1. Easy and smooth.

   This was the easiest move I’ve ever been a part of. It made all the sense in the world to hire a professional mover but I had no idea who to chose going into this. I found first call relocations After submitting my information online. They were the first company to call and we put a list together. It was easiest if you go room by room and call off the items. They entered into their system and gave me a price. The price was in the middle of all the quotes I had got, they were not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive. The quality of work they provided however was exceptional. Their company called me with all the updates and I was not in the dark at any time during the move. The movers did a great job in wrapping the furniture in there in the truck. Did delivery came quick in about five days and they unloaded everything into the rooms that I delegated. It was an easy and smooth experience and there is no better company for the job then them.

2. Happy.

   I’ve had a lot of experience with up and moving and doing it by myself. Now that I have a family it’s so much easier just to hire a reputable company, if you can find one, which is not as easy as it sounds. We heard of First Call Moving Company through a friend and we were so pleased with the referral. Everything with First Call turned out perfect. They came and did a walk through and gave us a quote. They kept it in the same ballpark as they originally said. The day they came to pick our things we saw nothing but professionalism and curtesy. They had coverings on their shoes, gloves on their hands, and didn’t scuff any of our walls or furniture. The delivery of our things, thank goodness, was on time. They came on the day they said and everything was put back together. We were very happy with First Call and will be using them again in the future.

3. Swell.

   The only way I was going to have a professional mover handle my furniture was if I had an on-site estimate. First call relocations came to my home and walk through all the rooms. The gentleman that did the walk-through and marked the pieces off then later went back to his office and put it into his system. He called me the same day with the price and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a little bit more than I wanted to pay but nonetheless there was a flat fee. As long as my list of items did not change neither would my price, and it didn’t. The price they gave me was all inclusive with packing, loading and unloading and travel costs I was nervous at first because of all the horror stories you hear but I knew the right way to do it was with the flat fee. They did a great job and I would happily employ them again.

   This overall experience was great from the first call to the very end. I am very happy and will definitely recommend using First Call Relocations to all who are moving.
   
   I came to USA about 3 years ago and have used movers 3 times. This time it was the ultimate move. No damage, no issues, no haggle on the price either.

   I was in an uncomfortable situation after someone broke into my apartment. I needed help with a last minute move and First Call Relocations came through. They were extremely professional and helpful in getting me out quickly and into a new condo.

6. The best!!

   Deciding on First Call for our move which was completed yesterday was an over all great choice for us. When we were searching for a mover the First Call website offered helpful information with a really cool live on screen salesperson who answered all of our questions before the move.
   
   Our movers were scheduled to arrive by noon yesterday but I got a call two hours early saying they were ready to come if we wanted and I gladly accepted. Moving is not fun and I wanted it done as fast as possible. The three movers who showed did everything they could to make this a positive experience for us. The lead mover was always attentive thru the the whole move. He was the director who took quick control guiding us thru the process and taking the time to talk to us about how things would be done. All three young men were polite, respectful and extremely efficient.
   
   They treated all of our things safely making sure not to hit our walls and took special care wrapping everything. Their price was reasonable compared to the other companies that I had received estimates from. I will definitely recommend First Call.

7. Second to none.

   The customer service at first call relocations was second to none. I had no choice but to hire a professional mover as I was relocating about 400 miles. This was all new to me and I explain that to the kind gentleman who called me to discuss the details. I listed off the furniture I was bringing and told him about my boxes from there he gave me a price. He told me the price for subject to change if I decided to bring more items then I discussed with him. However on the move date I actually wound up bringing S and as a result my price went down which was a pleasant surprise. Throughout the whole move somebody was in constant contact with me, dear customer service or dispatch even the manager called to check up on me which I liked. They said the key to a successful move this communication and honesty and we both did our part. I was reluctant to have found them and they did an excellent job.

8. Peoples company.

   When I first spoke to first call relocations I was a bit nervous because of the other movers I had spoke to you before that. All of the other companies use scare tactics and let me tell you boy did it work. I did not know what you think or who to believe and I was terrified to move forward with anybody. Then first call relocations spoke to me and we started from scratch. They explained to me the best way to go about the move to protect myself and save myself the most amount of money. They explained to me that it was better to calculate more space and use less then vice versa. If I allocated more space and use less I would pay less and that’s exactly what happened. By the time the movers showed up I felt much better I was relieved to have found an honest company. The price that I was given did not change and the men did quality work. The delivery came fast And before I knew it I was settled in my new home and I owe it all to them. They check out on all avenues and all their licenses are up-to-date and now they have one more good review.

9. Excellent movers.

   Price was fair and delivery was on time. Movers were friendly and communication between the moving company/delivery truck was very great. Couple of items that were lightly damaged in my last move really upset me, and the movers said most stuff gets damaged during moves honestly. Not this time though.
   
   Used First Call twice; FL to MA and MA to NC. Overall happy with this business. Recommended to family and friends. Not a broker and competitive quotes. We paid what we were quoted. Would use again for a bigger move.

10. Update.

    The website is not letting me log in to update my review.
    My credit card was stolen by Jesse and I was assured by his supervisor Kelli that he had been fired. My deposit was returned but she kept asking me about removing my review. It bothered me how concerned she was about my review that I asked a friend if I could use their email. I emailed Jesse and he responded.
    If he was fired his email should have been deactivated and anything sent to him should be forwarded to someone else.
    Kelli offered to send me a gift card for my trouble but I do not want hush money. I want them to take real responsibility for their employees. If you don't see an order ID # here I think the reviews are fake. They can't have this many good reviews, look at yelp. I think those are more honest and these are fake reviews here.

    

11. Smooth.

    I really have to thank First call relocations for doing the move that I could not do myself. I had no idea what to expect when I went out looking for a moving company. I got calls from plenty, actually cost them a lot. I spoke to first call relocations and they helped me make a game plan not only for my move but when speaking with other companies. It didn’t take long going into research them to find out that they are a well above average Company. They treat their customers with respect and value their time. This trickle down all the way to the movers showing up on my house to load up my furniture. They work fast hard and carefully and nothing was lost or damaged in the process. I’m really happy with the work they did so I have no problem coming here to write a review. All I can really say is that if you’re looking for real deal moving company I would really give these guys a call they are In a league of their own.

12. All the right reasons.

    The main reason I selected first call relocations was because they do the moves with their own trucks and their own people. In other words they are not moving broker. I did not know much about the moving process but the one thing I do know is that I did not want to broker. From what I’ve read that’s for a lot of the problems come from one company sending a job to another unknown company with unknown employees. Everybody that works on the jobs at first call is background check and drug tested. They are very knowledgeable and you can tell from the first phone call That they know what they’re doing. They never pressured me into making a deposit yet just let me make my own decision. There’s a few things in this world that you cannot put a price on in this company possesses most of them. I can’t begin to tell you how grateful I am that I had the opportunity to work with them and I would absolutely do it again if I needed to. If I had a put a number on it they are a 10 of 10 thank you first Call relocations.

13. Worked out great.

    First call relocations is a company that was referred to me by a close friend of mine. She had used them twice in the past and spoke very highly of them so I figured I’d give them a shot. I am recently divorced and I’m a single parent of three children so needless to say I don’t have all the time the world to speak to several different movers. I called them directly and they had me walk through my home room by room and tell them the pieces I was bringing. They worked with me on many levels because of my financial situation which I really appreciated.They gave me many tips as to how to save the most money and to make sure I got my dates being the busiest time of year during the summer.I elected to pack all my boxes so I can cut cost a little bit. I also had the furniture ready so the movers were just come in and begin loading their trucks. Their customer service department was in constant contact with me and anytime I had a question somebody was there to take my call. I’ve heard stories about moving companies that once you make your deposit you can never reach him again this was not the case here. What I’m trying to say is there are many different companies out there so it’s hard to make an educated decision but due to their quality of work and much positive feedback they are a real moving company that is worth your time. I also not the review writing type but I was so impressed by the quality of work I felt I owed them that the least. Thank you so much.

14. Did we even use the same company??

    We contacted this company based on all the great reviews we saw here. What a night and day difference between what we read and what actually happened. In our case, we moved from Texas (outside of Houston) to Omaha Nebraska. We're still waiting on our stuff, and have neither any idea of its location nor of when it will get here. The quotes were done by Jimmy R, but they were not accurate - this was our first time using a moving company so we were relying on the customer service rep's assistance to help us get it right. I'm a commercial driver, so know something about how much volume things take up, but this isn't my exact field. Since the estimates didn't seem right, I sent photos to try and get it right. The final estimate I got was for only 605 cubic ft of items. When I contacted this company via phone, I then talked to Jesse Roberts who told me he didn't know why Jimmy had forwarded the work, since we were not in his district. As such we were not able to get a revised quote, so wondered what would actually happen at move day. The movers were scheduled to arrive on either the 26th or the 27th of August, with a 24 hour advance notice. The time was running short, and we tried calling to find out when they were coming (the pick-up location is in a gated community, so we would need to contact the gate to allow them entrance). The 25th came and went, so we were really worried. We were given the driver's direct line, but that was problematic since we didn't speak the same type of business languages. The movers showed up - Frisco Relocation - on the 28th of August, with a van that was suitable for the quote of 605 cubic ft, but not for the revised information we had provided to the company. They did their best to cram everything into the truck, but still some items had to be left behind since they were full, full, full. The movers did NOT collect any additional money nor did they provide a bill of lading for signing. We've been talking with Juan Chavez about our items. He's doing what he can to track them down, but now it's the holiday weekend, so this will likely drag into next week. I figure one of three things will happen - it won't arrive; it will arrive damaged and very delayed; it will be damaged, delayed, and we'll have to pay what we should have been charged in the first place. So, take the service cost number with a grain of salt. I'm trying to do what I can, but am so confused at this point in time, that I really don't even know what to think. I'm not even mad, since I don't know where to even start.

15. Amazing.

    I have never been a fan of moving, but with a job that requires frequent relocation, I often don't have much of a choice. For affordable long distance moves, it is essential to find a company to trust and rely on, especially when unavailable to help with the moving process, like me. I needed a company I could truly turn to to get the job done right while I adjusted to my new location.

It is one of the best interstate moving company options I have ever come across, and I have been moving throughout the country for more than 20 years! They have one of the best teams I have ever worked with and helped to smooth the process of reassuring me that my move was going as smooth as possible at all times.
    
    I was never anxious or stressed when working with this moving company, as they informed me of the process every step of the way. They provided me with peace of mind and alleviated my worry of transporting my furniture and personal belongings on time. I have now told all of my family and friends about this moving company as I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the service I received. Their team was attentive, pleasant, and extremely efficient, even though I had to move an entire three-bedroom home! I am extremely impressed with this moving company and cannot recommend them highly enough!
