5 stars all the way from the beginning to the end. We were treated like family and all that Alex said would happen actually did. We weren’t used to movers sticking to their word being military brats our whole life’s. Thank you to all the staff that assisted in moving us. Presidential Movers are the best!
Perfect move.
I have only moved one other time in my life and my experience was no where near up to par. I had to move to be closer to my family and was contacted by numerous movers. I was very hesitant at first, but Amber was very polite and thorough with explaining everything that was to happen. Now the so called scary part came "move day". When the movers showed up everything went great. I was surprised, especially from my past experience. I am so happy with the service that Presidential Moving provided, that I felt it was only right to share my experience. Thank you Amber and crew, you all were amazing.

I was relocating for a new position at my company in Alabama. After being called by half a dozen people who begged for my credit card, I spoke with Amber who made me feel comfortable and like I mattered. She walked me through the entire process and when move day came the picture she painted came to life. The price was very fair and the move went very smooth. Thank you Presidential, I will highly recommend you all.
BEWARE of Presidental Moving.
I was provided with a quote to move my belongings from SW FL to Colorado Springs, CO, on the day of the move I was charged nearly double the price.
I spoke with Aaron from sales to get my quote for my move. I walked through every single room in my home and provided every item to them that was moving, dimensions and verbal explanations of each item. I was initially quoted just under $6,000. I was scheduled to move on 10/18, the company called me two days before my scheduled move to let me know they could not make this date and had to push it out a day. On 10/18 I had Danny from their QA department call me and go over all the items that we're going on the moving truck again. He told me that a lot of the items were grossly underestimated in the amount of space on the truck they would take up, and he was fixing them. He then told me to grossly overestimate the number of boxes I had so he could give me an overestimate of how much it would cost me to move. By the time he was done, my estimate was over $9000 but Danny assured me that it would realistically be closer to $6500 and not to worry about that estimate. On move day, the crew showed up, and about 3/4 of the way through the move the foreman, Alex tells me the new estimate is approximately $10,800. I have already paid my deposit, the move is 3/4 of the way done and a day late at this point, I had no choice but to allow my items to be packed on the truck. Meanwhile, the Forman Alex was telling me that Presidentials sales team does this all the time, they get all the items in a persons home and grossly underestimate the amount of space it will take up just to get the customer to sign on the dotted line and he has to always redo the estimates on move day. I called Aaron and spoke to him about the massive difference in the quote he gave me and the actual price, he said he would get back to me the following day at 11:00am and he never did, I left him a voicemail and he did not return my call. I then spoke to customer service who informed me that I should have received a bill of leight before the truck left telling me exactly how much space on the truck my belongings took up (I never received this) when I told them I still didn't know how much space my items took up on the truck because the driver would not disclose this information to me. All but 2 of the moving crew left before all my items were even loaded on the truck, my house was absolutely trashed after they left with tape rolls and packaging debris thrown on the floor everywhere. I explained the entire situation to the customer service representative, however when I asked what could be done she continued to tell me she would provide me with an explanation for the difference in charges vs the quoted price. I explained that I understood what she was saying, however she was not answering my question and she got extremely irritated, began talking over me and then hung up on me.
Their business practices are deplorable, and their customer service is unbelievably poor.

My move was great!! It was a local move, but my crew was very professional, fast and efficient. I paid $1400 for my 3 bedroom apprtment and I thought that was very reasonable. Definitely 5 star service. Thanks!
Not perfect but very good.
My move wasn't perfect, but this guys did a good job. I was impressed with packing skills of the workers. My price went up a little bit because I ordered additional packing from them. My only issue was delivery because it was a few days delayed. I thought I had a guaranteed delivery date but they explained the window. Once they explained that to me I understood. All in all the move went really well and I would use them again. Next time though I will make sure to read the contract a bit better so I don't misunderstand anything.

I would say my best experience so far with moving companies. Presidential made it easy stress free. I hate moving bute theese guys are magicians . You can tell moving is an art for them . They handled everything super easy and quick. They have special techniques and approach. You can tell they get good training I'm going to attach picture so you can see. Ladies in the office polite,very good support .Dispatch department was great. Thank you presidential.
Worst Company Ever.
I don't even know where to start. Every employee of this scam company is the rudest, most unprofessional person on the planet. Well, they will be the nicest when trying to get your business but then once they have you roped into their scam you will likely never hear from them again and if you are lucky enough to actually reach them, they will talk down to you, blame you for their scam and just plain he rude as h to you.
We were told this company has their own fleet of trucks and movers, all which is a lie.
We were given a quote and then charged $2,000 more than the quote because we were "over our cubic feet". Well they didn't tell us this until all of our items were on the truck. They packed the truck terribly so it's doubtful we were even over.
We were told we'd have our things the following week. Well 30 days later after multiple calls, emails, voicemails, most of which were never returned, our things arrive. We were told 3 different times we'd have our things and each time nothing showed up. When we could actually reach someone like Brie, Jessica, Anna, or Lisa they were rude and disrespectful to us and made excuse after excuse as to why we didn't have our things yet. Once I threatened them with a lawsuit did our things actually arrive.
This leads to our items. They arrived broken, damaged, and dirty. Our couch was completely broken. Our bed frame broken, table and desk broken, all of my boxes marked fragile were completely destroyed.
This company is a huge scam!! Do not use them. The 5 star reviews are fake.
