No NO NO
These guys are a broker. I contracted with them to move from Seattle to Florida. They subcontracted with a known felon! When he showed up I believed he was a legitimate employee of the company. He was just the lowest bidder. My things and the things of over 40 other families ended up in random storage sheds across the country - abandon. This company will do nothing to recompense for damage or suffering.
I am over 60 years old - my damaged and battered belongings were located by law enforcement I had to fly back, rent a truck, and drive alone across a pandemic ravaged country to do the job I hired them to do. At my own time and expense. They don't care!
They get 1 star only because Google wont let me give a 0 star rating
What you need to know:
- PVL IS a broker - not a mover. They are not responsible for getting your stuff actually shipped and delivered.
-- what they actually do is find some trucking company somewhere in the US that says they will move your stuff. You do not get to know this company, you never actually sign a contract with this company - but they pick up your stuff and thereafter, you're at their mercy.
- PVL assumes no responsibility that the shipper will actually do their job.
- If there is a problem (shipment delayed, no tracking updates, stuff gets lost, etc) PVL will do nothing more than pass a message along or tell you to call the shipper yourself.
- Remember: you do not have a contract with this shipper. You have no recourse if your stuff goes missing, delayed indefinitely, etc.
My personal experience: My stuff was picked up in NY in April 2021 for delivery to Oregon. It made it as far as Chicago by the end of the month. It is now Sept and a couple dozen calls and emails and I still have no response from the shipper that PVL told me to call myself...

I recommend this company, and specifically, Larry, Paul and Chris. These guys were amazing! Seriously, I cannot say enough about them. They went above and beyond! Courteous, fast, honest, efficient, professional, and overall nice guys. I had a massive of a fridge that they somehow finessed into my new place. I have used them twice and will do so for every single move.
I'll use them on my next move
I'd gotten a recommendation to try Prodigy from some of my relatives and decided to give them a shot. I wasn't disappointed, not one bit. Chris helped me get scheduled quickly and answered all my questions about pricing and any other fees that I may acquire during the move. The movers were friendly, hardworking and creative with their problem solving.
We would recommend to any of our friends!
On the date of the move, Nick and his team showed up on time and started to work immediately. Each member of the team was professional and courteous. They also provided wardrobe boxes for free, so that we didn't have to unpack and re-hang all our clothing on the other side. 5 star service from start to finish and super professional!
My team made things so easy
I've never used movers before and wow, have I been missing out. The crew helped coordinate a great move that fit my budget and timing requirements. Mark and his crew were efficient and fast, and were great at disassembling/reassembling my bed. Will use them again, soon!

David and his team were very professional and efficient and even finished the job ahead of schedule, saving me almost $300 off the estimated cost! They went above and beyond to help us and to make the move easy and simple for us. If you need moves for a move, look no further, you won't be sorry!
Long distance move from MA to FL
Beware the sales practice, constant contact until you sign & make deposit based on their price estimate which is well below the competition. Then you don't hear from them until a couple days before the move is scheduled. That is when their "quality control" contact you to review the move and suddenly the weight goes up a couple thousand pounds and the type of packaging changes and you owe more money on the spot and the total price is now in-line with the competition. Then they broker the move out to a sub-contractor who, in my case, thought that taping a blanket around something meant no care in handling was required. The result was broken furniture. And claims for damages go to a company that requires you put a $ value and weight on for loss claims. BTW, beware the value per pound deal because unless the damage is to a lead weight you will get squat for it. In the end I would avoid these guys like the plague and that goes for AMEX Moving and Storage which is who they brokered my move out to.

My first contact was wonderful at scheduling our move. The team arrived on time. They were polite & professional. They were careful, organized & efficient. I would recommend them to anyone & I would use them again.
It was flawless and a stress free experience
Not only they helped with the move, but joined me all the way to my friend's furniture house, to pick up some furniture. I also used their storage a few months ago. I was surprised to discover that there was not a spot of dust or damage to any of the boxes. The three words to describe them are: Trustworthy, Reliable and Punctual. I would not hesitate to recommend them for a second, all of my friends are using them now.
Honestly the best company I have ever used
They were reasonably priced and very professional. The crew that we had went over and above to ensure our move went well. They were on time and worked extremely hard and everything was in perfect condition when it arrived. They made a very stressful situation a lot easier and did everything they could to help us. All in all a wonderful experience and I would recommend them.

I used these guys to help my mother in to her new house. They were courteous, more than helpful and extremely friendly. My mother was less furniture but that is very close to her heart so i was afraid in start but the team managed it all so well. I couldn't recommend this company more.
Every aspect of the move happened on schedule
My experience with Perennial Van Lines was fantastic. From the time I spoke with Daniel until I was finished moving into the new home, the whole process was basically stress free. The team who packed my stuff were on time and genuine. They were careful handling fragile items and furniture.

The two movers were very professional, friendly, and took care of business quickly. They even ensured everything was packed efficiently without any damage. Feel free to call them anytime and I will use them again if I or anyone that I know needs movers.
They were specific on time
On moving day, the movers arrived on time and began immediately. They worked well as a team, with two beginning with loading of boxes while the third safely protected furniture with blankets and shrink wrap. It took the team 6 hours to load due to the volume of stuff, but the truck was packed perfectly with barely an inch to spare. I recommend the movers to all.
