1. This company is anything but.

   Their yelp reviews seem to be more accurate & honest (and all 1 star!), so read those before booking with these guys!
   
   I regret choosing this company and would give zero stars if possible. They are nearly impossible to get ahold of, even through their 24/7 phone line was no help. The truck was supposed to arrive on a Monday or Tuesday, and the days leading up to it we could not receive an exact day or time. We were told multiple times that we would receive a call back with answers, and it wasn't until Monday afternoon that we were told they would be here on Wednesday.. what??! They finally called back and said they would actually be able to come Tuesday between 4-6. Come Tuesday they were, again, unreachable. After packing our cars In 122 degree weather, leaving multiple messages, and sitting around four hours twiddling our thumbs, we finally received a call LATE that evening with a promise that we would be the first pick up between 8-10 in the morning. At ten we received a call that they were an hour and a half behind.. followed by another call that our truck was not coming at all. This company is a complete joke. They are extremely unorganized and unprofessional and have yanked us around for four days now. We ended up cancelling all together and renting a uhaul, as we had given notice to our apartment to be out by the last day of our CONTRACTED move, and have jobs to be at immediately after our arrival & with zero time to now unpack.
   
   NOTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS EASY AND STRESS FREE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!

2. Move from Florida to Michigan.

   I just want to say thank you to the guys at EZ-Moving Van Lines. My agent Jay was very thorough during the process. He even gave me tips on how to save money. My move went off without a hitch. I was able to communicate with them at all times and I truly feel like that whole company was there to take the stress out of my move. I would give them six stars if I could. Thanks Jay once again for your honesty and being there for us during our move.

3. 5 Star Movers.

   I recently moved from South Carolina to Texas, and this company made my move as stress free and easy as possible. The quote they gave me in the beginning was much lower than the other moving companies I had spoken with, and there were no surprises. Being a military family, we have moved a lot in the past and have had some nightmare moves, but this company took all the stress out of moving. They handled everything perfectly from start to finish.I came in slightly under what my original quote was, and I was refunded immediately. The entire staff was extremely patient and knowledgeable when it came to any questions I had about my move, and I was even able to reach them on an after hours line when I had a question over the weekend. All of our items arrived on, in perfect condition (which I was very nervous about the whole time as we have family antiques that cannot be replaced), and with no surprise fees or anything. They even followed up with us after the move was completed. I have and will continue to recommend ez moving to friends and family!

4. Great Company.

   This was my first time moving to another state so as you can imagine I was pretty stressed out about making the decision to choose a company to move my home thousands of miles away. When I spoke with Emily at EZ Moving she was very patient with me and made sure to let me know exactly what was going to happen during my move and things to look out for while I was still in my research phase. She just made me so comfortable that decided to go with EZ Moving Van Lines and I am very happy I did!! Fast forward a bit after my reservation I received a call from Olis with quality assurance and again being my first time doing a move like this I was not an expert and found that I had left off quite a few things from my initial inventory. This guy really bent over backwards to get me the best deal and ended up giving me a more than fair price considering I had such an increase. Besides that both my pick up and delivery were done very professionally and the drivers were polite which I have heard is not always the case. EZ Moving always kept in touch with me on the status of my move from beginning to end and it was just an overall great experience. The only negative thing I can really say is that my pick up was done a day later than I would have liked, but even then I understand I was moving during a pretty busy time and they did make sure to update me with enough notice that it wasn't a big issue as well as provided me with a discount for the inconvenience. Hopefully I won't have to be moving again anytime soon, but if I ever need to I will definitely choose EZ Moving Van Lines!!Have and will continue to recommend them!!

5. Interstate move from CT to FL.

   I have to give one star, however they don't even deserve that. I can't give a negative star rating.
   
   My Husband and I are in the middle of a move. We looked for a moving company online and this company called us. We are enticed by there offer and pricing. They made statements of many trucks and on time moves. We found that when the people showed to move us, it was not EZ. It was a contracted company. No weight for truck coming in, so we refused the pick up. EZ sent another mover. Now that our stuff is in the hands of Boost, EZ is allowing the company to delay the scheduled drop off date and stated they have 30 days to deliver our belongings.
   
   EZ Moving has allowed the contracted mover to lie to us by stating our stuff is being loaded and will be delivered by certain days. EXAMPLE: We were told this last time (3RD LIE)the truck is loaded and scheduled to leave on 6/12/2017 and that the driver's name and number would be given to us to stay informed of status. Our stuff should be there by 6/16/2017. Well that was the third lie. We called on 6/13/2017, and was told by the contracted company that the truck was never loaded and no driver is scheduled.
   
   We called EZ Moving for additional assistance and they said they would check on it and get back to us. NO RETURN CALL WAS RECEIVED. We had to call them the next day and talk to another person. Casey from EZ Moving called us and said the truck was broke down. Casey said she would get info and call us by days end. GUESS WHAT - NO CALL!! If this is the only truck they own - MOVE ON TO A NEW MOVER.. Now after 2 additional days, the contracted company has called stating that they are too busy and they have no drivers. REALLY?? This is what they do for a business. If they don't have enough drivers to support their workload - MOVE ON TO ANOTHER MOVER. And where is EZ Moving?? I thought since they are the contractor of the service, they would have a relationship with their contractors and vested stake in the satisfaction of the customer. I guess not. They have been paid and don't care.
   
   It is 6/15/2017, I still don't have a status of delivery, still no return call from contractor or contracted, and no scheduled date of delivery. With that being said, to call either company is futile and will net only lies and frustration. I will update to a status if one is ever received.

6. Publish Review ON TOP!!

   My move experience was very amazing. I had my items arrive on the date that I asked for and all in good condition. The movers were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend if anyone plans on moving in state or out of state use this company. So once again thank you ez moving van lines for making my move very smooth and not stressful.

7. Amazing move.

   My experience with EZ Moving Van Lines is amazing. The movers were fantastic I received my items on the date that I planned on, everything was in great condition. I am very pleased and satisfied with this moving company. My move was not stressful and very smooth thanks to this company.

8. Stressfull and Dishonest Experience.

   Overall my experience was stressful, ended up costing more than double my initial quote, and I was not impressed with the company they contracted with to move my things.
   
   This was my experience: EZ Moving Vans called me as I was searching online for a company. He said he could give me a quote on the phone. He asked for all the "big furniture in your home." I went room by room and told him. I told him it was a 2 bedroom apartment and he said he's guess I'd need 10-20 boxes. I said for sure I'd need more, at least 20. He said he could do our move start to finish, etc, etc for $X. I was thrilled. He said I'd put a deposit down today for 1/3 that price- then customer service would call 5 days before and get the final inventory (update boxes) and any furniture you decided to sell but that the price per lb was locked in- that's all you'd pay. I said sounds great- he forwarded me an email, told me to scroll to the bottom and click sign here to agree to pay the deposit- turns out that was the contract which wasn't anything like the terms he'd told me on the phone (charge extra for more than 13 or 7 stairs depending on the contract, more than 75 feet walking, they put all your stuff in a common van with no divider despite promising you they will, they only reimburse $.10 per lb on their overestimate, won't reimburse for broken furniture except for very few cases, you can't leave a bad review online or they can sue you for $25,000)
   
   3 days before came and they called to get he final inventory. We ended up with more boxes and this time they wanted to know everything we were moving even if it wasn't furniture or boxes (vacuum, broom, guitar, lawn chair, trash can etc). The new quote was for more than double the original price even though we hadn't changed furniture. I was mad because they estimated things weighing sometimes 5-10x more than they did. I complained and they assured me I'd only pay for what the truck weighed (.55$ per pound).
   
   Truck came and packed everything, gave me a weight ticket before and after- thank goodness- 1000 lbs less than their estimate. When the load is delivered I find out it doesn't matter. I still have to pay the entire estimate AND they won't refund the extra 1000 lbs they over estimated by more than $.10 per lbs (5.5x less than I payed per pound originally). It's been a month and I still haven't even seen a reimbursement for the $.10 per pound let alone the $.55 per pound I was led to believe.
   
   Very disappointed. Felt trapped and stressed the whole time. Would never recommend unless you have an unlimited budget and don't care what it will cost.

   Very good company they helped me move everything in time very organized and very helped I recommend the company anytime you have to move.

    I hired EZ to help me with a move down to Florida and they did an excellent job. Furniture was packed safely and arrived in one piece. As someone who has been ripped off in the past, I really appreciated their binding price and overall my move went very smoothly.

11. Great Company!!

    I had quite an exceptional experience. From the start, things went smoothly. When I initially booked, my price was a little bit higher than what I was getting from other companies. I was more comfortable going with EZ moving to see things went smoothly. When I initially booked, my price was fair. I had talk to multiple other companies, but I was more comfortable going with EZ Moving Van Lines. I am happy with this decision. I had a pick up window with a preference of Saturday instead of Sunday. I wanted them here in the morning but afternoon at the latest. They showed up in the early afternoon, which I consider fair. The drivers that arrived were very professional and respectful. I have heard many horror stories about drivers being extremely rude. I am grateful I didn't have an experience like this. I need my things in storage for 2 weeks so I could get settled in in Texas and they were able to accommodate this. I called in to update my delivery address, and my things were delivered in six days. Overall, I had a great experience. I would recommend EZ Moving Van lines!

12. EZ Moving Van Line Scam and running a fraud!!

    They knew most of the items were damaged and refused open the truck to let me identify my items before I pay cash in full!? The problem is not only money, now most of the furniture articles, artworks and sentimental items are destroyed. They have grossly lied about the weight, additional charges when they unwrapped my items and re-wrapped, intentional parked down a
    block and calculated steps in order to charge increase significantly. The worst of all which they knew most of the items were damaged, so they have my items in hostage demands pay cash in full before open the truck !! As the truck opened I was shocked to see the “things” all cramped and stacked on each other like a garbage truck. And the contract listed that service included blanket wrapping of all furniture. But all of the metal furniture articles were not wrapped and they ALL got some degree of damage, dent and bents with scratches. Not to mention a framed art work, all glass shuttered and frames are broken with damaged image!! The sculptured mirror was also broken! All boxes were crushed out of shape (even though marked “Fragile”)! Also, there is missing item which they still haven't responded to my request of the re-delivery date. And no one responded as yet how we start the claim even though I email and tried by phone.
    The guy who sign a contract his name Zack Demo, he did not
    offer any assistance, he even laugh when I called after the incident!! When they have my things in hostage the driving let me talk to a guy his name Jerry from Georgia who also refused before I paid cash in full. So watch out and I'm sure who left a good reviews was one of them. They don't even own a truck,
    neither COT # and will lied about everything to get your money!!

    

13. My tv is broken.

    I just used this company for my small apartment move from Minnesota to Pennsylvania. Here's why you avoid these guys and please please hire someone else.1) These are brokers. This means they will hire a moving company of their choosing (aka could be anyone, even if they're terrible) to move all of your stuff. 2) You are not informed of the moving company they hire before your stuff is taken. 3) Basically, almost everything I was told by EZ moving van lines when I booked them was a lie. My stuff arrived almost a month after it was picked up (I was told it would be at most 10 days), and I was also forced to pay almost $500 extra to the actual moving company even though I had less stuff than was in my inventory. Worst of all, all of my stuff was clearly treated terribly during this move. My bookshelf was completely broken in half, a part of my couch was broken, and my nice TV that the movers actually packed themselves now has a lovely crack in it. I'm beyond upset and I've called EZ people twice in the past few days, with little response except sending me to a 3rd party claims site that will clearly take months for anything to resolve. If I had known that they were just going to hire some random crappy moving company that has their own terrible reviews without telling me, I definitely would not have gone with them. I have to assume that the "5-star" reviews you can find for EZ moving are mostly fakes. Please use your money elsewhere! FYI, I have NEVER been emotional enough to write a review of anything before. That's how frustrating this has been.

    

14. EZ Moving Van Lines.

    Our experience with this company was horrible!! They would not return calls or emails. They were given moving dates of May 19 - 20th. They consistently told us pick up would be the 18th even though they were told that date would not work and our contract (which we never got a copy of) was for the 19th or 20th. They became angry and rude and stopped taking my calls or emails. I had to use a different phone with a different number to speak to customer service. I was told that our deposit would be credited back to the account it was paid from and we wouldn't have to deal with their company any longer. On pickup the stuff was loaded then my daughter was told if she didn't have the amount of the deposit at delivery she would not get her possessions. Even though the deposit was NOT credited she had to have another $602.00 deposit
    Amount to get her things. She did end up paying another $602. to get her furniture then it was a fight to get her first deposit back. She did end up getting it back but it took a while. I ended up letting them know the calls were being recorded and I had it on a recording that the money would be returned. We were told that this company was the #4 "moving company" in the country. I think they are a broker company. They are trained to lie. I wish I could give them -5 stars. I will say the men that picked and delivered were very professional and tried to be very helpful about the service. Their dispatcher on the other hand was HORRIBLE. He yelled and screamed at my daughter over the phone.

15. Mover Beware!!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO MOVE!!My family used this terrible company to move several family heirloom antiques pieces from my nieces home in IN back to our FL home. They took our money, stole our furniture and have refused to refund us, compensate our loss, and have avoided our calls, the credit card company calls and the lawyer, we had to obtain, calls. Now we have filed a police report, have met with the district attorney and are actively going after this company and it's owners for SEVERAL FELONIES.
    Reports have also been filed with the Department of Transportation, Better Business Bureau, and Yelp.
    If you want to keep your belongings and money..DO NOT USE THIS ROBBING, CONIVING, LYING, HORRIBLE COMPANY!!
