  1. Best move of my life.

    They showed up on time. There was no damage to any of my belongings. Everything was settled up on place with no difficulty. They not only help us in packing the stuff but also help us in unpacking and setting the things into the right place. We had a great and ease move and we would definitely want to give it a again try.

    This is a company that is in the business of stealing. Check out google too. Criminals. They do it all. Lie cheat and steal.

  3. Did a fantastic job.

    The guys couldn't have been nicer or more efficient or more painless. I had my stuff (not much but heavy) waiting in the lobby. These guys came and loaded all in the truck. Not complaining about the weight.Use this service. You will not be sorry.

  4. Everything was done quickly.

    They came 20 minutes before time and finished the job in 2 hours. they brought carpenter with them to disassemble my furniture. I didn’t have to instruct them about anything as they were doing everything right. Thank You US Pro Moving and Logistics and Cameron specially for managing the guys well. Will use your service again in future.

  5. DO NOT USE!! Complete scam. I never write bad reviews DO NOT USE!!

    But if I can save even one person from going through the experience I did, it’s worth my time.

    I originally spoke with John who was super nice on the phone. Once John got my deposit, he never picked up his phone or answered my emails. He confirmed a carrier would be coming to us on 8/29. On that date, movers didn’t show. I called the main line and was number 11 in line and waited for 2 hrs to speak with someone. They confirmed the carrier would come next day (8/30) between 8-9. At 10:15, Virgin Moving and Storage showed up and just made my experience worse. Long story short, they refused to put our stuff on the truck because they said I would have to pay $9k when my estimate was for $5k..and our inventory was less than what we originally discussed (we live in a small 2 bedroom apartment and sold most of our furniture). He assumed we would just pay the $9k because we had “a gun against our head” (according to what he said) due to the fact that we rent and had to get out of our apartment with it being the end of the month. When I called the broker I spoke with Hope. I’m truly disappointed because I felt Hope had my back. She let me know I could let the movers go and they found me a new carrier to come next day (today, 8/31). After that call, I never heard back from the broker and a moving company didn’t come by.

    In the end, I rented a POD and found movers that were referred by them to assist.

    Please, whatever you do, avoid this company. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have filed a claim with my bank to try to get my deposit back. Don’t go through the hassle and anxiety I did.

  6. Ripoff alert!

    Requested a move quote, was contacted by Lloyd Burns, explained our move situation being an emergency due to death in family and so he said the payments would be broken up into 3 payments, deposit,1st half of remaining at pickup and 2nd half of remaining at delivery, we explained at the beginning we need to use a credit card due to the circumstances because they wanted PayPal which I didn’t have. He then said he could send me an email to walk me through how to pay by credit card. Which he did then transferred me to verify all information for move. On this call the lady advised we would need to pay in cash,check,moneyorder..etc. for the pickup payment we explained that we just told Lloyd that this needs to be a credit card payment. She said it couldn’t we said well we need to cancel this process than because we already explained to Lloyd that we need to pay for this move with a credit card. She than transferred us back to Lloyd which we told him we told him we just had the conversation with you about having to pay for this move via credit card. He then said that there is nothing he could do because our payment of $742 deposit was non refundable..!!?? Excuse me we never got off the phone to even complete this process. No services were even rendered? I immediately called my credit card company explained the situation and disputed the charge which they said they would take care of. This is why using a credit card is better than “cash” as they seemed to want and explains why! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU DO BEWARE!

    Fantastic moving experience! All the mattresses were wrapped and furniture was moved efficiently. During the entire process, nothing was damaged. This move was also a deal, but it battered the price of a few other businesses. Recommend this mover to anyone in the future.

    Thank you US Pro Moving and Logistics for making my move smooth. I was moving to FL and these guys helped me a lot. I had few very large size items and they were very professional in handling these. A one service that too in a very reasonable price. Next time I have to move I know who to call. Special thanks to Eric for accommodating us on last minute.

  9. Word Experience ever.

    This company literally gave me no time to cancel my order I’m out $1500 they said that they where good on BBB I checked and they have no information on this company. I asked for a quote they told me it will be $5500 and I said that sounds good. Weeks later they called my wife and told her it’s going to be $11000 then I asked can they just cancel my order they said sure. I get a call back from them they advised me that they will not refund me my money I told them the guy I talked to that gave me my quote he said you will have time to cancel and order and I will get refund my money back. They told me that there policy changed from 72 hours to 10 days and and that I signed the contract on there 72 hour policy and they can not do anything about this. So I advice all my military brothers and sister to use another company so you won’t have to deal with the same nightmare I am going through.

    We received a call from the manager and he helped us get through the movement information. He took an inventory of what we want to move and based on that price, so it was very fair. The movers arrive on time and easily get the job done. They ensure items that might be damaged are wrapped. We had no break whatsoever.

    US Pro Moving and Logistics and their movers were great to me. Did a good job with their guys to move my mom from FL to OK. The whole process was seamless. We were very impressed with everyone that was involved from the packing up stage to the delivery of her things. Highly recommended!

  12. Lied from the beginning to end.

    13 1star reviews on google in the last month all saying worst experience ever, scam artist, not holding up to contracts , waiting on refunds they never receive, horrible experiences. Lied to from the beginning. Was told by Kim that my move included a month of storage at the destination and that I would have access to it. A week before the move I’m told nope, the storage unit is a warehouse I won’t have access to and is in the origin (Ie the state I’m moving out of). Day of move, no communication? I have to call and wait 45 minutes for someone to pick up as my customer service reps never answer the phone or return messages. Finally get someone whom says the movers will there midday the next day. Frustrated but dealing. 5pm rolls around and the driver calls me to tell me he’s in Albuquerque?! What?! He’s supposed to be coming from Watertown Kim said which is 1.5 hours outside Sioux Falls. WTH?!kim said the drivers could only drive 500 miles at a time?! That puts them coming Monday at the earliest. I call to cancel. Wait an hour. Lady whom says she’s the boss said the truck will be there in the evening. Said the miss communication is not their fault or problem. I say no that is unacceptable. I have children and family to consider. After she clearly could care less I ask to speak to her boss. She has the owner call me from Coral Springs. He cares even less. Lied by saying his driver spoke to my brother whom said all is good. I said really considering you don’t have his number and if you did he speaks Vietnamese. Then he turns around and denies saying that in the same conversation. He said as long as the truck gets there by the 29th it’s contract binding. So I said your telling me that you authorize your movers to drive none stop through the night and arrive late as hell and think that’s good service? Lie to, keep changing plans, keep telling me different things and think that’s good service? Whatever you do stay away from these desperate people. They will not be on time, they will lie to you, they will take your money and offer no services to you, they will cheat you, they will not communicate clearly to you or in a timely manner. They will make your move completely stressful and miserable.

    My research has resulted in the search for a trustworthy moving company. They are the experts with collaborative staff who support you in all possible ways, from packaging to assembling, even in my new building. They packed the items with bubble wrapping so they can prevent every kind of damage.

  14. Brokers not movers -- low quote raised twice.

    Only the positive reviews showed up last time I looked. I thought I was dealing with a professional, who was experienced with the furnishings associated with a 1-bedroom. He rushed me through the items, giving me a "discount" if I booked that day -- not asking about lamps, pictures, rugs, etc.. The appraiser said the items were not correctly described, increased my price. The movers did the same . The final was 75% over estimated total.

    Moving doesn't have to be a stressful experience, if you hire US Pro Moving and Logistics. Our moving team, headed up by Mark was careful with our belongings. The move was completed almost to the time estimated and everything arrived in great condition.
