The Worst!
I had another mover booked a month ago. They disappeared on me at the last minute and a few days before I was set to close had to find a replacement. On a Thursday I called US Pro and was told they could help me. I spoke to a Sarah who was very nice and told me that, while I may be paying more than expected, at least I could relax knowing I was in good hands.
I had a two day pickup window on either Saturday or Sunday. I was told the driver would call me on Friday or Saturday night to work out a time to arrive. I had no call on Friday and by 5 Saturday I called and was told all was set for Sunday but the drivers sometimes call late. I was up until 11 and went to sleep expecting maybe an early text or call. I woke up to a text saying that my pickup would be Monday or Tuesday. I immediately called the driver who told me that he just got my request on Saturday night and he was booked all day. He said he could come Monday at noon and deliver right away. We we’re closing on Monday and I was told that I’d be picked up Sat/Sun and delivered on Tuesday. He said he couldn’t store my items and it’s a same day pickup and delivery. I told him I couldn’t do Monday because the buyer was moving in on that day. He just said, sorry I can’t do anything.
I ended up working out a deal with the buyer and he agreed to give me some extra time. The driver said noon and that he’d text me the time on Monday. He told me he’d arrive around 6. I called US Pro’s customer service and after keeping me on hold for about an hour told me that they don’t guarantee a pickup day and it can be up to 2 days. They called the drivers boss and came back telling me that he would be out between 7-10 that evening. I got no sympathy and they said there wasn’t anything they could do.
I canceled and lost my $677 deposit. I had to get a U-Haul and move myself while the buyer waited. I recommend finding another company. This one is just awful.
Nothing was stolen or damage.
This bunch of guys is very friendly and polite. I admire what they did with my move. They had a proper team. Everything was done in right schedule. I was not disappoint. And call them for quality service. You will not be disappointed.

Very pushy, called me a liar for not having my wallet at work, "Do you think I'm a kid?" Absolutely left my mother and I flabbergasted at how rude he was. So unprofessional and very appalled.

The US Pro Moving and Logistics did a great job of setting up the storage advising me of all fees and options and setting up the free pickup of my stuff. Everything went smoothly and as expected. Movers were professional, quick, and efficient. The storage location was clean and well organized. The staff helped me select the right size storage for my belongings once they saw the items and processed the transaction smoothly.
Completely Unprofessional.
We were called by a random woman who never told us who she was with and then transferred to “Jonathan”. He asked us the same questions that the previous woman did and then when we questioned why he was asking again he said he saw our notes now. We went through our entire home and listed the items piece by piece. Once we finished and confirmed the dates/locations of move and drop off he calculated the price. From PA to NC equaled $8,500. After stating we were surprised on the price he said to sit tight while he “spoke with a supervisor” and came back a few minutes later after “calling the district manager” and was approved for $5,200. My thought was why wouldn’t you just have offered that price in the first place? Then we said it was still out of our budget and he put us on hold again. He came back and said they could cut our deposit in half if we signed RIGHT NOW. We explained it was out of our budget and that there was no way we could do it bc the moving time frame he gave us with a 3 day window and we needed to be picked up
Thursday and delivered on Friday. He tried the hard sell multiple times and we eventually disconnected the call. My wife then proceeded to get text messages from him indicated lower and lower prices. Then the following day he called 6 times in a row. Finally he texted her “Please don’t waste any other moving companies time. The work very hard just to get hung up on. Have a blessed day”. I would NEVER recommend working with this company. Every other review seems to be spot on that it feels wrong and like a scam.
They came and did a fantastic job.
They completed my move with speed and efficiency. These guys are problem solvers. They rescued me. My move was becoming my headache but they helped me and I will remember it forever. Previous company I booked they left the move in the middle because they were not able to move my cupboards as they were heavy. I will be their loyal customer.

I chose this company for my move, however I needed to cancel my move. Kim the lady who sold me told me I could cancel at anytime. Well that’s just not the case. You can only cancel 72 hours after we sign the agreement. Would highly recommend going with a different company. Would go 0 stars if possible.

It was a fantastic experience to use this Moving firm's services! The team was very friendly and quick to respond to their scheduling department! The moving staff were also very friendly; professional, efficient and enjoyed working with them. They arrive on time, even early. They made it easy for me to move! Twice in a year, I used this agency and on both times I was equally impressed by them. They have very fair prices.
