitate to use them again.

They also made me feel very relaxed during the relocation and equally showed that with them our properties were in good hands.

8. Horrible excuse of a company.

   Used Interstate to move from VA to Ms. Not only were the non-English speaking nor non-English understanding guys sent to move my stuff rude, they literally threw my stuff into unlabeled boxes, including the stuff I had already boxed, they stole my iPad, cell charger, medicine box I had for traveling. My stuff arrived 2 weeks after I moved, my kitchen table wasn't on the truck, all my stuff was broken and in boxes that looked like they'd been thrown off the truck while moving, missing several boxes and pieces of furniture, still no meds, iPad or cell charger, the non-English speaking"supervisor" on the phone was rude and basically said we got our money so we don't care about your stuff and won't give ANY kind of compensation for my missing stuff, broken glassware and priceless family heirlooms. I'd rather rent a U-Haul and make several cross country trips than hire this sorry excuse for a moving company ever again. I'm talking to a lawyer about suing the company and have a good case. I have pictures of the broken items, crushed boxes (including one of canned food labeled food but they grabbed anyway, exploded a can of soup inside, and after 2 weeks of it being God knows where had molded and brought roaches into my new home that had nested in the molded food box), boxes THEY packed with the bags of trash I had to throw stuff away while packing and of course was charged for the use of their boxes boxing up my trash bags, and the 1/2 filled boxes I was charged for, and the haphazard way they threw my boxes on the truck. Oh and let's not forget the pictures of the food, tape and box trash they left ALL over the yard of the house I was moving from. So, if you want to end up paying double what you were quoted, have your stuff missing, stolen and broken, your yard filled with trash, weeks until your stuff makes it to your new home, and be talked to rudely in Russian or whatever they were speaking, then by all means. Waste your money with this horrible excuse of a company.

9. Professional movers.

   Great experience! I was super nervous about moving, it's been a long time and with no family around to help, I knew I had to hire movers. Interstate Relocation Systems's great reviews convinced me, and so I'm happy to add another great review.
   
   Interstate Relocation Systems made my move easy, quick, and very reasonably priced. My movers were professional and personable. I never heard one complaint or anything from the guys. All of them were professional, respectful, and very hard working. They worked from 8:30-7:00 and only took a short break for lunch. They were never standing around or moving slowly. They worked as a perfect team with each person filling their specific roles and thus everything went very smoothly. They then both begin to tackle the job at hand. All furniture was wrapped for protection as they moved them to their truck below. All of my possessions were packed in what I considered a short amount of time, and we were on our way to my new apartment. All my furniture was taken care of, even though some of it's kinda cheap stuff (but I need it) they wrapped everything, and that took so much of the burden out of my worries.
   
   The quote was accurate, no extra hidden fees, no surprises. And for me, worth every penny.. I would never have been able to do it on my own, and hiring an unknown guy with a truck from c-list website.
   
   Thank you a million times Interstate Relocation Systems!! YOU GUYS ROCK!! You are excellent representatives of the company I have come to trust and respect when it comes to moving the Interstate Relocation. I will use them again, and I totally recommend them to anyone needing professional movers.

10. Great crew, great service.

    I want to let you know that both Andrew and John from Interstate Relocation Systems team are great people. They were part of the team that moved me to South Carolina from Alabama. They were very friendly and were willing to step out of their mandate to ensure my move was okay. I would best describe my relocation experience with them as fantastic.

11. Will use them again.

    I hired Interstate Relocation Systems for a job to pack and move from my townhouse to my new house. When hiring them, the agent on the phone was very helpful in meeting my schedule requirements and was helpful in making sure I was able to get the best price. Very reasonable price and great results! They worked quickly and efficiently, and were very respectful of our belongings. Great communication all around. The guys were fast and efficient. Everything got moved safely.. I live in a 1200+ sq ft apartment. All in all, I'm pleased. They are wonderful professionals and listened to my instructions about what boxes to keep up front. Nothing was damaged during the move.
    Interstate Relocation Systems team ahead to let us know they would be arriving just ahead of schedule. The team arrived and walked through with us then began the physical moving within 1 minute of the scheduled arrival. The team was very professional and courteous. Every piece of furniture was wrapped with a moving blanket and plastic wrap. Not a scratch on anything. We moved from a one story to a two story and they had no issues getting our heaviest stuff upstairs.
    The packers showed up exactly on time and packed everything efficiently and with care. The movers showed up on time and were very careful when moving large items while ensuring no time was wasted. Throughout the process the field crew and office personnel were on top of communication. I never felt in the dark and knew what was going on at all times. The whole experience was top notch from the scheduling to the actual move. The moving team was extremely professional and hard working. I highly recommend Interstate Relocation Systems to anyone looking for help moving. Would definitely recommend and I will use them again.

12. Move to maryland.

    I would use the word wonderful when describing the relocation accorded to me by Interstate Relocation Systems. It was executed the exact way that anyone moving would want it to. The crew showed up early and was well prepared with tools and equipment for various purposes. I remember seeing them dedicated to their work you would think they knew my house. My husband was so happy that he kept telling stories since they didn't require his effort on anything. He was only required to identify stuff here and there.

13. Thanks.

    The relocation team was a friendly one. Prior to the move, I was worried about meeting hard-lined, unsocial team. The team that was sent by Interstate Relocation Systems took me by surprise. They were jovial and interactive. I enjoyed each moment of the relocation. At some point, I even felt flattered. They offered to clean up the working space afterward. Honestly, I could not have wished for a better relocation than that.

14. Professional moving process.

    The moving truck used by the company was huge enough to carry all my stuff without actually squeezing anything. They had boxes of different sizes for the various household items. You know what? They even had special boxes for vintage items. I was happy that the hundred year wall clock that I had was going to be transported safely without any risk of damages. The people who were doing the relocation were so experienced. I came to learn that the person with the least experience had five years. They were taught how to load and offload stuff carefully.

15. Good movers.

    Honestly, I was reluctant about hiring these movers at first. My former colleague is the one who referred me to them. Having had some bad experiences with other movers, I thought the same would transpire again. After being convinced, however, I finally gave in. What I didn't know is that I was making one of the best decisions ever. I went ahead and requested for quotes. The process took a shorter time than I had expected. It was so straightforward and simple. When the quotes came, I found them within range.
    The next thing I needed to do was to talk to one of their sales agents and see if they could clear some of the doubts I had about their relocation company. When I called, I found the right person to talk to. The person I talked to was so friendly. He explained all the basics I needed to have in mind before the relocation. He also helped me understand better how to make my move smooth and flawless. After checking the schedule, I booked a relocation date.
    What followed remains one of the greatest experiences of my life. I was able to relocate with so much ease. As I observed the movers handle the relocations, I couldn't help but smile at the level of perfection involved. The movers were so careful, especially when handling the delicate materials. They were able to pack and load my television and glassware without any cases of damage. At the end of the exercise, all my properties were safe. Comparing to what I experienced in my previous relocation, this was truly amazing. Nothing like that had crossed my mind. For the first time, I had all my properties intact after a major relocation. Isn't that something to be proud of?
    The movers made the relocation process faster than I had estimated initially. In fact, they managed to help me settle down a day earlier than I had estimated. Their fast speed doesn't mean they compromised on quality. They kept the relocation services perfect and flawless. The kind of hard work put into ensuring I had a successful relocation is something worth mentioning. I cannot fail to mention how coordinated the team was during the relocation. Ideally, I am yet to understand how the movers were able to work in such a perfect synchronization. The communicated to and understood each other efficiently. That made the process smoother quicker.
    As I write, I am happily settled in my new apartment in California. Interstate Relocations System team made everything possible. I owe my successful move to them. To every crew who was involved in that relocation, I would like you to know that I do appreciate everything you did to me. It is the least I can do to show my gratitude. I would also like to urge anyone who has plans of relocating in the next couple of days or weeks to consider hiring these movers. Theirs is a dependable team!
