I reserved to ship my car three weeks before the shipping date which is 10/26 and I was promised to ship my car with in a week from 11/13 which that never happened. The lady Rachel, she seemed nice in the beginning but she was unprofessional,and rude. I was screamed at for asking when my car will be picked up after being patient for More than 3 weeks. Every time I call, this one lady keeps picking up and hanging up the phone. I was told that my account is being on hold and the full refund is being processed on 11/23 Which I never got my refund. Please take your money and do business with the company that cares about their business. Save your self from headache.

I was given a quote that was better than most. This is how they hook you. Vehicle was to be picked up between 11/23 and 11/26. They strung me along, saying it would still be delivered on time, 12/2. On 12/1, Debra called me saying the price would be almost double the original quote. She blamed it on the holiday season. I scheduled this early in November. I guess the didn't know in November that there would be holidays in December. Do not do business with this company. You will be scammed!!!!

Worst shipping company and very unprofessional
This company out of Chicago was the worst. I signed a contract for one amount then when it was time to ship they asked for more money. On top of that the lady Debra went off on me stating that I need to just pay the extra money and it’s shameful that I was leaving my mother without a car. She inserted herself into my family business and was very unprofessional. She cursed me out and told me that I need to be a shamed of myself leaving my mom to have to call an Uber. She was by far the most unprofessional and worst person I have ever dealt with in my life. I will never conduct business with this company ever again. They need to be shut down immediately and Debra needs to be fired. The car was supposed to get picked up on Friday and was no call no show all weekend and was finally picked up 9pm on Monday after me having to call them over and over again. I got the run around from Friday to Monday. Please do not use this company to transport your car.
