Move from California to Washington
What a horrible experience. Do not use this company. Mislead by US interstate Vanlines at booking. Quoted a price and paid 50% at booking then a month later when movers showed up
that they contracted the job out to. The moving company gets off truck ( J&B relocation) and instantly wants more money. Was put in an on the spot situation where I had to pay $2,600 more than was quoted or lose my $2,400 I had paid at booking.
They load up my belongings then call me that they don’t want to deliver my stuff unless I give them more money. Finally after living in an empty apartment for 2 weeks my stuff arrived
at the moving companies convenience. It’s stressful enough moving to another state but when a professional moving company plays games at the expense of the consumer they should not be trusted with your personal belongings.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had to put at least 1 star but they real earned ZERO stars
Efficient Team
Mike and Wilson were very thorough and efficient! They were pros at the job and I was pleasantly surprised how they packed the 18 ft. truck. They handled all our furniture carefully and placed them where they should be. They didn't stop until the move was finished and job was complete! I strongly recommend you consider them to meet your short haul moving needs.
Very good service
The guys that came to handle the move knew exactly what to do. Well worth the money. Second time using US Interstate Van Lines. Will recommend them highly! They're expensive but very thorough and professional. This is my third time using them. I would recommend them to others. I found the movers to be communicative, polite, and respectful. They stuck to their time estimates and did a fantastic job!
Punctual
We were so incredibly pleased with US Interstate Van Lines that I could not believe that moving could be handled so well and affordable. From the start, our representative, Mikael, was so kind, caring, and professional. And the movers were all kind, courteous, hard-working, and professional, too. It made moving so much easier, just feeling comfortable and not stressed out during the move. Will use them going forward for every move! Have already referred these guys to my friends!
Super professionals
Most of their labor was intelligent and professional. The setting of all furniture was not such a simple matter for me, but they did it easily and earliest. The move couldn’t be possible without their help. They were well worth the cost. Highly recommended!
Cooperative!
Their worker's coordination was excellent. They moved my items in the safe procedure. The guys worked hard to move out my stuff from a third-floor apartment to downstairs. They worked hard to carry the load through a narrow staircase. Surprisingly nothing was damaged or scratched. I was relaxed. I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone!
So quick and speedy guys!
The guys have been super alert for the walls and floors of the new building. They were not so quick, but they were perfect. The guys completed the job in their estimated window. It was fairly priced. I think everyone needs to hire them for a professional and trustworthy moving experience.
Took great care with my stuff!
We would like to thank US interstate movers and its staff for their excellent service in getting our belongings to us so effortlessly. We were very impressed with the efficiency, co-operation and their exceptional good humor from the 4 men that were sent by them. Nothing was too much trouble and before lunch time we felt like the new house was our home. We would be very pleased to recommend you guys in any way we can. I thank them to have made everything so easy that it made what could have been a very stressful day for us into something quite enjoyable!
CALL SOMEONE ELSE
If we could give zero stars we would. Had scheduled day for this past Monday for move from CT to NC. Monday comes and go, then they say Tuesday. Tuesday a random company comes demanding more money. Call customer service and they state they are in a lawsuit with that sub contractor, first red flag. Tuesday no one shows, Wednesday no one shows but assured they were still coming that night. Thursday 12am another sub contractor comes and demands extra money and tells us it will take over a week longer than originally told to get our items to our new place. Now enough is enough, call to cancel since they are not living up to what was promised and customer service refuses to refund deposit. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Everything arrived intact
US interstate movers was a pleasure to work with. Right from the beginning they impressed me by showing up early to the job. From there they took care of business and got right to work. They didn't waste any time and in addition to being super hard workers, they were always very polite. They were fast enough to deliver and put things in place according to my direction in no time. I thank this amazing company and their capable men.

Our experience with US interstate movers was beyond our expectations. They were extremely careful with everything, engaged in the move, friendly, willing to help with extra last minute tasks, on time, efficient and just terrific. The price was excellent, the service was the very best and the 4 people- under the leadership of an amazing foreman- worked like a world class team. We could not be more pleased with this company.
Brilliant movers overall
They were so polite and courteous the entire duration of the move. They were so quick and really could maneuver my extremely heavy, large pieces upstairs, around bends, and where they needed to go. When we got to our new house location they helped us rearrange our rooms for hours without any complaints. I would highly recommend US interstate movers and will use them again. Much appreciated!!
Best moving experience!
We had to move into our grandma’s house after the mortgage on our property went wrong. We had to go to another state. We quickly hired US interstate movers because their prices are the lowest in the market. Our first experience was horrible with the movers. So we were nervous. But, these guys were on time, didn’t damage anything and the rate was exactly what was quoted. They wrapped, packed and loaded everything within a very reasonable amount of time. The moving staff was friendly and did an outstanding job from beginning to end.

I moved from my old apartment to a grand new house with the help from US interstate movers and I couldn't have done a better job myself- excellent work from the sales team to the movers and everything was great. I wouldn't use any other company to do my moves ever again. They packed my stuff up on a Friday and I had it all delivered on Monday, three days to move my apartment 1500 miles is an excellent work. They really make moving easy!

Regardless of the distance you are going, THEY will certainly go above and beyond for you. I appreciate the job this company provided for us in what might have been a stressful scenario.
