1. Moving from Indiana to Brooklyn, NY.

   They finally moved the stuff one and a half weeks after the promised date. The salesman was full of hot air and said he could do a lot of things he could not do and that was just the beginning. I was estimated $1382.12. I have paid a total of $2268.27. I understand an estimate is just that, but now I cannot get the paperwork to prove their charges. All in all, they take advantage of people who need to move and do not go over contracts or want to give you time to understand them. I know now, I am out all of this money, but my granddaughter is happy where she is, so I need to take that as the good side of the experience. She also had damage which I have reported, but have heard nothing. She also was given a box and umbrella that was not hers which I have told them and heard nothing. I believe it is the most unorganized company that demonstrates one department does not know or care what the other department is doing or saying. The bottom line of my review is I would not give their name to my enemy.

2. Delivery of furniture.

   This is the worst company I have ever worked with in my life. From day one until the end of my contact with this company, they lied. I stated I needed my 80-year-old mother's items by a certain date which was nearing, and so they told me they would come get my items in three days and have my mother's furniture there by the date I requested and at the latest the following day. I hurried and packed my mom up, and on the day of pick up a company with a different name comes and I should've know right then there was an issue. I was suspicious and asked and they said they are the ones that pick up, and assumed they pick up and EZ delivers. Not so. EZ is just a middle man. They sign you up and then pass you on to whomever. I called two days before the delivery date and everything was moving as planned, so they said. Day of we don't receive any call and to get ahold of someone was short of a miracle. it was obvious this is how they handle things. Everyone is a part of this scam. I was told to wait to hear back, then he will be there tomorrow and the He will be there tomorrow came for an additional eight days, along with the truck broke down in Tallahassee (items moving from Ft. lauderdale to New Orleans, they moved all the furniture to another truck, to they were in Orlando, which is heading back to Ft. Lauderdale. During all of this I spoke easily to 8 people, pretending to be managers, people of authority, and when I threatened them with a lawsuit, they threatened to put my items in storage. The rate doubled from the original price. Do me a favor and STAY FAR FAR AWAY from EZ Moving Van Lines.

3. EZ Moving not so easy.

   Their quote was one thing, the movers charge was quite another. I was never contacted by them but once during the move. The mover arrived one day and a half late, late in the day. Nationwide was the mover. Their driver was rude and wouldn't weigh shipment. Their dispatcher was rude as well. Couldn't reach EZ Move until next day. I was told that I should have called them which I stated that I had. They keep putting me off as far as any type of settlement. The thing that really steams me is that McKenna at EZ Move said that Nationwide was not a good company to work with. Just a total bad experience. For anyone looking to move, go directly to a mover and leave the broker out of it.

4. Very dissappointed.

   I moved my stuff recently thru EZ moving van lines, for a distance of 1100 miles. After one week also, they don't have proper schedule to confirm on delivery. No proper response when we check with customer care. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED.

5. Moving.

   Where do I even start? I can't even explain the quality of work that this company provided and the prices they were able to offer for such a large move. When I spoke with the sales department they took their time explaining to me everything that would happen step by step- They offered to facetime me and walk through my apartment so that they could get accurate dimentions and weights for my estimate, they were even able to tell how many boxes I would end up needing (and they were right) So we gathered my inventory and henry went to talk to his dispatcher to see what days would provide me with the lowest cost as I was flexible with my pick up dates. After we got that squared away he told me the dates wouldn't matter because my move was large enough to have a private semi truck come to my house and straight across country for delivery. I made a deposit and set a date- I will admit I was still a but nervous at this point but I had faith that they would get the job done right.
   2 days before my move I got a call from the quality assurance department to look over my inventory and allow me to make any changes before my truck was in route- I did have to add a few things that I thought I was going to sell and I am grateful that they were so proactive and prepared to pick up my stuff.
   
   Early on monday morning I got a call from the customer service department and they gave me a tie frame that I should expect my driver. The driver called me about an hour out from my house and told me to get ready to move! when they came they did a walk through of my place and listed on paper every item that was to be moved, and what condition it was in (incase I needed to file a claim for damages) After the walk through, they went out to the truck to get all of their supplies and gave me my "empty weight ticket" and began to wrap and load all of my items. The guys were so nice and professional I felt safe enough to leave them at the house to work while I got them something to eat, they were working hard, they deserved it.
   
   After everything was loaded they I signed my bill of lading and they went to drive to my new house- they were estimating a 3 days delivery ( I personally thought that it would take longer) but every day that I waited the driver would call me just to touch base on where he was and he tried to narrow down my delivery time frame as much as possible.
   
   Delivery day came, as accurate as it could be, down to the half hour. The guys arrived and lifted the gate and from that point I knew my move was a success. As the unloaded the items the foreman checked off everything that was put on the inventory sheet form when they loaded, and as they unwrapped everything they double checked the condition it was in and they also let me know who to talk to if there was anything damaged in the boxes that I had packed. They unloaded everything so fast and they put all of my furniture back together with care. They provided my "heavy weight ticket" and told me that my balance was $1,500.00 less than what I was quoted at because I didn't come out to that much weight! I was in awe by their honesty.
   
   All in all I will use ez moving again again and again. They are a reputable trust worthy company that excels in customer care and perfection of their trade. Their employees are of great quality and I really appreciate everything they provided to me as a customer.

6. Movin service.

   This company blew me away. Gave the true meaning to EZ Moving. I was so stressed when we first started our move. I never packed anything for long distance traveling, loaded all of my belongings safely or secured them for such a long trip. Just the thought of these things I was losing sleep. So I started to look for a company that could help me sleep easy at and that’s exactly what I found with them.
   My first call was relieving. My call was answered by Nate Diaz. He kindly addressed all of my fears I was having before even discussing an inventory or price. After I was calm, he patiently walked through the house with me item by item. We discussed all heavy items and then he went through all the boxing for the job. Again I’m a person that can barely make a bed. Much less safely box up all of my personal belongings safely. So at the end, he had the best price not the highest not the lowest including all of my furniture and packing.
   So the day came for my move. Still me being the wreck I am called EZ Moving back to back to back. This company answered the phone every time. And not just for a quick what do you want. But actually spent time talking with me and calming me down. The girls in the customer service are beyond kind and extremely helpful on this kind of stressful day.
   For my move. Everything was packed and wrapped when being secured in boxes and on the truck. Each part of my couch was individually wrapped with blankets and pads, taped and then removed from my home. My kids and my wife’s bed was disassembled and everything for the parts safely wrapped together. This company really went above and beyond with even the smallest detail.
   The day came. To see all of my belongings arrive to my new beautiful home, everything as it was packaged, and in the condition it left to arrive the same was absolutely worth every penny. They unloaded the truck. They reassembled everything. I really feel they went above and beyond. The driver and workers were so nice. They made sure all of our rooms were arranged exactly how we wanted them. And they also protected my beautiful bamboo floor when moving everything in.
   This company is beyond a 5 star review. Thank you soooo much EZ Moving!! I’d highly recommend them for anyone stressed about an upcoming move.

    Their name really describes their services. I am so happy I chose this company. None of my things are damanged or lost, and they were fast and efficient workers. A special thanks to the customer service team for updating me every step of the way and keeping me calm. You guys rock!!

13. Wow!

    EZ Moving Van Lines recently reached out to me to follow up with my move after it was completed. I wanted to take a moment to share with everyone my experience with this company,
    
    It started with the initial sales rep named bruce. He was so educated in the industry and gave me full preparation and disclosure of everything I needed to know and prepare for. We were working on the order for my move for about a month and he would always call to let me know when the rates were going up and down based off of the availability of the truck space. Needless to say I really appreciated this. He worked very hard to get me the best deal and bugged his manager every time we were on the phone for discounts. He was an amazing piece of my move so I wanted to thank you again, Bruce.
    
    I was given a 2 day window for pick up with a preferred date of the 20th. They were able to work that our for me so that I didn’t have to miss a day of work. When the drivers arrived they were in clean uniform and very professional looking. The foreman walked through my home and wrote down each piece I was bringing and notated the condition of the items which I really appreciated as I was concerned with some of my things being damaged. After the walk through he said that he didn’t think I was going to take as much space as I reserved and that I would possibly owe nothing when my things were delivered.
    
    The guys packed all of my stuff with care. They took their time, laid out their blankets and just did a phenomenal job. I was very impressed with the precision of the foreman. When they began to load the things on the truck they would set some pieces aside to fit in later in the attempt of saving me as much space as possible. They were working hard so I ordered them some pizza and asked them to take a break for a while. I spoke with the foreman while we all ate and I must say what a lovely young man he is. He was so respectful and intelligent I was shocked, and I felt safe moving with them.
    
    After they loaded everything they went straight to the closest weight station ( they even offered for me to follow them) but not long after the foreman texted me a picture of the weight tickets which (he was right) left my balance at -59.60 which meant I WOULD GET MONEY BACK!!
    
    The guys would call me every day to update their location on the truck and narrowed down my delivery as the days went on to the date and time. When they arrived I was so pleased to see the same crew that loaded my items at delivery. I ordered them some m ore food and they got straight to work. Unloading and unwrapping all of my furniture took a while, and I want to add that these guys never once complained ( I have a lot of stairs). They put together my bed, my couch, my tables, and anything else that they disassembled. I was unpacking the boxes while they were unloading and found 1 broken glass. I literally couldn’t be more impressed considering how far they traveled. They packed everything so so so well that all of my glass (besides the cup) came back in one piece.
    
    I want to commend ez moving van lines for their amazing employees and impeccable work. I will always use you in the future (hopefully I don’t have to move again though) and I will always recommend you to anyone who is looking for a mover. A special thanks to Bruce, Alexis, Juan, and Ricardo for a stress free move!

    Here is a quick summary of my experience - feel free to read below for a more in-depth experience:
    
    - Customer service was great with communication and clear about expectations for both the consumer and Ez Moving
    - All of the movers I interacted with were extremely professional, and efficient
    - The price, which was very inexpensive, included everything plus taking furniture apart, and putting it back together
    - Everything was wrapped in plastic and furniture blankets
    - This experience far exceeded my expectations of moving
    
    I have moved many times in my life, and never wanted to pay for movers..that is, until my husband and I decided we were moving to Los Angeles after many months of being out of town. I did a lot of research trying to see what would be the best deal and eventually landed on Ez Moving Van lines, hoping that my research would pay off.
    
    I was so nervous about everything having never hired movers before, but the agent helped me out throughout the entire process and soothed my stress. She answered every question I could think of and assured me of a great move.
    
    The movers arrived at our home in Oakland early, which was awesome. They also called me giving me 40 minutes warning that they would be arriving, which was an even bigger bonus. I had plenty of time to make sure we were ready for them. The foreman, was very professional and was very helpful to my husband and myself. He had a team of about 5 guys and they were all so great! We were completely moved out of the apartment in under 2 hours!
    
    After the movers left with our stuff we expected to be without all our things for at least 7 business days, and no more than 10 business days so we packed our little car with essentials and headed down to Los Angeles. Much to my shock I got a call from customer service on Sunday (we left Friday afternoon) and she informed me that my things would be delivered on Tuesday morning!
    
    The team in Los Angeles was just as great as the team in Oakland! They were thorough, friendly, and helpful. Again, all our stuff was moved in to our new home in under two hours! Everything arrived in great condition and the movers were very careful with our new beautiful wood floors.
    
    I cannot recommend Ez Moving highly enough! They are fantastic! After this experience, I will always hire them to help me with my move! Best moving experience yet!
