1. This is an excellent company.

   UAM moved from Pompano Beach to Pensacola under $1200. The movers were excellent, cordial, and kind. The whole moving process was fast and swift and affordable.
   
   I will use this company sometime in the future!

2. United american moving is a scam.

   United american moving is a scam. When we talked to a sale's person, he seemed very nice and gave a very low price quote to move. Then he was pushing us to sign a contract for 1/3 money deposit by promising that we could can cancel it anytime within 3 business days. We agreed and deposited $1,346 by e-check. In less than 12 hours, we called him again try to cancel it bc our home buyers backed away. But he and his manager didn't allow us to cancel it and refund our deposit. Now we're stacked and have to file a dispute with our bank and try to get our money back (hopefully). We so regret that we didn't do our home work before signing a contract and easily believe what a sale's person said. After we searched on wed, we found lots of people complained about the company a scam and warned DON'T do business with them to save the trouble. We wish we had seen the reviews before our call. It too late now. We hope our review can help other people not to get into the trouble we involved again!! Thank.

3. Time.

   These guys are great, they took great care of my belongings. Had me loaded and unloaded in 30 min each, and I lived on the 3rd floor. Made moving painless.

   Moved from Texas to NJ and these guys were on point, treated my belongings with respect, were punctual and professional. If I move again, I will be using them again. I recommend them to anyone who needs the job done right!

   Customer service was superb, she answered every question with great detail. Forest truly went above and beyond to find me the best priced deal as well! Highly recommend using United American Moving!!

   This is a great moving company. We moved from Texas to Florida. They were extremely proffesional and friendly. Their staff members were excellent. They communicated with us very well. We knew what was happening every step of the move. They got us in our new place in no time and I'm glad I didn't have to worry or break a sweat!! Would recommend to anyone looking to move!!

   I appreciate their responsiveness. They did get my things out within minimal timeframe. And all this came at a decent rate.

   What brought me to United American was the overall hype in the reviews, but I was actually blown away at how great my experience was moving with these guys! First of all, the movers are absolutely professional, were on time, and knew exactly what they were doing when they moved all the furniture out. The price I got over the phone was the same price I paid on my moving day. Highly recommended.

   I was very pleased to see how professional the movers were and how reasonable the price was! Overall, I was satisfied with their work and the movers made sure none of my items were damaged. If you need to move United American Moving is the company to go with!

11. Work out great.

    I was really worried after having to move in a short amount of time because of my expenses but my sales representative Paul assured me that it was a all inclusive quote and that they'll work out the best quote for my budget that made really made my day. I had originally planned on taking more boxes with me but I changed my mind so I called and spoke to customer service representative Mya and ask was it okay to take lesser boxes and she was very helpful and understanding with my situation so I wind up taking lesser boxes then we estimated and the price went down from the original quote of $3,500 to $1,200 I received my belongings within the window provided of 3-14 days. The delivery team did a great job as well these guys will always have my recommendation.

12. Focuses on the customer's needs.

    I recently completed a move from California to New Mexico and when the time came to transport my belongings I reached out to United American. A member of their staff, Paul, was very patient with me and took the time to listen to my moving needs. They transported my things safely and everything made it to New Mexico in one piece. I would highly recommend UAM to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.

    I can not say enough about the customer service I received. These people are top notch. Jason delivered his expertise. Talk about being very efficient and helpful to the upmost. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to move and need experienced movers and they have ment my expectations so exceptionally. They provided everything I need for a safe secure move of all my furniture. Couldn't be happier with the services they are providing. Very professional and upstanding company. No fuss no muss they provide the movers and wrap all my furniture with care so nothing is damaged and then go the extra mile by securing the item's for transit. They also set up your new place for you.

    Mya was very helpful with customer service! And Grant with Sales really did an awesome job. I hate moving but these guys made it a pleasureable experience. Please share them for great quality work!

15. Out of State Move.

    I needed to move from Arkansas to Illinois. UAM arrived on time at my former residence. They packed up the truck with great timing. After we arrived in IL, I was ready for it to be over with. The movers continued working hard and finished the job. Very professional. Highly recommended.
