1. Everything went well.

   The Alliance Moving & Storage did an exceptional job. Each piece was expertly packed, unpacked and placed with care. The men were extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and worked efficiently. The crew was excellent in all the work they were doing. We give them our highest recommendation.

2. The entire experience was perfect.

   We used Alliance Moving & Storage to move from our 4th floor condo to a 1st floor apartment. Lee and his crew were prompt and on time and ready to go. Not a single thing was broke or harmed during the move. They were helpful, quick and put our mind at ease. Things were wrapped and packed as neatly as possible.

   My experience with Alliance Moving & Storage was amazing. The movers were so prompt, efficient and quick. They provided me quality service to me and I was surprise with their speed. They were so good in every department. Special shout-out to Anthony for his prompt, friendly and efficient service.

   Use Alliance Moving & Storage if you care about service, time and efficiency. Use others if you care about paying super high prices and want broken furniture or plates. Everything did was professional and did with extra care. They was so great that my parents have decided to use them as movers too! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone near or far!

5. Terrific service, at a great price.

   They made my entire moving experience incredibly easy and absolutely stress-free. Pricing and details were upfront. No hidden charges were applied extra money was asked. The movers were quick, friendly and hardworking. Few items are in my new apartment and few in Alliance Moving’s storage house.

6. Continued Review/Rebuttal.

   Hilarious you guys respond to this review but haven’t called me back in 5 days. There were extra items added and lots taken off the order! I had 100 additional square feet added to 550 so how exactly does that double anything? When I emailed the company and got no response from my salesperson and got Natalie on the phone her reply was “Steve is locked out of the system once the order goes to dispatch” whatever that means. I asked “So he doesn’t forward it to you as head of customer service?” And much like these lame reviews responses they post, she had no good answer. I’m still awaiting boxes of family photos and framed prints that are priceless and irreplaceable. But these thieves told me 5 days ago they would call back to discuss. But haven’t yet! But DID have the time to reply to this online review. Very strange! The subcontractor that showed up to do my move, who was both a sexist pig and a homophobe and completely unprofessional with no mask on during a pandemic, continued to call and text my phone after business was completed. What kind of company lies and tells you “I know this crew, I’m going to get my best crew to New Orleans to move you” and “They are EMPLOYEES of Alliance” when none of that is true? If this is your best crew, you really don’t know what good is. I’ve called back today & spoke to a much friendlier person, named Sierra, and she says she will have Heather Rosen (Natalie’s supervisor) call me. Let’s just say I’m not holding my breath! Side note, the people that delivered my furniture?? He hired one of my neighbors across the street to help him unload his truck. And the other local person he hired to help him unload? When he unloaded and brought 2 chairs to my house & I told him they were mine, his response was “Well Merry Christmas then” and was just going to give me another customers items. I said “No, I wouldn’t want anyone else taking my items, so please take this back to the truck” and for the rest of the day he was visibly annoyed and rude. In my own home this is how these people behaved. And this company is NOT taking responsibility for who they sent to my home? Then WHAT DID I PAY YOU FOR? Please explain that.. still waiting..

7. They were great.

   Finally a moving company that simply gets you moved from one place to another, without any drama. They clearly state their prices set expectations up front and then follow through. We moved my parents out of a large house, and they were courteous, careful, and had regard for all their personal belongings. In fact, they completed what should have been a 2 day move in one day.

8. Had a great experience!!

   It shows Alliance Moving & Storage’s professionalism when They wrapped all of my furniture with a blanket, and packed other items in boxes carefully. They even used a buffer over the front door frame to prevent any damage IF they made contact; they were so careful it wasn't required. Thank you so much for such a great experience.

9. Avoid at All Costs.

   THIS COMPANY IS NOT A MOVING COMPANY. THEY ARE ONLY THE MIDDLE MEN.
   
   This has to be the worst moving experience I have ever had. To begin with, the total cost came out to $4100, after being quoted $2900. My stuff was picked up on August 21st with an ETA between Aug 25th and Aug 31st.
   
   It is now September 9, and after 6 phone calls asking where my stuff is, I still have not received a response. The only thing anyone tells me is that they'll call me back, and no one ever does. This is because they ARE NOT THE MOVING COMPANY. If they can't get in touch with the actual moving truck, they have ZERO ability to get any updates for you.
   
   DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO WITH AN ACTUAL MOVING SERVICE WITH THEIR OWN TRUCKS.

10. I really appreciate them.

    The Alliance Moving & Storage are of the best movers in the town. Before booking them I checked many other companies too but the quoted price and the services deal of movers was great than them all. I booked them and tell them all the details. They were on time and did all the move efficiently and managed everything perfectly.

11. Worst Moving Company..

    I was supposed to move on 7/5/20. The driver was supposed to come around 1 pm. He called and said he is running late and will be there by 4:30pm. I kept waiting and waiting. Finally he comes at 7:30 pm. He came by himself without any helpers. It was one bedroom apartment furniture. He looked at it and said he won't do it. It will cost me another extra $1500 cash to him. Also he doesn't have space in his truck. THEN HE TOLD ME THAT THE COMPANY IS JUST A BROKER. THEY DONT DO ANY MOVING . THEY SUB CONTRACT WITH OTHER DRIVERS. I was never told about it. Then he told me to cancel the contract with the company and pay him $5000 cash so he can come back on Tuesday and do the moving. I REFUSED SO HE LEFT. Next day I called the company and left massage but no answer.
    
    I called 3 days in a row to talk to the owner of the company. I sent an email. No body ever called me.
    
    THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER I HAVE MOVED IN 30 YEARS. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY WILL TALK VERY SWEET BEFORE YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT. AFTER WARDS YOU CANT EVEN TALK THE SAME AGENT. I GUESS HE GOT HIS COMMISSION AND LEFT.
    
    I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR THE REFUND FOR FEW MONTHS NOW BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING. THEY HAVE NOT PERFORMED THE SERVICE SO THEY SHOULD REFUND MY HARD EARNED MONEY.
    
    I wish I can give them 0 stars.

12. I highly suggest!

    Excellent service from beginning to end. All the people from the office to the movers had the first level. Communication was awesome. The movers were one of the best people I've ever addressed.

13. They took great care to protect our belongings.

    Alliance Moving & Storage were awesome for my recent move. They were on time, professional, and efficient. The guys worked quickly, but were very careful with handling our items. They did a great job of explaining everything upfront and helped us set everything up so that we got the best price and got what we needed.

14. Exceptional work guys!

    I have utilized their service before and utilizing again due to the quality work they provide. Everything is to the perfection. Boxing, loading, unloading and unboxing. Everything they do, they take care of the stuff and made sure the safety of all my items. I really enjoyed their service.

15. On time!

    Careful with the heavy stuff. Used lots of plastic wrap to keep dresser drawers, shelves, etc from moving around. All business when working & pleasant. A good value all around. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
