Unfortunate I have to give even one star
I hired Perennial Van Lines to assist with my move from Brooklyn, NY to Breckenridge, CO back in November of 2020. This was my first mistake. This company is a broker, not an actual moving company. They take your money and then pass along your business to a completely unaffiliated moving company. Every single part of this move has been absolute hell. My pick-up date was miscommunicated and I had to have a friend facilitate the moving van since my flight had already departed Brooklyn. Instead of taking 7-10 business days for my shipment to arrive, I waited 63 days with no clear communications or expectation setting from either of the moving companies. When my furniture finally arrived, the driver claimed I would be charged a separate fee to drive down my driveway for the delivery. I personally loaded up the boxes and furniture in my car to avoid these ridiculous surcharges. When I was able to take account of my delivery, I realized that EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF FURNITURE was either damaged or missing. Yes, you read that correctly. Not a single item was delivered intact. Thousands of dollars worth of furniture destroyed. I submitted a move claim shortly thereafter and expected to be reimbursed for the damages. Today, eight months later, I received an adjustment summary for $36. This is daylight robbery. I am so disgusted by the customer service and handling of this business every step of the way. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY. Unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount of money to have all of your things destroyed.
These movers were amazing throughout
I looked at four different companies but i went with these movers because of their customer service. We did a quote online and then they reached us back. The quote was good considering everything that they had to do and we were happy. Also, their representative was awesome. They also gave us a timeline which was very accurate.

I moved this morning from a garden unit to a second floor of a mid rise building. The guys were super friendly, quick, professional and rounded down on the moving times so that I didn't get nickel and dimed for extras. Everyone was fantastic and they followed up a few hours later to make sure I was satisfied.

They were cheaper than most quotes, arrived on time, really nice and friendly, wrapped my furniture well and quickly carried everything up and down multiple flights. I'd highly recommend. I had 3 guys. I rarely review but I had to for these guys it was worth every penny.

They showed up on time and did a great job. No hidden "extras" we agreed when the clock started and agreed when it stopped. Martin and his team took great care of us. Can’t be more happy with my move! Recommended!
Worst Experience Ever!
This is not a moving company, this is a broker and they schedule the delivery with a mover. Because they don't move anything, they can't guarantee anything that has to do with the actual delivery. They also do nothing to ensure the delivery gets done properly, nor on time.

The company did a wonderful job with my recent move, with a verbal estimate based on my description of the furniture and rough estimate of the number of boxes to move, they reconfirmed our schedule, showed up on time, they had the furniture loaded and ready to go. After a quick lunch break and an hour’s drive, they had things unloaded and in place in no time at all.

These guys showed up exactly on time, were done exactly on schedule, and charged me even less than what I was quoted. On top of that they were incredibly nice and courteous. Would use them again and highly recommend these guys!

The movers showed great service and was right on time
I moved into my new place without having to carry anything, was easy. As they got to my new place they got there with easy parking right in front of my place to deliver my things. I highly recommend their service I will definitely call them up again and already have recommended them to friends and family.
The price was great!
The moving crew showed up on time and finished early. They packed up my two bedrooms, two bath condo (plus storage unit). I could not believe how fast these guys worked! I was very impressed by their professionalism and work ethic. I will recommend this company!

They were as awesome as I expected them to be. My move was local, and they showed up on time, were super friendly, diligent and professional. It was so cheap, too. I'd absolutely use them again for any move - hands down.
They arrived on time and worked endlessly
They called to give notice when they were nearby; when they had some issues because crowded parking made some turns impossible, they made sure to stay in touch so that we were aware of what was going on. I hope I don't have to move again for a long time, but when I do, I will be calling this company again.
