Super professional moving crew! I've hired other companies before and never received this kind of care for my possessions and consideration as to where I wanted to place them at my new place! Sure, they were a little bit more than my other moves, but worth every single penny! The crew never complained, once, about doing their job and were very courteous and polite. Even while wearing masks, they pushed through to complete the job all the way, they didn't compromise the quality of service at any point unlike my other experiences. I will definitely hire these guys again. Thank you for a job well done

Paid attention to every detail!
I have moved nine times in the past thirty-three years and I have always used a moving company. My overall experience with US Interstate Van Lines was a good experience but it was not the best moving experience that I have had. I was very pleased with the original estimate and the final cost.
The beast movers!!
Everything with our move went smoothly. The guys showed up on time and worked hard the whole time. Very professional and a nice bunch of guys. Everything arrived in the same shape it left. Even my big screen TVs which they packed. I would not hesitate to use US Interstate Van Lines again.

One disappointment that we encountered was that we were originally promised two packers and one showed up on the packing day. He ended up calling for help and someone was sent. The packing process could have been more efficient had two people arrived together as originally promised.

This company and their staff are Absolutely Awesome!!!!! From the guys on the truck to the people in the office. My guys treated my furniture and items as if they were their own. Very considerate, polite, and helpful. They had to drive 5 hours to deliver my furniture and were still very pleasant when they arrived. I've used their services twice and consider them to be A +

A fantastic experience. Everyone I dealt with at Brian were true professionals with warmth, understanding and support in what could be a stressful time. They were prompt, courteous, and patient even when we asked that something be moved more than once. Brian's price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Brian.
Scamming a disabled Veteran and his elderly mother!
This company was hired to take care of moving my 94 year old grandmother and separately my 100% disabled Veteran father and his wife. From the beginning, there have been nothing but problems. My grandmother was supposed to be moved first, and there were multiple delays with getting her household goods picked up. The family received nothing but excuses and more delays after paying over $6000. Once her stuff was finally picked up and taken to her destination, the drivers then demanded MORE money to deliver her items claiming it was because the items would have to be delivered far from the curb. She is moving from one nursing home to another! The company knew this to begin with and should have taken it into consideration in their price quote. Further more, the drivers are demanding the money in cash or cashiers check. Sounds very unethical to me!
After all of the problems with moving my grandmother, and more delays in scheduling my parents, they decided to find another company to move themselves. They requested their deposit back ($6500) only to be told they would not get the money back. This company is unethical and running a scam on older people! My parents are now out over $12,000 and have to find another company to move them (another $15,000), while fighting to get my elderly grandmother's goods delivered. my parents hired this company based on numerous good reviews online and a high BBB rating. I am here to warn you that for whatever reason, in this case they are scamming a disabled Veteran and an elderly woman. my family will be filing with the BBB, as well as seeking legal action. Also, look for more reviews on Google, Yelp, and any other social media site.
Professional, Fast, Reasonable
We had a great experience with Us Interstate Vanlines, Moving can be very stressful. We dealt with Washington and Sergio they were amazing!! We didn’t have to worry about anything! My move
Interstate moved me in august 2021.. The workers seemed very nice. However, I was disappointed when I got my things. Several items were missing or damaged. Filed a claim and they only accepted two with no explanation. Spent thousands of dollars to make my home comfortable for my family to have it damaged by interstate van lines.. NEVER use this company.. They will not take responsibility for what they do and do not care about you. I am very disappointed and I will continue to call and complain until someone pays me for my broken and missing items..

Mike the driver and his crew were very polite and very professional, he was on time at pick up and delivery and did everything possible to make it easy. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family!

Vince and the Us Interstate Van Line's team of movers were professional, courteous, responsive, and exceeded our expectations from a moving company. If there was a sixth star available, I would award it too them!!! From the moment Rosemary and I met the team, we felt their genuine concern for our move. They ensured our comfort level by involving us in the packing and moving process and kept us updated on the move status as the pack-out progressed. The packing and moving team including Vince, Robert, Jay, and two additional moving gentlemen we only met for a day. The team took great care in packing and moving our belongings. They completed the pack-out ahead of the initially promised schedule and delivered our belongings ahead of expected delivery date. I endorse Us Interstate Van Lines and their courteous and conscientious moving teams for your next move! They are excellent and communicate very well.
Affordable ,Professional, Carefull
Rick and Victor were the most helpful, efficient, and friendly people to aid us in such a stressful move. From the first time I spoke with Rick on the phone, he was fully transparent and thorough with everything involved with it. They treated our furniture with the upmost care, as if it was their own. They completed the task of loading all our furniture way faster than initially anticipated, even though it was a second story apartment and the container being loaded was a substantial distance away from the front of the building (following the rules of the complex). With such a daunting task to an individual, they truly made the entire process a pleasure, instead of a grueling experience. They had great communication the whole time. I 1000% recommend them to anyone who needs amazing, reliable, and affordable movers. Their reviews really do speak for themselves.

Incredible moving experience from WV to AZ. Mr Lee was the driver for the entire move. Oskar and Rigo were incredible on the loading end. They had two flight of stairs to deal with as the packed, moved and loaded 6,020 lbs of goods. We had packed 93 items and they took care of the other 80 items. Rigo packed most of the glass and fragile items. Did I tell you they were amazing?! They did not disappoint on the unloading portion either. His incredible work ethic and customer service continued as Mario and Andre unloaded and moved our 6,020 lbs in our new to us home. They were efficient and careful. I am not sure if any of them could have done a better job. Michael was great with the survey and initial contact. Charlene took over on setting up the move. Incredible logistics and customer service throughout. Thanks to all for making our move as stress free as possible. We would definitely recommend this company to others.
