Kept promises.
We wanted to thank you Safeway moving for taking extra special care of our furniture. All the very furniture are antiques that were passed down from generation to generation so it should say a lot about your company that we chose you because this stuff meant the world to us. Other companies give us better prices and a lot of promises but it just didn’t feel right. We did our research And always in the end it with you guys on top. I wish you many years ahead of the quality business you provide.
Great Time.
We had a great time working with Safeway movie but I can tell you it was a lot of work. But in the end it did pay off. They have experienced sales people and great management which translates into a very well run company. The other moving companies we spoke with her all over the place and just kept asking for a deposit. Safeway moving gave us time to make your own decision, if you were own research and when we were ready we made our move and reserved it. We got our dates and our time as well as a fast delivery. Great job Safeway nice meeting you.
Great work.
They will make you happy with your entire moving process no matter what. They took all of our stuff wrapped it up packed a few boxes and our mattresses and they loaded the truck. No issues at pick up. So delivery can very quickly after pick up and guess what the same great attitude that they had at pick up they had at delivery. The quoted price was actually $800 more than what they really charged me so you can imagine how happy I am. Thanks for all you guys did. Still smiling ear to ear. I will call again, for sure.

I wanted to take a few minutes to thank everyone at Safeway Moving for a fantastic job and a safe relocation and let other people know your company is not like the typical movers. The sales people have personality. It may not seem like it’s important but moving for us was very stressful. They are a full service mover which means they will do everything if you chose that. They came and took apart the large furniture and packed up every little item in our home. We didn’t have to do anything except let them in and we made a few request. Each item in a box was packed correctly and labeled. They are very organized and they take time to make sure nothing gets damaged. The delivery took about 11 days which was ok with us it gave us time to get ready on the other end. They saved us a small fortune compared to others we spoke to and companies that came out. We have so much respect for your company and hope you all have a great summer.
Big Savings.
Safeway moving where is the moving company that was based out of her home state. We are from New Jersey and ready to retire. We found our home in West Palm Beach and we were looking for the right moving company to get us there. This is the route that they commonly run. They were able to discount our move because there was one spot left on the truck, and we even got lucky because we would be the first drop off. We saved more more then we ever anticipated but more importantly nothing got damaged and it was handled with care. They operate at a high level and they are the best mover we ever moved hands down. Just wanted to say thank you to everyone involved.

Many times in my life I have had to move with my career. Every single time I always had an issue. This time I finally found a company that gave me no hassles no headaches and no hiccups. I couldn’t be any Happier. The entire move went so smooth and I was treated like family and the sales people and all of the movers made sure my wife and kids were very happy the entire process. If they're not the best movers in this industry than they are definitely one of them. They make sure that all of your stuff is wrapped padded protected and loaded in the truck with no issues and no headaches I am very very proud that I chose to use you all. Booked Early And Saved.
To tell you about Safeway Moving they are fantastic. We first spoke to them 3 months ago about our relocation. The move was set for summer and we had no idea about the price difference between March and June. They gave us all the information we needed and decided to reserve the move far In advance. They saved us a huge amount of money that’s always much needed. Stayed in contact leading up to the move and made our minor changes. The guys showed up early ready to work and within 10 days we just got our furniture. We can’t say enough about this company. It’s been a pleasure working with you.
No pressure.
We felt a lot of pressure in search for a moving company. Safeway Moving was very different from the pack. Every company without fail pushed for money so hard they pushed us away. Safeway Moving didn’t speak a word about money until both of us felt good about the furniture list in front of us. It just felt right and it tells you about the quality of service they provide. They left nothing out and we were not met with any surprises along the way and what more can you ask for. A standup company during a busy time of year. You guys are great.
House and car.
This was by no means saying easy experience at all. If it wasn’t for Safeway moving we probably would have rented a truck and just done the move ourselves. The other companies we spoke to were way out of our budget and did not have the available dates. Safeway moving was able to accommodate us and even have our cars ship the same day. They are not brokers they are hard-working movers who have a great reputation and we were just lucky enough to see it first hand. Moving across the country Takes time and we ended up getting her furniture sooner than expected. We understand that there’s a lot going on and we are not the only move on the track. The departments within their company kept us updated so we always knew where our furniture was. They are a very valuable company to have in your pocket our experience with them was nothing but positive and we like sharing good news. Enjoy your summer and thank you again.
Affordable.
Safeway Moving was one of the only companies we spoke to that literally moved around their own schedule to schedule us. We couldn’t afford any large fees from the complex so we only had limited time to get it done. That In itself is a lot to handle. Moving with 3 small children is a task in itself. If it wasn’t for them we would be out of our mind crazy trying to do this ourself. Special thanks.
Easier then expected.
It was actually easy and stress free which are words I never thought I’d say about a long distance move. Our sales rep at Safeway Moving that was assigned to us was a prodigy with information and was a big help. He explained the pricing and all the things companies could charge for and s the ways to avoid that. Mattress covers and TVs were the big ones. They were the only company that we felt we were not being worked for our money. They kept their word from callbacks and pickups and were very kind in the process. Moving is very stresssful so it was nice to work with such a unselfish company that freely showed us credentials and handled all the physical work.
Not a broker.
Really gotta thank Safeway Moving for all the time they spent and the money they saved us. We learned a lot of new information from them and most imporyantly how to protect ourself from gettjbgbtaken advantage of. Main point being we didn’t want a broker we wanted our stuff on the same truck and not to leave. We wanted a crew of professionals who were going to get it right the first time around and they did. They did it all in our price range and without a damaged piece. Happy to say we would use them again.
Busy times.
We found out fast and furious that this was the most expensive and busiest time of year for all the moving companies. I had no choice but if you do move right away. We went online and started looking at companies and we came across Safeway moving. Had no choice but to do the move right away. I went online and started looking at companies we came across Safeway Moving you liked all the positive reviews from previous customers you seem very happy with their service. After speaking with them at least it turned out that they were also very affordable and well within our budget. The movers that showed up did an excellent job of packing her furniture so nothing would break up. We were promised her furniture would never leave the truck and it did not. That’s the stuff we appreciate the most honesty and transparency the stuff that money can’t buy and they have them all.
Horrible company to do business with.
Out of 20 years of military service and 8 different household goods shipments to include overseas moves, this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had.
I should have suspected something when I first started communicating with them. They were the cheapest and were promising everything to get my business. If you have ever dealt with a timeshare salesman, this is what they felt like.
Up to the point of pickup they seemed trustworthy and concerning for me as a customer. Once they had my items in their possession it just went downhill from there. Everything from lies, deception, ignoring calls, emails, accusations and threats. Once they have your items, they have the power to do whatever they want or else you don't get your items in return. "It's in the contract" as I was reminded several times. When you read the contract, it is completely so they are not held liable. They failed to meet pick up and delivery dates and then charged me for them being late on delivery. The movers that they used, M.A.D, failed to properly pack items, failed to perform a proper inventory, lost and damaged items, and added on to the lies and deception. Now that I have read some of the recent BBB complaints, I can fully relate on how they were treated. Don't fall for them like I did to include all of these fake reviews on here and Google.
