Debra provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I received my quote months in advance and I appreciate Debra for honoring it. She was very helpful in providing a date, 1 date was so quick it was too soon. She didn’t become discouraged as my requested date drew near and kept me updated daily. The transport company used arrived on time, was professional and QUICK. My car was placed on the truck from PA to TX at about 2pm on a Sunday and arrived to me the next day, Monday night by 11pm. Jesus is Lord! QUICK service and excellent customer service! Thank you!

Debra was awesome constantly updated us and worked hard to get us a carrier for the price we wanted. We shipped my husbands jeep while he was deployed and i was still in the process of moving to the destination and they still did a great job communicating with our contacts and what not. Very friendly and great customer service.

I had a great experience with New way moving services and the carrier. The representative, Mike, that I worked with made the whole process very simple. Not only the communication was smooth, he also found me a carrier right after placing the order. I'm also happy with the carrier they found. The car was picked up on time and then arrived 2 days earlier than estimated without any issue.
They earned 5 stars from me.
I recently shipped a vehicle from Michigan to Washington state. I initially attempted to use the largest company but their shipping offers - and especially the length of time on hold when calling them - weren't great. New way moving came in with a better deal and I was able to get the same agent on the phone multiple times without being put on hold. For completing the shipping on time, for a reasonable price, and communicating effectively they earned 5 stars from me.

I was concerned about having my car shipped such a short distance within California. The car was also not running. I had an excellent rep at New way moving help explain the process and find a shipper in less time than I expected. Car was shipped by a reputable shipping company and the car was received in less than a week from the time I contacted ship car direct. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is cautiously looking for a reputable shipping company.

They were quick to respond to my text. I was nervous about giving money upfront but they really didn’t bill me until they had a transport person and they actually lowered the upfront bill. There were no hidden charges. The car was picked up on the day promised. It was delivered a day late but I was notified of the change. All went very well!!
Nightmare
If you want to live a nightmare of lies and scams, go with this company! We have never before experienced something like this. Their customer service is so unprofessional and hard to talk with, let alone get ahold of and (particularly the dispatcher) will hang up on you if you try to have a conversation about any issues. I got purposely hung up on twice. They snag your deposit and even expedited shipping fees and then leave you hanging the day of pick up. We had two vehicles that were supposed to ship on the same day but neither did. One shipped the next day and they canceled the contract with our other one, right as we were in the middle of flying across the country to move and had to get a friend to hand off the keys to another driver while we scrambled to find a new company to work with. We got so many excuses like - the power is out, and the driver got covid. It doesn't matter what the reason is, a business should treat the customer with a basic level of respect. They even got our pick up month wrong. They called the business day before in May and that’s when I told them the contract said it was the was supposed to be in June. So, when the business day before came in June and I hadn’t heard anything, I called and they said they didn’t know a time and would contact day of, which was suspicious. They then contacted me day of contracted pick up date in June to say the driver got covid and none of our cars could be shipped out that day. Based on the lies, inconsistencies, and rudeness and we’ve experience over the last couple months, as well as other reviews on here, we would not be at all surprised if the covid reason was completely made up as a lie because they had not done their job properly. Even if he did actually get covid, New Way did nothing to treat us right in how they handled it. TO TOP IT OFF: the one vehicle they did end up shipping a day late we were scammed out of hundreds of dollars. Our contract had one dollar amount, but they violated the contract and signed with a driver for a hundreds of dollars more that we had to pay to get our vehicle back. We have proof of everything. Eship is a million times better to work with!! They picked up our abandoned truck within 1 business day of reaching out after New Way bailed on us. Do not go with this company unless you enjoy going through insanely stressful experiences.
