They all did a great job.
I had four people that I dealt with at LDRG. First, I dealt with the salesman. Then I was given a name of a moving coordinator who was there sometimes and sometimes not. And then I got another person. I got one to coordinate it down. The experiences were all good and positive. The move went very well. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The crew that came out to pick up our stuff was excellent. And the crew that moved us in from your warehouse to our current home was also excellent. They all did a great job.

I had used Long Distance Inc before so I used them again. My interactions with their reps were very good and I had a great time with the moving crew. However, I had a glass tabletop that was missing. All the while, I thought I left it at the apartment. So, I went back and looked twice. And then I thought it was left in the truck. I contacted I even sent pictures. I have two glass-tops and I sent them a picture of it. I filed a claim and everything has been taken care of.

Couldn't ask for nicer guy than Eric in working out all the details for us. The crew that actually showed up were likewise a fabulous group of guys. They made everything so easy.. and fun. Great sense of humor while doing a tough job. Thank you to all involved with out move and making it a great experience.

I just thought I would share here because I had a very good move. Long Distance Relocation Group Really went the extra mile to make sure my move went good. So I thought I would share it. By everyone.

Thank you guys for an awesome move. You never know who you can trust nowadays with all the scum bag Movers. Long-distance INc stood by their word. You are definitely a mover I can trust.I appreciate the hard work you guys did.

Long distance Relocation group pick me up for my move. Their staff worked efficiently they pad wrapped in blanket wrapped everything. They professionally packed all my China using saran wrap and some funny stuff.They really treated my stuff like it was their own. Delivery was just to smooth. Did have a small damage to one of my TVs but I made an insurance claim for it and that was taken care of.
Stole my stuff.
Company shows up after missing each day they were supposed to get there .. demanded payment before anything - mind you - my stuff has been moved to a new truck and I want to make sure it’s correct - refused to show me the load and when I said I’ll pay at the end they sped off.. stated they will just go dump it somewhere but won’t say where.. I’ve been calling since last week to get the answering service and only to get no calls back .. now they are picking up with my stuff on the truck and refuse to deliver. They stated clear as day to even a cop who was there that they are not delivering my items .. they refuse to answer our calls .. my items are now stolen since not delivered ..

Long distance Inc service was excellent. Everything that they promised me they would do, they did it in a timely manner. The driver and his helper were excellent. They treated my stuff with total respect. I watched them pack it and they packed it perfectly. When they got to my destination, they unpacked it and set it up perfectly. It was a very good experience. I would recommend LDI to anybody. If they can afford them, they should book them.

Sammy, Matt and Lawrence did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the follow-up and responsiveness. We have a winter home in South Carolina and we were looking for a firm to accommodate us with moving some additional furniture from our permanent residence in Indiana. I’ve done a lot of this over the years. The move with Long distance Inc was one of the better if not the best experience. The moving crew did a very good job as well. They were very cooperative and behaved appropriately.

I personally use these guys to move a storage unit a 10 x 10. They gave me a quote based on the size of the storage unit full. Even though the storage and it wasn’t completely full.So on pick up they actually reduce my price I needed some extra stuff professionally packed and repacked from the storage unit so I incurred no additional cost. They may seem like the higher quote in the beginning but they give you an honest price and I appreciate that.

Long distance was the quickest to respond to my inquiries when I was searching for a mover. Eric the first person I spoke with at Ling distance inc was really interested in what I wanted, listened to what I had to say, and answered my questions very quickly. He spoke with me a couple of times. The moving people were friendly and professional, and they worked quickly. They explained everything and told me what they were going to do in advance, and they did it. Everything went according to plan.

Great service guys. So my move went very smooth. I had a long-distance move I needed it done as soon as possible. So I reached out to these guys and they were able to pick me up fast. I can't thank you guys enough. I'll recommend you to anyone that's moving and I had to let everyone on here know as well.
Damaged furniture/poor customer service.
I recently moved from Merrick NY to Venice Fl. When the movers arrived and unloaded my furniture almost all of it was damaged. The movers assembled my befroom furniture and never mentioned the damages to a 5 pieces till I noticed it myself. The double dresser had a broken leg and no one thought to inform us. The Sealy beauty rest mattress although in a plastic bag was ripped in 2 places. A wine credenza was all dented and an Antique cedar trunk was never covered therefore was all scratched up and had torn and stained pillow top. Small accent table damaged and jewelry armoire also all scratched up. I had to call the company 3 times before I got a call back from Tommy. After I explained the situation there wasn’t even an apology. I was told to put a claim in and he would email me the info. It would be a third party and they would decide an allowance. Unbelievable!! That was 3 days ago and we haven’t received an email. Very Disappointed. I expected more from this company.
