I got a recommendation from a friend on who to use for a long distance move because I had never done one before. I took a look at their website and some reviews online and everything seemed really positive, so I decided to go ahead and hire them. The whole experience was just amazing. They were always very communicative with me and never left me in the dark about anything. Their movers were very positive and upbeat. They never complained about a single thing, no matter how difficult the move was. I just wanted to take the time to write a review of my own in order to say thank you for the amazing work. I will absolutely use them again!
Bad customer service refused detail receipt
Came with a truck already filled without enough room after in full detail list was carefully covered twice.
Rescheduled several times and charged more at last minute.
Get someone to see your stuff for a real quote. These guys sound cheap till they get there. Only the driver was nice and then they hired a random person off the street.
Supervisor Alex spoke over me. Told me to pick what matters most. Refused to give me a detailed receipt.
Driver did well but he hired help lacked any skills beside random person who could lift.
Was supposed to be a full move: packing and towing my van.
They forgot about the van and never scheduled the tow. I asked several times and was told that price was included; they lied.
I got stuck driving it myself… which worked since I also had to find a 2nd company to get the rest of my stuff
Due to being rescheduled several times I boxed up my house myself never got my money back for the so called full move.
Supervisor Alex was upset I wouldn’t use them again after he took all day to tell me how much and already proved they couldn’t be trusted to be on time.

US interstate Van lines took my order quickly and efficiently and organized a move for our firm with ease with only ONE DAYS NOTICE. Communication was top notch and the move went very smoothly with the moving company they dispatched to do the work. The moving company was friendly, funny and extremely professional. The price was reasonable and they made me look GREAT to my boss! I would recommend US interstate Van lines for any move, especially a last minute move like we had, eternally grateful!!!
Great customer service
I had a great experience! The guys at pickup were very punctual, very cautious with my items, and they made sure everything was protected. I honestly don’t know what else to say they were outstanding from beginning to end!
Rescue
I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to say that this company came to the rescue. After going with another company that never showed up, I was lucky to have my mother-in-law recommend US Interstate. Not only did they did actually show up but they did an amazing job wrapping my belongings and protecting the house. If you are moving I would highly recommend US Interstate Van Lines.

DO NOT hire this company for your move. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had.
The company lost most of my kitchen during the move. They didn't even bother to find where all this stuff went. I had to ask for the phone number of people where they could have misdelivered to and track the boxes myself. I finally tracked the person my stuff was misdelivered to and he told me that this company lost some of his stuff as well.
Since then, I have been waiting for the company to deliver this back to me. This is very shameful.
Every time I call, I'm told of new delivery date. First it was supposed to be delivered after Labor day. Then I was told it would be delivered two weeks later, and now I'm told it would arrive next week. I have had enough; I am tired of waiting.
One of the biggest problems of this company is the awful communication. Not only me, but they also didn't even communicate with their own driver properly. The company didn't bother to tell the driver that I had updated the inventory or that I had asked for packing material.
They have made my life hell, and I have lost a lot of money because of this company's incompetence.
They decided to change the schedule, at the last moment, without even letting me know, leaving me stranded in a new city.
I'm tired and frustrated after constantly calling this company for more than a month. Every time I get the same response, that they will call me back with a resolution. I haven't received a single call. This is very shameful behavior and not how one should treat a customer.
Also, the price increased a lot on moving day for no reason. I was told that they would carefully measure how much space my stuff takes and charge according to a fixed rate. That did not happen, and the price I got seemed pretty random. So I would not trust anything they say or any false promises they make before you sign the agreement.
I have called countless times for compensation. Every time the company tells me that they will get back to me after talking to the "Billing department". I haven't received a single call back and when next time I call, I have to talk to someone who is ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS about this issue, and the same story repeats. All I hear from them are lame excuses.
This company has made my life hell. Steer clear of them.
Get Ready for Insults
I had been in contact with Brian to book my move, but I was committed to obtaining many quotes so that I can compare the quotes (mostly wanting to read the fine print of each company) and then research my top choices. Brian called me a moron via text and to "use [my] brain" because the prices were all going to be similar and I was guaranteed to get scammed if I went elsewhere. Who knew that quote comparisons and researching companies could lead to getting scammed???!!!
Do not use this company
I would NOT recommend this company for a family household move or for moving anything. They are very unorganized and seem clueless. Aside from sending out a smaller truck than I actually paid for, they didn't wrap all of my furniture in the blankets provided. My furniture, some of it antique, has been damaged. If not outright destroyed. My desk has a leg snapped off. A bookcase was demolished. I mentioned they're unorganized...half of my stuff still hasn't arrived and they don't know where it is. They won't call me back with updates. We're two weeks into wondering where our stuff is. We have the top to our kitchen table, but no legs, half of a corner desk, etc. It's beyond frustrating. Do not use US Interstate Van Lines. You'll be sorry. I am.

Scheduled an office move with Us Interstate Van Lines. Very professional, as well as timely and courteous. No major issues and I’m very happy with the move. Brian was a great help. I will definitely use them for any future commercial or residential moves.

I’m not one to write reviews but when my experience exceeds my expectation I have to recommend to others. The Us Interstate team went above and beyond for all of my needs and requests. I made a cross country move CA-FL as all of my kids live in FL and I cannot express enough how knowledgeable and responsive their customer service team is. Thank you all for making my experience smooth. I am now live close to all of my children and grandchildren and I cannot be happier. I recommend this company with my eyes close.
Great work
Me and my husband decided to take a leap of faith and move to Michigan after thinking about it for a few years. After speaking with a few different companies and some research we came across Us Interstate and decided to just go for it. Their professionalism and knowledge sold us and not one regret we have! The movers showed up at my door and instantly got to work. Everything was nicely packed and loaded on to their truck. A few days later all of our items arrived intact! Thank you Jacob for all of your hard work and for taking the time to explain how the industry works! We cannot be happier with the outcome.
Worst Moving Company Ever!
I hired them to do a move from LA to OK. They did not call me the 3 days prior as they said they would. I had to call them. I was given some story about a broken truck and they rescheduled for a week later. During the following week, I called numerous times to confirm that the supposed broken truck was fixed and was assured it was. I called the day before to confirm arrival time. I was told everything was a go. Today, when they didn't show I had to call them and was again given the story about a broke down truck and they tried to push me back another week. When I asked for a refund I was told I would have to wait 7-10 days! This is after they pushed me to pay my deposit through the owners Cash app because they needed guaranteed funds. Worst experience ever! Never use them! You will regret it!

I had a wonderful experience working with their movers today. I needed to move my mom from a 3 bedroom home to a 2 bedroom due to us downsizing because of the pandemic. This company did a great job with this move!
The 3 men who came to do the job were prompt, polite, and excellent at their jobs. They treated every piece as if it were their own and wrapped and covered everything. Unbelievably, they actually finished under the allotted time.
As an adult, I have moved 6 times, including 2 cross country moves, and have never had such an easy and pleasant experience.

Worst company ever
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Bait and switched us at time or move, said one price then said a way higher one once they arrived. Also didn’t show up the first day, called 30 minutes before. Showed up hours late the 2nd day. Please please do not sure this company
Update: 3 weeks later. The day our things were supposed to arrive in seattle, they called us and told us our things were still in California and they weren’t going to finish the move so they left our things on the side of the road. My wife and I had to fly from Seattle to LA where the movers left our things on the side of the road - literally. It was unbelievable. We had to rent our own moving truck and get our personal things, load them up and drive them back to seattle ourselves. After all of this they didn’t offer any discount or refund!
We will be hiring lawyers and pursuing this company that is a big fraud. Please avoid this nightmare for yourself.

Evan, Joseph & Donald arrived this morning, Bright and early and in good spirits, I used them for a local move instead of long distance. We had a lot to move. 5 bedrooms and an office plus a garage full. I pack heavy and felt horrible they had to move all of our stuff down stairs and through a small garage door. Then to move it all back upstairs to a small apartment. They stayed in good spirits through the day and handled all of our stuff like they would their own. I would hire them again ( although I’m sure they would run the other way because of how I pack). Everything went quick even with it being 100 degrees outside. Great company to work with also. Thanks guys!!
