  1. Scammers.

    They did not pick up the car I was shipping from Mass to Conn less than 3 hrs away until I repeatedly called them as my customer was getting furious. It took aLmost a week past pick up Date. Of course they agreed to pick up after they asked for an extra 75 I knew I could not get my deposit back since they longer take credit cards and I had to wire the deposit so I agreed. I have shipped several cars from Florida to Massachusetts with never any problems like this. Stay clear.

  2. Do NOT Use this company-Owner extremely rude and unprofessional.

    My daughter and I needed our car transported to Huntsville Alabama from NY before August4, 2020. My daughter signed the contract on July 14 with a promise from Debra that our car would be delivered to her before the 4th of August .We called several times trying to gain a date in which the car would be picked up but no one seemed to have the information after the deposit was given. On August 3, 2020 I spoke with Rosa who gave 1 explanation as to why the delay and Debra who spoke to my daughter gave her a completely different explanation. When I called back on August 4, 2020 to request a refund, I was transferred to the rudest woman who Debra indicated was the owner of the business but refused to give the owners name. The so-called owner who said she was in billing spoke over me while I was talking, yelled at me a couple of times when I tried to explain to her that the car, the registration and the insurance was all in my name and that I was down as a contact on the contract but with the owners frustration when I was trying to talk she hung up on me mid sentence. When I tried calling back, the person who was identified as the owner picked up the phone, told me to stop calling and hung up again never giving me an opportunity to express what her employees had told my daughter and I nor did she give an answer regarding our refund that I requested when we realized we were not getting anywhere with the shipping. when my daughter tried calling them, they never answered any of her calls and we do not know if we will be receiving our refund back or not. This company needs to be out of business and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

  3. All the negative reviews are true.

    Like many people who fell victim to this company, I did not look close enough at all the "positive" reviews on this company that were posted on different sites and found after further review that the positive reviews are fake. The company initially would call us multiple times a day to get our deposite of $300, and once they got that money they basically fell of the earth as far as communication. After 3 weeks of this, I called and asked for a refund, Debra told me that they can't issue a refund because a driver had already been assigned, when I asked for the drivers contact info she made up a lie and told me she couldn't give it to me yet, finally when she did, she said it was BBC transporting service out of miami, when I searched the DOT website, no record of this company exist. Even better, the phone number she gave me to contact BBC (561 320 1501) is actually a number to New Way Moving service, and they pretended to be the dispatcher of the driver.

    This company is not just a company that has bad customer service, they literally make money by scamming people out of their deposits, you absolutely will not get your money back from these people even if they say they will, they have learned that its easier to lie, make up stories and deal with upset customers on the phone rather that rightfully give back money to people.

    Also, for some insider information, I reached out to a moving company that relies on brokers to ask if they had and experience working with New Way moving service, the company I spoke to said they have used them on multiple occasions and that every time they have delivered a car for them, New Way has told them a price they will pay them was higher than what was told to the customer. As you can imagine, this creates conflict when the car is being delivered and the driver is saying you have to pay more than what was agreed on. I highly recommend staying away from this company, do not give them a deposite and don't use money transferring services that don't allow you to dispute charges. With the amount of time the put into creating fake positive reviews, its too bad they don't put that time and resources into being a reputable company.

  4. Terrible - Do not use this company (Scam).

    Offers discount to reel you in. Pretends to have a driver assigned. Had me pay through Cash app right away.

    I wanted to ship my vehicle from California to Alabama. Delayed after delay. They kept giving false pick up dates. Lie after Lie. I ended up using a different delivery company. I asked them to return my deposit. They pretended to do so, but it never happened. They will not respond. I found out that they have a history of this. Read their contract fully before you sign. It's a rip off.

  5. Unreliable.

    We used New Way Moving to transport a Mini from Las Vegas to Kansas City. We contacted New Way on May 19 and the Mini was delivered on May 24. Wonderful Service.

    We needed another car transported from Las Vegas to Kansas City, same as prior service received. I contacted New Way on June 9. I was told the car would be picked up on Tuesday, June 16. When I did not hear from a transport, I called New Way, I was told it would be on Thursday, June 18. Then I was told it would first thing Friday, June 19. Somewhere along the way, I started talking to Rosa. When I called and asked if the car was being picked up, Rosa promised it would be no later than Sunday, June 21. If it did not get picked up by Sunday, June 21, New Way would return our deposit. I called Rosa on Tuesday June 23 and was told that they were not able to locate a transport company and that we could get our refund back. I waited a week for the refund to show in my account. When I call to ask about the return of our deposit, I say who I am, I am put on hold and sent to voice mail.

  6. Run run away.

    Do not use this company. They will steal your money. They will lie to you that if you ever needed to cancel your booking, they will refund your money in full. A lady by the name Rachel lied to me that l would get my money back. Even gave me her personal cell phone number.Been over a week now and she won’t even answer my calls or respond to my text. They are a scam don’t do business with them. Look for other better options if you don’t want your money stolen.

  7. Awful!! Never Use This!!

    I wish 0 stars were an option. They’re such a scam!! We had to ship the car from Pennsylvania to California. They took our $150 deposit and they gave us a window of when they’d arrive.. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! We tried calling and calling out THEY NEVER PICKED UP THE CALLS!! PLEEEEAAASSEEEE NEVER USE THEM!!

  9. No Customer Service, avoids phone calls and text!

    New Way Moving Service has the absolute worst customer service, will not answer calls or text, takes your money and never does the job. They will continue to provide false promises and never do the job they were hired for. Once you demand a refund they ignore you. Below is my exact BBB complaint filed:

    I hired New Way Moving Services on May 10, 2020 providing a requested $175 deposit to retain the services of moving my 1986 Pontiac Trans Am from Newaygo, MI to Bradenton, FL; upon delivery I was contracted to pay $400 to the driver. I was verbally told that the vehicle would be picked up within 24-48 hours of the time I signed the contract by Debra. Within 48 hours I was contacted by the dispatcher and told the driver was in route to pick up my vehicle, although the driver required a total of $500 upon delivery. I told the dispatcher absolutely not, my contract stated $400 upon delivery. I was told by the dispatcher she would call me back in a few minutes and never did.

    I proceeded to call Debra the sales person/customer service person explaining to her what had happened with the dispatcher. Debra stated that someone would contact me in about 10 minutes. No one ever called back that day.

    I called the customer service line the next day and asked what happened, no one has called me or attempted to call me and I would like to know what is going on. Debra stated that she would have my vehicle picked up in the next day or two. This communication took place on May 12th.

    I called on May 14, 15, and 16th received no answer, I left a message each time. Finally on may 17th I received a call from the dispatcher stating that my vehicle would be picked up in the next 24 hours. Again, the vehicle was not picked up on the 18th and I attempted to call the dispatcher and the company lines leaving messages since no one would answer my calls on the 18th. Again on the 19th I attempted several times to call, text, and leave messages requesting a response and finally the dispatcher text me acting like she had no clue who I was and had to look up my information. I told her enough was enough, they haven't done their job and I want a full and immediate refund of my deposit. She told me that she needed 10 minutes to look up my information and would get right back with me. I told her every time someone says they will get back to me they never do, I want a phone call right now and speak over the phone. She refused and never contacted me again.

    I proceeded to call Debra once again with Debra accusing me of being rude and vulgar with her dispatcher as she is yelling at me. I told her I never once was rude or vulgar, all I want is answers and action none of which has been done since they took my deposit. Debra refused to listen and continued to yell at me, I told her never mind I want a full refund. She hung up on me and text me with an email address to submit a written notice for a full refund. Then Debra text me and requested 48 hours to get my vehicle to me and I told her fine, she promised to call me on May 20 with an update.

    On May 20th I received no communication once again from anyone at New Way Moving Services. I waited until May 21st before texting or calling. I text and left several messages with Debra, all of which were ignored and then I emailed michael@nwms.email per the text on May 19th requesting a full and immediate refund due to being ignored, provided no communication, and the job was never attempted or completed. No one has attempted to contact me and I have not received my refund!

  10. No Driver..kept my Deposit.

    I NEEDED TO SHIP MY CAR FROM CALIFORNIA TO INDIANA.

    I WAS CALLED BY NEW WAY, INFORMED THAT THE FIRST COMPANY I HIRED HAD NOT EVEN HAD ME ON THE BOARD FOR SHIPPING. SO, IF YOU GIVE US A DEPOSIT OF $150.0 WE WILL HAVE YOU A DRIVER, I GAVE THEM MY CC AND THEY IMMEDIATELY CHARGED THE $150..

    THE OTHER COMPANY DID FIND ME A DRIVER. I CALLED NEW WAY TO SEE IF THEY HAD ME A DRIVER AND THEY SAID NOT YET. I TOLD THEM I WANTED TO CANCEL MY REQUEST AND TOLD I KNEW THAT THEY COULD NOT CHARGE ME LEGALLY UNTIL I THEY HAD ME A DRIVER UNDER CONTRACT..I DEMANDED A REFUND.

    OF COURSE, NO PROBLEM..WROTE THEM BACK AND FORTH FOR WEEKS, GAVE THEM MY VENMO ACCOUNT..NOW, NO CONTACT FROM THEM,,,,ALSO NEVER ANY CALLS RETURNED..I AM ON SOCIAL SECURITY..BILLS TO PAY AND HAVE HAD 150$ STOLEN FROM ME.

  11. Stay Away.

    Contracted to ship a VW from NC to AL for $550 ($200 deposit). After weeks, they said they couldn't do it for that price. Asked for refund verbally and written multiple times. Verbally told 2 days. No written response and no deposit returned. Now they do not even answer calls, emails or return calls. Absolutely shady organization!!

  12. Stay away with these guys. Lie, not good with customers, very rude.

    Please see the attached pictures of damage and the state of my house hold, Boxes were open, wet and hard ice cloths, all cloths were muddy and spoiled, also they didn't help in unpacking, just dumped these shit in friday night and left and I took whole night to clear the home to sleep as the driver were not with good attitude, as if they owe me for something. They even damaged my TV stand my couch which can been seen in the pictures.

    3/22 following up on the same until I get my money refunded, I need my refund asap. I cannot let it go as I put lot of efforts to clean the six month trash which is delivered in my home, I will post the pictures how it was when they delivered my house holds.

    These guys ate my money by saying refund and now they don’t answer my call nor my email

    Attached is the proof. Also they have damaged all my house holds, and all box and cloths and my electronic items were so wet and smell that it took more than a week to clean them but still these guys don’t value the customers. Very worst ever customer service I ever saw in my life.

    When are you delivering my house hold. My house hold is with you guys since Aug2019, it’s been 6 months now, I hope my house holds are in good shape and not spoiled.

    When are you delivering my house hold after 6 months of hold in a seized truck when it’s actually in moving truck from Chicago to Minneapolis it’s been 11days now and I don’t see any updates and no one is responding to my call or message.

    Hope to see my house hold soon in good condition after 6month of cold winter in a sized truck. Please give the updates or please anyone suggest me how to deal with these moving company.

    I think through the review is the only way to communicate with this company.

  13. Lied, Won't Respond, Won't give refund.

    Didn't follow through with promises. Lied about services. Won't return emails or answer voicemail messages. Won't refund money. DID NOTHING!! Called them 2/4/2020 about picking up my son's truck in GA and transporting it to him in NM where he is in the service. They said no problem- assured me it would be picked up between 2/5 and 2/7 and to my son by that following Monday- no later than Tuesday. Everyone in the dealership heard Rachel make these promises as I had her on speaker phone. I first dealt with Sam. They called me back numerous times to reassure me they could make this happen- borderline harassing me. I decided to go with them because of Rachel's promises. They called me back and told me I had to pay $175 and if I paid by VENMO they would deduct $25 and I need to hurry and sign contract so they could get truck picked up. I paid the money and signed the contract and didn't hear from anyone. I tried to call them on the 7th- no response. They called me Monday and said they had someone to take the truck but it would be $325 more than they quoted me NOT including the deposit I had paid. I said I couldn't afford that and didn't know that is what would happen. I declined that on Monday because I could not pay that extra money. She told me I was contracted until 2/18 for them to find a driver to which I didn't see anywhere in the contract. I called back NUMEROUS times to speak to Rachel and never got a call back. I called back to speak to Sam and left messages with no call back. I finally spoke with a Rosa on 2/12. She apologized and said I should not have been treated that way. She said it was after hours but that she could get billing department to refund my deposit the following day. 2/14 I received a text from Rosa saying they were processing my refund and emailing the receipt. WELL THAT HAS YET TO HAPPEN AND TODAY IS 3/2/2020. I have called and left 8 messages. I have sent 3 emails to their billing department. I call and call and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. I have messaged Rosa back- the only person who seems to be helpful and she told me to email the billing department to which I did. I have messaged her several times after that with no response. I can't believe a business like this is allowed to operate. This is poor customer service. My husband ended up driving the truck to NM to take to my son. I received NOTHING for the $175 I was charged and can't get a refund. My husband has also called and left several messages without response. I would advise ANYONE and EVERYONE TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will tell you what you want to hear, get your money by VENMO since it can't be tracked, then you never hear from them again. DON'T DO VENMO with anyone like this EVER- use PAYPAL so it can be disputed. This company knows they screwed me over and now refuse to refund my money. This is horrible especially since I am military and my son is military and we needed help in this move. I have contacted my bank and they do not have the refund. I have called this company over 20 times and sent over 6 emails with NO RESPONSE. This is awful for NO SERVICE at all.

  14. DOT Office of the Inspector General has been informed.

    Will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and the Office of the Inspector general. As other reviews have stayed they are fraudulent and scammers. Do not trust them or their pricing. The day before pickup suddenly our cost went up over $400 despite a contract. They are TRULY EVIL!!

  15. Fraudulent Company.

    They will not deliver based on quotes. They will not be open with their contract and will have so many hidden fees on delivery. Very fraudulent.
