1. Wow!!

   Thank you thank you thank you. I was about 5 minutes from giving up before I took your call. I was about ready to call uhaul and tough it out myself. After speaking with all you guys at First Call Relocations I quickly realized there was a way this would happen without me injuring myself and taking up my time. We went room by room and I told them all the pieces I was moving to my new home. I decided to do the packing of the smaller boxes myself to save a little bit of money but they would do everything else. I elected to have a few boxes specially packed which included my fragile pieces. I was shocked to see how effortlessly the movers went through the house. They have a proven method of loading and packing they are for sure great at what they do. I’m so relieved to have found them at the last minute and if this ever comes up again I know exactly where I’m going. Fantastic job.

2. Patient and Accurate.

   The movers for my parents they are both elderly. There’s no way they could’ve done it themselves and unfortunately I was unable to be there for the move. First call moving was very helpful and they were very nice to my older parents. I took the time to do all the phone calls and we went over the list and make sure we didn’t miss anything. I even made multiple trips over to the home to make sure that I didn’t forget anything myself. I was very stressed out but they were patient with me and accuracy what is their main goal. During the process and read many reviews and I saw many of their other accolades there are well-established company that has been in business for many years and now I know why. It is very overwhelming and you don’t know where to start sometimes I wish I would know now what I knew then it would’ve save me a lot of time. First car relocations was fantastic I don’t know how else to say it. I owe them big time and happy to give them 5 stars.

3. Trustworthy.

   I would like to say how happy I am with First Call moving. We had a very strict timeline with our recent move and couldn’t have any distractions or issues come up.This is a home we have lived in for over 40 years and I’ll just say that we have a lot of stuff and instead of getting rid of it like normal people do my husband insisted we pack all of it. We didn't want to do much we had many other things we had to do on our end so we decided to pay First call for everything Full Service. I was surprised that they came and did an estimate and the price was in line w what they originally said.Everyone was trust worthy and acting professional. We had an instance in the past where movers had broken and even taken a few things that was absolutely not the case here. They picked up our stuff dropped it off and it was easy to work with them. I definitely was pleased with the way it worked out and will be using them in the future.

4. Huge Help.

   Being a single mother with work and afternoon activities being constantly busy all the time, I had no idea how I was going to move my entire house along with all of my normal day to day duties. I felt the
   Need to right a review, which I never
   Have time to do. I was so pleased with this moving company. I’ve never had to
   Do this in my entire life so I was a bit nervous. The management is most definitely
   On point. They eased my mind along with the actual movers that came. Nothing was
   Broken and they assembled everything
   Which saved me a lot of time. They were also nice to my children and I was extremely pleased. They get 5 stars and future business from me.

5. Excellent.

   First call was excellent. I never doubted them at any time during talking to them. I’ve moved numerous times before but it was never this smooth. I’ve had movers in the past take my money and never answer the phone again. These guys were on time and very knowledgeable and I was comfortable working with them. They also have a price match policy I was able to take advantage of. I was referred here by a friend and I’m happy to do the same.

6. Detailed.

   Great job getting the job done right. Most companies I spoke to just wanted to rush the process and take the money. First call wanted all the details. They wanted to know the type of home they were coming to and make sure they could get a truck close. I really appreciated all the pre work that went into scheduling my move. I also appreciate the level of respect and professionalism everybody involved had. It would have been easy to just moved forward with the first company I spoke to but I wanted this job done right my stuff means a lot to me. The price I was given never changed nor did my dates and times. Having a solid company in my pocket really gave me a sense of security. I didn’t second guess them at any point and I’m glad I chose them. Success all around.

7. Pure Gold.

   I recently was given the option of relocating for work and I decided to take it. It was an opportunity that meant I would receive a pay raise and a chance to go to a new area so I did. My company was responsible for selecting the moving company as well as paying for it but Im here to document the actual experience.First Call Relocations is who we all agreed on to handle our move. Working with the moving professional on the phone was made easy. He was familiar with the process and knew the business very well. He made sure I did not miss any items and also included packing and special care for fragile items. He also was very particular in making sure they could get a moving truck close after seeing my home on Google Earth. The dispatch department called a few times to make sure the dates we discussed still worked for me and told me the time the movers would arrive and be there for delivery. The communication with this company was stellar. Communication is key for everything especially when so many people are involved in a relocation. The pricing I was given did not change at any point and never was I asked for extra money. I did not feel pressured at anytime during the process and Im happy it went as well as it did. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a down to earth company and of course the money was in line with every other quote I received. It was a good experience start to finish.

8. Horrible experience.

   Contracted for service from IN to TX. We agreed on price and pickup date. Signed contract paid deposit. Unfortunately, deposit was mistakenly submitted twice.Called numerous times requesting refund of double payment, no response. Later received a phone call from Jimmy stating he could not offer some of the additional services offered in the contract, or I owe more money. After looking at my contract, most additional services weren’t in the contract. So we agreed to stick with the original contracted services at $2500. Jimmy also lied about not receiving the extra deposit money, when my bank confirmed the payment was received. So I get a pickup date and dispatch is supposed to call by 4PM to confirm a time.Dispatch never calls. Tyler calls the next day and leaves a phone message stating pickup is delayed; please return the call, asap. I return the call, no answer. Leave repeated messages, no reply from anyone. “No show” on pickup date. I make numerous calls to both business telephone numbers associated with First Call. Leave messages and emails with my concerns. When I get a reply, two days later, I’m told the truck didn’t come because I didn’t confirm time(what time)? Tyler proceeds to tell me I didn’t sign the new contract (what new contract? Jimmy and I had agreed on the original contract, no add-ons). Next, Tyler says First Call can’t honor the contract I made with Jimmy, because Jimmy was not authorized to give the discounts he quoted. Then he says, Jimmy will be reprimanded. I ask for a refund. He says, I can’t get a refund because the contract says no refund,(Really, so the bad contract only works in the best interest of the company.) Now, I have $1750 invested which should be a deposit and pickup fee, but First Call is calling it a deposit (since they upped the price). I don’t have another $1750 to start all over so I’m backed into a new contract. Scheduled a new pickup date. Dispatch doesn’t call, truck doesn’t show again. Finally,I speak with George; pickup scheduled again;Tyler confirms.Truck arrives 5 hrs late on day of pickup. Moving crew looks a furniture and decides it’s too big, requires more space, more money.Tyler insist I pay the driver $1734, then they’ll begin loading the truck. Now if I calculate correctly, 3900 divided by 3 is 1300. If I should pay anything at pickup, shouldn’t it be the $1300-$450, because I’ve already paid $1750. At this point every bit of my frustration with this company comes out and I lose it. Somewhere in my ranting, Tyler tells the driver to load the truck. After all is said and done, I look in the truck. My furniture wouldn’t fit in the trucks even if I’d paid the additional fees.Two trucks have shown up and both are almost filled to capacity. My furniture is still in Indiana, because the final agreement was to load only the boxes, not the big furniture. I doubt my boxes even took up the 751 cu ft I was allocated. First Call is still requiring me to pay over $1700 upon delivery of my boxes. Didn’t abide by the contract! Charged me more money! and never finished the job! First Call Relocations is full of it.I read good reviews on the First Call’s website, which is why I chose to use them. I’m happy to hear someone was treated with respect. I wonder why I got screwed??
   So displeased, dissatisfied, discouraged.

9. Huge Saving.

   Thank you First Call Relocations for getting me safely to my new home. You are the first professional mover I have ever used. From the first time we spoke everyone was so organized and detailed. No errors were made and nothing was missed. I got a great price and a couple discounts making my move very affordable. I spoke to a couple other movers and they were pushy and very expensive. It was a job well done and within my budget. If I ever need a mover in the future you can expect a call we loved using you.

10. Saved Me!

    First call Relocation picked me up after my previous mover cancelled on me the day before my move. I was a nervous wreck thinking it would not be possible to be out in time but we worked together and they made it happen. Not only did they move thier schedule around to accommodate me they gave me an even better price then I previously had with the other mover. They discounted my move so they would not have extra space on thier truck. It all worked for me and I’m a happy customer. When the team of movers came to my house they were very mindful and did not dirty up anything. My stuff was carefully wrapped and packed interesting boxes. I watched them load the truck as well and everyone took thier time no damages occurred. I’m grateful to have found this company and I will remember that for the future if need be they really saved my summer.

11. The Great.

    Im still amazed how smooth this relocation went. This was far from my first time having to reach out and use a full service mover so it’s a little easier for me to spit to bad from the good and the good from the great. These guys at First Call Relocations are the best. They weren’t constantly asking me for money or what other company I spoke to they wanted to know if I was comfortable and make sure when the movers came I wasn’t going to be asked for extra money or leave anything off my list. They were thorough and polite. The movers were on time and careful maneuvering through my home. I oversaw the whole process and I could tell these were seasoned guys and not day laborers or people off the street. Putting in extra time payed off and I was left without a headache and my wallet intact. Beautifully done and happy to give a friend thier name.

12. White Glove Move.

    The move was great. First Call Relocations did it all. I didn’t have time to do anything except make the reservation. I travel all the time for work and took a new position out of state. I had about 15 days to make all the arrangements on the other end so the movers came under the supervision of my son and moved all the furniture and packed every single box as well as all the electronics. I was surprised to see how fast they were able to get everything on the truck and happy to see nothing missing or damaged. No complaints great move start to finish.

13. Flat Fee Perfect.

    I had First call Relocations movers come to my house to see my furniture before giving me my price. I wanted to avoid any discrepancies so I figured that would be the best way. They sent 2 of thier associates to my home and they did a walk through and marked off all my items. They also went piece by piece asking which items needed special packing. I will say I also say I got prices over the phone as a reference to see what came in. The price I got from First call was a little more expensive but at the same time they allocated more Space for me and did all the packing. I got a flat fee and and not a single issue on the day of the move. They are an excellent moving company and thier work speaks for themself. 5 star.

14. Tremendous!!

    First Call relocations tremendous work. They got the job done fast and they did it right. They were one of the companies I spoke with when I asked for estimates online. They were clear in explaining how the job would be priced and upfront about any potential variables. My salesman and I talked about the pieces I would be moving, selected my dates and he gave me the price. It was the best price I heard by far. Some of the other companies were just too expensive. The others that were close I found fault with either by history or license information so I was confident first call was my mover. Everything I was told happened exactly as planned and there was no funny business. I appreciate all they did for my family I highly recommend them to the next person.

15. The Good Guys.

    It’s hard these days to separate the good from the bad companies with very bad credentials present themself well. I chose the work with first call relocations because they had the history reputations and solid evidence proving they do the things they said they would. They told me they would put together an accurate inventory and the list we made was the most detailed out of any others I did. They also told me they would honor a price match from any reputable company and they did that too. The movers were on time and I was able to get updated regularly on the status of my shipment. The move itself was a couple of hours and nothing was damaged as far as my furniture or inside my home. I received my goods in the same fashion. It was a solid move start to end and didn’t come out of pocket for any extra fees.
