Administrative fee will be charged everytime they call-verification.
Their initial estimates vary from verification call and scare you for more space and bump up numbers for your furniture to get administrative fee (initial 900$ + $900) for few add on items on safe side (like 4 additional boxes and vacumme cleaner) which is not estimated earlier.
They will come up with strange reason of saying you increased your from 66 to 72 items and they added 900$ as additional administrative fee, where my items are not worth of it and I can buy new items. (my contract is weight based).
I dealt with Kevin levy (initial estimated) and Olis - verification call guy. my total estimation should be $4000 but I am end up paying $5300..
Never recommend this company to anyone, please don't go with this company..
Run, Forest, Run!!
This company is a complete scam. The employees are trained to be rude, talk over you, and provide the worst customer service ever. Oh, and steal your money. They BEG for cash!
I tried for 2 days to get in touch with them to check on the day of my move after they failed to contact me like they said they would. They finally returned my phone call after I left a threatening VM of getting an attorney. This was a Saturday night.
The truck driver who called me was equally as rude acting as if he was doing ME a favor to move my furniture.
After speaking to a supervisor on Monday and going round about, I was assured that I would get my deposit back. That never happened so I called them about this issue. They acted as if no one ever told me this. They yell, they scream, they talk over you, and they are all trained like this and to be liars, big liars.
Their inefficiency and unprofessionalism caused the sale of my father's house to be postponed a week and not knowing if I was going to make it to FL on time to give my 82 year old father his medications.
I have never dealt with such immature and unprofessional kids. I hope you will run from this company. I am quite sure that any positive reviews are left by their scheming owner and employees.
Run to a reputable mover. It we I'll cost you less emotionally and financially. Run run run!!
Deposit.
If you give these people a deposit and things don't work out these people will fight tooth and nail to keep your money. The deal to sell my house fell through not once but twice. Just a few short hours (3 maybe) after signing with these people I tried calling them back at all of their numbers and suddenly the "call us anytime" people were nowhere to be found. Later found out that the head honcho is a former National Van Lines employ and the weasel words in the contract and their generally unhelpful behavior clearly show he was an apt pupil. (National Van Lines has 50 plus one star reviews on YELP) My experience has clearly proven that even when these people do absolutely nothing for you they will still take your money (for me nearly $600.00) and pretend they are in the right. Best advice, avoid these people like the plague.

I recently moved and used this company and had great experience, they were friendly, on time, and worked with my time and schedule. Everything went accordingly and I would highly recommend them!
Smooth Moving Experience.
We ended up hiring EZ Moving Van Lines because our other company cancelled on us last minute due to a scheduling error. EZ Moving Van Lines was able to move us from FL to AZ on such short notice. The movers showed up on time and were fully prepared. They had extra materials just in case some of our boxes needed additional support. Everything was moved systematically and professionally. I never noticed any carelessness from their moving crew. The entire move took less than 24 hours. My valuables arrived unhinged. They answered all my last minute questions even after being exhausted from carrying all my heavy boxes and furniture. I can comfortably recommend them to anyone doing a long distance move. They cross their T's and dot their I's.

I recently moved from Georgia, back to New York. With the work that I do I bounce around from time to time, and am constantly relocating. A friend on mine suggested I use Ez Moving Van Lines. I have heard horror stories about the moving industry so I was skeptical at first. I knew I was in great hands as soon as I spoke with the lady Melissa. We went through an inventory, and he gave me a fair quote. They had my items picked up the week after (as I requested) and I had my items delivered within 2 days! Nothing was damaged, everything was still packed, wrapped, and boxed nicely. The movers were really professional and worked diligently. I will be using them in the future and I will be recomending this company for anyone I know who plans on moving.

Honest reliable fair price.
I had some big ticket items on my move- massive piano and a huge dresser that I was worried about bringing from NY to Florida. EZ moving didn't overcharge and made the experience as stress free as possible. Great group of guys with a can do attitude who treated my belongings as if they were their own.

I already had everything I storage, filled out an inventory, and went over it with Nate I the phone. They ended up charging me more than double that. I've been trying to schedule a delivery of my things for 2 weeks now. Can't get a hold of anyone. I paid them $3300 to steal everything in my house. I will be filling a police report!
Amazing Moving Experience!!
After searching for affordable rates to move from MA to FL for what seemed like forever, coming across EZ Moving felt like it was too good to be true! All other moving companies quoted me an arm and a leg for the move but EZ was able to work with me and keep my rate low. It is very clear that they are more interested in helping their clients than taking their money. I had absolutely no complications with my move, everything arrived in Florida in one piece without a single item missing. Though I have no intentions of doing another move, if I were going to I'd definitely use EZ Moving over any other company and I will definitely refer them to anyone in need of moving.
