Excellent Customer Service.
This was the first time I have used a moving company from start to finish. RMC was professional, friendly and quick! We moved from a 2 bedroom townhouse to a 1 bedroom apartment. The 3 man crew was on time and efficient. Everything was wrapped and handled with care. Def will use again in a few years when we move into our new home.
If you are looking for dependable movers who will take care of your things from start to finish choose RMC!
What a relief.
I was very nervous about having a company move our belongings. We had been in our home 26 yrs and knew that we could not do it by ourselves. I contacted RMC movers and spoke with Carolyn. She was wonderful, she said she could here the stress in my voice. She told me sit back relax and allow us to move you. Well she could not have been more correct, the gentlemen she sent were wonderful. They arrived on time, came in to evaluate things and started wrapping and moving my belongings like pros. The gentlemen where friendly and courteous. The lead person (sorry can't remember his name) was kind to his workers and treated them with respect. I would use them again even though I have no intention of moving I hope. However I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I want to thank my moving team at RMC today. Gerald who figured out the logistics of how to pack all my furniture efficiently in a small storage unit. Kevin and Joel who were always upbeat and kind, and carried my belongings carefully out of a basement with little room to maneuver. It was well over 95 degrees today, but the men remained pleasant and efficient. Thanks also to Rosalyn in the office for her suggestions and electronic contracts and receipts. .

Can't say enough about how smoothly our move went from Roswell, Ga to St. Petersburg, Fl! Louis and Drew showed up, right on time, with 7 other helpers and 2 trucks. Louis walked the guys around the house to give them an overview and within a few minutes they started the process of packing. They brought tons of pads and every single piece of furniture was well wrapped. With 9 people packing and moving boxes and furniture you would think it would have been chaotic, but it was not. Louis with Drew's help had everyone very coordinated, so much so that I felt comfortable enough to continue working with our personal items, in another part of the house, while they took over the rest. I felt very confident that I did not need to supervise, while they did their job. Louis had a real handle on the entire situation! It only took them 4 hours to get us packed up and the 2 trucks gone. I thought it was going to take most of the day. Louis and Drew drove the trucks down to Florida the following day and upon arriving called us to let us know that our furniture had arrived safe and sound. We coordinated the unpacking of the trucks, going into storage, for the following morning. They were already there before we arrived. And again Louis and Drew got us unpacked in a couple of hours. The entire process of Rosalyn, RMC Movers salesperson and Louis, the lead coordinator coming to our home to give us a quote until our furniture was put into storage in Florida was a completely hassle free experience!! It really pays to use RMC Movers for your next move. They are only moving your home so you get that one on one personal experience. I HIGHLY recommend RMC Movers. Call them, you won't regret it, like I did using one of the big, cross country movers for a previous move. .
Diligent and Professional Moving!
My experience with RMC Movers was exemplary. The owner took a great deal of time on the phone to discuss with me the move and costs, and was even willing to work with me to negotiate the price. The company contacted me three times prior to the move to confirm and discuss what would be moved.On the day of the move, the movers arrived early to the pick up location and worked diligently. They wrapped every piece of furniture and fragile item, and took their time transporting boxes to ensure that nothing was damaged. They even unmounted my TV and assisted with dropping some items off at the second location. At the second pick up location, the movers protected each piece of artwork in its own bubble wrapping and blanket. The following day, the movers met me in Atlanta on time and ready to deliver. They successfully moved all of our items to the new apartment and took their time moving items to where they belonged. Not one item was damaged or missing. My one concern was that the main mover was training other men during the move which made the time a little longer. This did not bother me, however, if you are in a time crunch I would specify either more men or all experienced men. Regardless, I am extremely happy with the move and would definitely recommend them to ANYONE. If we move again, we will definitely be hiring them and no one else. .
Moving to our Home.
My brother did a web search for a good moving company for us and ended up going with RMC Movers because they were rated "5 stars". When the movings guys arrived they placed their truck and were ready to go. They came inside the apartment to assess what needed to be done in every room and asked if we have any specific instruction. While three of the guys went to grab their moving material, the supervisor went over all the paperwork with me, explained the process and had me sign once I was clear with everything, and he also went to grab moving material. The men were very careful with our belongings, making sure to tape, bubble wrap and through a cover around EVERYTHING. They did a great job taking our king size bed down and putting it back up in our new home. They were also very good about asking what room we wanted every item in; and where. I am very happy with this moving company and would recommend them to anyone trying to move. They did not waste our time or try to consume the required 3 hours. Overall; a great company!

Although the crew was a little late the morning of my move (not terribly late though), they were AMAZING throughout the day. Even though my move wasn't all that big, 6 guys showed up to pack up my house. They carefully wrapped everything and loaded the truck in 2 hours. None of my furniture or my house was even slightly damaged. I was also so impressed by how positive and kind all of the guys were. They were totally professional, had the best attitudes, and worked nonstop. Tony and Tyson then drove my stuff to Charlotte and unloaded some of my stuff into a storage unit and the rest at my new apartment. They came straight from Atlanta (with no breaks!) and started working just as hard as they had in Atlanta. In the end, Tony and Tyson worked 13 hours to complete my entire move in one day to meet my needs as I was leaving town again and didn't have a lot of time to complete the move. They put together all of my furniture again with no problems, and because of their hard work, I was settled in my new place within a day! Even after a very long day (and 100 degree heat), Tony and Tyson were as friendly and kind at 11 pm as they were when I met them first thing in the morning. I would HIGHLY recommend RMC to anyone looking to move. They made moving so easy!
RMC Movers.
I have moved numerous times. Because I have a piano and antiques, I experience anxiety repeatedly with each move. These movers were early, which was a new experience for me. I was also moving into a newly renovated house, so I was concerned about damage to the property itself. My move was virtually painless with no damage to anything. I spent less because they moved quickly, unlike the last moving company I used. I highly recommend RMC Movers.
Top Notch Service.
RMC Movers were great for us. I know a lot of people complain about poor service from moving companies, so it feels good to rave about a very positive experience. We had an in-home estimate, and I was pleased to find it was exactly the same as our final bill. The team showed up on time, took great care to pack the items we couldn't (TVs, art, antiques and an aquarium), and loaded everything quickly and efficiently.
We moved from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale. The movers came on a Tuesday morning, and arrived in Fort Lauderdale that night. We drove down on Wednesday, and asked for delivery on Thursday morning. The team met us promptly at our storage facility first, then followed us to the house after unloading part of our belongings. They did a great job moving furniture and boxes into the new house, and put beds and other furniture back together for us. Nice guys, great attitudes, and everything arrived in the same condition it was when they picked it up. Thanks RMC.
Moving experience.
Great team! Fast and organized. Will definitely use them in the future. They showed up on time. The contract was thoroughly explained to us before they got started with the move. All the guys worked, I mean worked nonstop. They all were very nice. They carefully moved fragile items. They wrapped all furniture that needed to be wrapped. Keep up the good work!
Amazing Service.
We had restrictions when moving. We only could do a certain amount of hours and the movers said no problem. They were friendly and worked quickly and carefully. They were careful with all our stuff. We had family to help with the small stuff and they said if they ever need movers they would use RMC. They are going to be our movers anytime we need to move. Thanks for everything.
Move Review RMC Movers.
RMC MOVERS are hands down the best moving company that I have ever experienced and been relocated over 5 times with a large pharmaceutical company over the last 2 decades. Prior to working with Lamar, the owner at EMC, my previous move from a large 5 br home with very expensive furniture into a similar home was a disaster and a 1 yr claim process due to mover negligence and then long battle with them to pay for the damages. I shared this experience with Lamar and he explained that RMC has only had one claim because they just don't damage. I thought he was just embellishing to make a sale. Well the outcome was remarkable and Lamar certainly exceeded my high expectations. I had new carpet installed in my new home and they worked very hard to put down plastic to cover the floor. The thing I recall the most was the incredible positive attitude of all the crew on the move. Ever single guy treated me with the upmost respect with a FRIENDLY demenor. I can say that RMC will be my exclusive movers in the future. .

Drew and the crew made my move soooo easy . From the initial call for quote up until the move was done everyone I came into contact with at RMC was great.
