1. Full of scammers.

   They give you the cheapest quote similar to other reviewers in here, they delayed the pickup by a few days then came back asking for 35% increase in quote, making them the most expensive quote.
   
   Given that they delayed the pickup, the window the car needs to be moved shrunk, now giving you less options but accepting their fraudulent price.

2. New Way Moving.

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. REPEAT: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

   The good Google reviews are fake. Go to Yelp and see the truth.
   
   This company is comprised of scammers. All they care about is their deposit. When it’s paid, they then increase the price. After that, you get the final contract. I guess the one I initially received was just for pretend. I just so happened to call the day before pickup about a question I had, and surprise!! New price. Surprise! That’s the only driver available. Surprise! Here’s the actual contract that has to be signed before the drivers come.
   
   They will also lie to you about who anyone is. Leith Doggett told us he was the manager, then someone says he was just the sales representative. Is there even someone by that name? You folks probably sit in the same room and figure schemes to run on people already stressed over moving a car across the country.
   
   You’ve got the right one. Wherever I see your business name, you will see this review.
   
   Shame on each and every last one of you. I’d like to be a fly on the wall when you get your comeuppance.

3. The Best Moving Service!!

   Can't express enough gratitude to Michael for providing such professional auto-transport services. Everything went perfectly for NYC to LA trip for my car. Michael was honest, available, and friendly throughout. Just the week before I cancelled with a different company I found on Google after encountering nothing but lies and deception. Michael is unique as far as I can tell. He cares and delivers on his promises. Thanks New Way Moving Services.

4. Scammers, do not use this company.

   These people are going to charge you more than what your signed contract says! I signed a contract for a certain price, and after they decide to charge me more for no reason! If I didn’t pay them, they wanted to take my car and charge me extra fees. They didn’t even wanted to wait for the police to get to my house. They are big scammers, don’t use their services.

   I moved from Georgia to Texas. New Way provided me an excellent service moving my house items. The movers called me and let me know when they were coming and when they would arrive at my destination. They moved all my items safely. No damages to my things which made me very happy. They assembled my furniture for me which was so nice.
   Thanks again for your services.

   Thank You New Way Moving Services for helping me get my house hold items transported from North Carolina to Florida. The movers were really nice and friendly and helped with taking apart and putting back together my items. And thank you for offering a month of free storage. I will recommend you to all my family and friends.

7. How well they handled all my issues.

   I’ve been with many transport company’s in my life because of how my business is and by far new way was the one for me I’ve never had such nice people speak to me when handling every thing to the over all transport and the little issues I had . Not only were my issues resolved nearly instantly there were nearly none of them. So if you ask me who I’ll be working with for the rest of my transporting time you’ll hear new way!

8. Kimberly Edwards.

   I must say this company gave me no problems what’s so ever, the staff is very accommodating and concerned with the details of my order. I was very please with how smooth this move went for me. 10 out of ten I would use them again.

9. Car Transport.

   I had a transport this year with them and they could not disappoint me at all. Made sure my car came back in the same shape that I had it before the transport. And they have the best honest prices.

10. Terrible.

    Scam artists. They are the worst transportation company I have ever dealt with. They Quote you a real low price and string you along for a couple of weeks. When you try to cancel, they refer to a milti page contract that says no refunds. Shame on me for not reading their reviews first.

11. Beetle transport from AZ to NY.

    I had contacted NWMs after waiting for another company to transport my car for over 2 weeks.
    Michael helped me all the way, he got me a truck right away, my car was picked up the following day and delivered in an excellent condition after 4 days - so fast!!
    yes, I did paid a little extra but it was worth it.
    This guys know what they are doing, Michael didn't sell me price but he actually sold me an excellent service.
    Thank you guys for an excellent Job.

12. Rude And Nasty.

    These people give you a low quote! get you to sign the contract then talk to you like you are crap! will not give you a refund to use another company! They trap you with a low price then go up on their price! they are rude, unprofessional, and down right ugly to you after you pay your down payment!! if you do not believe me look at all the other reviews! be carful the good reviews are done by new way moving!! STAY AWAY! I am reporting to the BBB as soon as I am done with this!!

13. Unethical company.

    I used them for my Car and House move and they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They will be great with you till you pay the deposit but after that they are never available.
    The quotes they give are only to get your deposit, it changes based on the contractor they get. It was a torture following up with them and they never provide all the information.
    I had to pay 150$ extra on the car and it was picked up after 15 days and for my luggage they charged me 300$ more than the quoted price and it was delivered after more than a month. Their initial prices, commitments and offers have no value, their word has no value.
    After facing lot of issues with them during my move, I posted a review online and that is only when I got a response from them. They texted and called me saying "If the review won't be removed everything is on hold or cancelled." That is the kind of unethical company they are. First they won’t do their work properly and then threaten you if you post the truth! I wish I could take some action on them.
    My suggestion would be to go with local companies and get a better deal since that is what they eventually do taking an extra cut from us.

14. Likely one of the worst moving services.

    Take it from me. I'm not in the business of moving cars, I am actually a physician. New way has now turn me into an activist. To those who were lucky with Newway; Well thank God that everything went well. For others. Please email your story at " newwayoutofbusiness@gmail.com" and check out this new facebook page Neway out. I'm in the process of collecting info for a possible class action type of battle. I'm ready to dedicate a percentage of my salary to put Neway Out of Business. Below is my story.
    
    They sent me a contract. We agreed on a price and date for pickup. The date came, no call no show. I called New Way. I was told the 4th of July is coming soon and they will have to charge me $300 extra to get the car picked up (as if they didn't know the 4th was coming). I said no, that was not the agreement. They called days later, when I've already relocated to another state to tell me they will move the car but I have to pay $100 extra.
    
    This is their mode of operation
    1. They are a broker company (middle man) they don't create goods, they just capitalize on it - Please skip the middle man
    2. They give you a quote where they beat anyone on the market
    3. Add many provisions on the contract to give them ways to add extra charges at the last min. If you cancel, you lose your deposit and will have to pay a higher price to expedite transport with another company
    
    My goals
    1. Take them out of business
    2. Keep other moving companies on their toes
    3. Hopefully create a free real referral site, where referral are vetted and given by the people.

15. Scammers.

    This is a terrible company! Avoid it like the Plague.
    We contracted them to pick up a small race car and a skid of spare parts they quote us 1375.00 then when they had a driver to come get it we were told it was going to cost 2000.00 because the skid had parts on it. OF Course the skid has parts on it! They were told it was a 4'4'4' skid 250lbs an empty skid would not be 250lbs!! and why would someone in there right mind ship an empty skid across the country!
    
    They are refusing to refund our 200.00 deposit. It seems there intentions from the beginning were to quote us low to get us to sign the contract then try to extort us out of more money at time of pick up because we have no other choice. These are disgusting business practices. These people should be put in jail!
