   New way moving exceeded our expectations. From the time we reserved till the time the car was delivered it was a seamless experience. Their communication was great and overall we had an awesome experience. Highly recommend them.

   The most affordable from all the other competitors, Debra helped walk me through the process and it was amazing. Super transparent, and the shipping company they connected us with even delivered a day early! Overall, a great experience.

   I was very pleased with the service, including, from the beginning, the customer contact; Debra Williams was great with explaining everything involved with the whole process of booking the transport, the fees and delivery. I received an offer within days and was given the driver contact information. The driver was on time for the pick-up of the vehicle and delivery was very fast. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing vehicle transportation..

   Rachel helped me with getting my daughter’s car shipped back from college. It came from PA to CA. She was patient and answered all my questions, and responded to my texts and calls very quickly.

   Searching for some shippers to move my motorcycle from Connecticut to Florida. Found a website we’re transporters bid for your work. After reviewing several bids New way moving services was the best price. So called left a message Michael called me back within five minutes spoke with him for a while felt comfortable and was very accommodating. Kept me posted when a driver was going to be in my area. Motorcycle is now in Florida I would recommend Michael at New way moving services Well be calling when I’m ready to send my truck. Thanks Again

9. FRAUD! No refund of deposit after they change contracted price.

   New Way Moving Services (NWMS) out of Florida, increased the cost over signed contracted cost, within two days of the expected vehicle pickup date. NWMS required a Bank wire transfer (forced non-reversible deposit which in hind sight was a major red flag). When they change the contracted price so close to pickup date, you are either forced to pay more or loose out on the deposit. My wife and I are now out 250 and her vehicle will be stuck while she is underway with her ship back to San Diego. NWMS should be investigated by the Attorney General of Florida, and FTC for this scam. Phone support was anything but, as they were rude, argumentative, and loud.
   
   Honestly, this company should be avoided at all costs (do not fall for their lower price, it is absolutely a lie). If you really want to try their services, do NOT use wire transfer as there is NO protections in case of fraud. They really set up a great scam scheme and we will be reporting it to the Florida Attorney Generals Office and the Federal Trade Commission for military consumer protection. We don't mind a loss of 250, we just want to make sure no one else gets scammed by this company ever again.

10. So bad

    Unreliable. Cannot reach by text, phone, email once you've engaged a contract. Will not respond but if you are able to reach a person, be prepared to be disonnected.

    Let just say shipping a car is an overwhelming experience. There really wasn’t a time I ever felt in control. Michael was very friendly. I did feel a little misled on timing, just know it’s always going to take longer than you think or are told. That being said my car arrived safely, and New way moving even reimbursed me a little in order to get my actually cost closer to the original quote they gave me. No hidden fees or strange deals. There’s a lot of trust in the broker when you ship a car. Michael and the rest of the team tried to stay in contact and give as much peace of mind as possible. Had an issue with the driver dropping the car off at 3am, but it did come directly to my door. That was great. Needless to say, be flexible and New way moving will get the job done for you.

12. Good Care and service....

    A lot of brokers called me. I tried one that was $100 cheaper than most but turned out to be shady Debra is the only one that didn't have a total sales pitch and was straight with me. My car showed up 2 days early...cross country in 5 days!

    Debra was wonderful to work with. This car delivery business is very suspect. Debra was honest and straightforward from the beginning to the end. Price was reasonable. Service was good. I would definitely use New way moving again.

    This company did great job. They picked my car up when they said. They dropped it off early. And they used great communication! The driver was friendly and funny! Would use them again!
