  1. Easy sailing from New York to Georgia.

I abruptly had to move from Manhattan back to Atlanta..the team from US Express made what was very stressful into a positive experience. John from the begining was so helpful..answered all my questions and helped me save $..he even gave me his cell number incase I needed!! Ben kept me up to date on my belongings and even got them there a day earlier so I wouldn't have to wait! The movers themselves where very professional, everything arived perfect condition and they even set it up for me! This team really made this experience positive! Thanks Ben and John!!

  2. Moved from Charleston to portland.

We had many moving companies to consider but after speaking with John we new this was the company we were looking for. He made himself available anytime we had a question..even at 11pm on one occasion! When we arrived at our new home in Portland we called Ben to check on the progress of our belongings and he assured us they would be there that day..and not even an hour later the movers arrived and in great spirits and set up our furniture just where we asked. They were all very pleasant and made a big transition so much easier.

  3. Very smooth move I moved to it I moved from Atlanta.

I moved from Atlanta Georgia to Boston Massachusetts and I hired US Express relocation to do my move for me. From the beginning John answered all my questions and was always available for my many phone calls. On the day of the move it was freezing cold and raining and the movers showed up and performed their jobs with no sad faces. My things were all shrink-wrapped and wrapped in padded moving blankets and loaded on the truck without incidents .My belongings arrived in Boston without a scratch and on time. Thank you John and Ben for a job well done and I recommend these guys to anyone that has a move planned in the future .

  4. My worst experience.

I have made a wrong decision when I haired this company.they conduct their business by ripping off customers. Specially if you are foreigners pls don't deal with this guys they will take advantage of u like they did to me..don't not trust their fake quotes at the end u will ended up paying double, they are very disrespectful even on the phone"Ben" is the worst one and I would not recommend this guys because their racist act and greediness..avoid them even they gave u a cheap quotes it's not true they have so many hidden fees u would not know till they have ure stuff..and the guys who load ure items would negotiate with you which is another scum..don't do it
    Nathan.

  5. Moving Review.

I hate to write reviews, and it’s very rare that I do in fact; however, I’ve been waiting on my furniture since August 10th when I moved out of Atlanta, GA to New Jersey. I had an agreement that I would ONLY be able to receive my stuff on the weekend due to my work schedule at the time. US Express asked if they could deliver my stuff to New Jersey the following Wednesday after they were ‘completing a job in Virginia’, I subsequently responded saying that I can only do Saturday/Sunday and they mentioned that it will be unlikely because they were doing a job in Vermont during that time. A few weeks had gone by and I still hadn’t heard from US Express, so I decided to call them and ask if I can change my address to my apartment in New York (this was August 29th) since the only reason I wanted my stuff delivered to New Jersey was so that it can be held in storage until moving into my apartment on September 1st. After calling one of the “delivery guys” named Sean, he said that he was busy and would return my call afterwards. It was Tuesday September 3rd and I hadn’t heard from him since Thursday August 29th, and I’ve been getting the complete run around. Currently my valuables (e.g., clothing, bed set, books, etc.) are being held hostage – they wanted to charge me an additional $800 to change my address from Millburn, NJ to my place in Manhattan (roughly 35 mins away) to cover storage, which is absolutely baffling as they were the one’s who couldn’t deliver my stuff due to their schedule. The unprofessionalism I’ve experienced using their service has been absolutely egregious and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. They’ve had my stuff since August 10th and I’m currently sleeping on the floor because I have no furniture nor any other belongings. I asked Jessica, one of the workers who answered over the phone, to email me the paperwork and receipt that I had signed on August 10th, and she mentioned that she doesn’t have it and that she would reach out the delivery guys who packed my stuff since they have it, which is another sign that this place operates with an unmatched level of disorganization and unprofessionalism. Lastly, they wanted a $200 deposit the form of a credit card payment, the first half of the payment in cash, or a 10% extra fee for using credit (obviously this disincentives one to pay with card), and the last half could ONLY be paid in cash once the delivery is completed (huge red flag!!).

Update: I received my stuff after paying the balance on the receipt following at 2 hours of arguing with the delivery guy. There’s no way I was paying an additional arbitrarily determined amount of $800 on top of my ~$600 balance. I received my belongings and they had broken my bed frame (the wood was split) and my dresser mirror was shattered! You get what you pay for, the reviews don’t like. I wish I would’ve looked before they contacted me like sharks after I did a moving quote online.

  6. Never move your staff with this company they are fraudulent.

I was supposed move my staff with them from GA to VA, these people don't care where your staff is and also don't care what happens to you after they take you money. They said they were going to deliver my staff on thursday since they picked it up on Sunday but that did not happen they put it back in georgia after a month. they did not even move it. I am currently in law suite with this company. never ever never move your staff with this compnay.

  7. Baltimore MD.

I used US Express to move my 4 bedroom house to Maryland. John gave me a flat rate and next day delivery. The move was flawless and professional.. Thanks US EXpress.

  8. Move to San Francisco California.

I used US Express relocation to move my daughter's things from Atlanta Georgia to San Francisco California. John and his staff gave me a very reasonable price on the move. The movers showed up on time and delivered my things to San Francisco in a timely fashion with no damage. They actually did the move less expensive than I could have rented a U-Haul and done it myself. I would recommend this company to anyone moving to the West Coast.

  9. Move to Los Angeles California.

After speaking to several moving companies and getting prices on my move to Los Angeles California. I selected US Express relocation mainly because of the thoroughness of the sales reps at the company. They were completely transparent with me and told me everything about the move and how my prices were subject to change if I didn't do what was required of me. They allowed me to update my inventory list numerous times and talked me through the packing responsibilities which were required of me. I received nothing but honesty from John and his staff. The move turned out to be a overwhelming success and I would definitely use US Express relocation for any moves that I have in the future.

  10. PLEASE READ BEFORE CHOOSING US Express Relocation.

This review may change your mind on Using US Express Relocation. Below are the facts (no emotion, just facts) My summary is that Us Express Relocation is:
    1. Not reliable (2 days instead of 1)
    2. Incompetent ($8046 wrong in their on-site estimate)
    3. Dishonest (never got the $750 discount)

The only positive I can say, is that the actual people picking up the boxes were great. The rest….not so much

    1. Incompetent: John and Ben visited my house. John came twice. Original quote $12227.05. After loading the truck on day 1, they increased the quote by $8046. So, although they visited onsite, told me they were experienced in quoting, they were wrong by $8046 (65%). And waited to tell me once the truck was 92% full.

    2. Incompetent: they said this would be a 1 day pack. It took two days.

    3. Not Reliable. John said they would be there between 8-9. Ben told me 9-12. Actual arrival just before 1pm. ZERO curtesy call about being late. The truck only arrive after 1:30pm
    4. Not Reliance: at destination, told they would deliver July 12. Actual July 13.

    5. Dishonest. Meritt (apparently CFO) indicated before packing second truck on second day that he would provide $750 discount if volume was 14 CF. He said “I am looking you in the eye. I will take care of you”. Never received discount.

    6. Dishonest. John said “we will have to packed even if I have to come pack myself”. Only to find out later, that he was actually driving to the Carolinas. The packing was in Atlanta.

Most annoying aspect. This is my 4th interstate move.. US Express Relocation was the worst moving company expreience. The most annoying aspect, is they kept saying “I know moving can be stressful”. It was only stressful because of US Express Relocation.

    If you choose them….good luck….

  11. Dishonest time frame and unprofessional.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU'RE ON A TIME CRUNCH AND IF YOU NEED PEACE OF MIND! My furniture was picked up in GA on 7/8/2019 and I was given a drop off window of 7-10 days in CA. After the 7 day mark, I called in for a status update and John gave me the run around saying to check in closer to the 10 day mark. I call on the 10th day and they reveal to me that my furniture hasn’t even been loaded onto a truck and is still in GA and to expect it the weekend of 7/27/2019! An entire 3 weeks! Double the time that I was promised! I am paying an extra week and a half in storage because they were dishonest. When I confronted them about the lack of professionalism, John “assured” me that he would take care of me. Obviously not. Don’t waste your time and effort and don’t give these people your business.

  12. Stress free.

I recently moved from Atlanta to San Jose. US Express is the real deal. They showed up on time and did everything they promised.Great job John and staff.Highly recommend.

  13. Great move.

I hired US Express relocation to move me to Plano Texas. This was a last-minute move due to a employment relocation. John was very helpful in talking me through the relocation process. the movers showed on time and works very diligently and got the job done efficiently and quickly. The price ended up being about 10% more than quoted because I didn't have time to finish my packing and the guys gladly help me out with the packing. I would definitely use this company if I ever relocate again.

  14. Hidden Fees BEWARE!

Us Express Relocation charged me extra fees on delivery and pick up of my items which were not previously discussed. On 6/10/19 I agreed to work with US Express relocation to facilitate my move from Nashville,TN to Lewisville, TX under job number A627395 for 1600. This 1600 included a stair fee and elevator fee which were discussed previously by John the sales manager that handled my order. On 6/19/19 my items were picked up from my residence by US Express Relocation. Upon entry to my home, I was told that I would be charged a $75 warehouse fee. The driver even said it was a hidden fee that could be found in the back of the contract. He pointed it out. On 7/2/19 my items were to be delivered to my new residence. The movers then told me that I have to pay $150 for an additional stair fee to the $75 that I already paid. I told them at booking that my apartment was on the 3rd floor with stairs and was advised to pay the $75 fee just in case. I obliged. Then I called the manager at US Express Relocations, John, and he told me that I get one stair flight free, I paid $75 for another and would have to pay $150 more because I'm on the third floor. I explained that he did not discuss this with me and that I would be reporting this practice to the BBB and he hung up in my face.

  15. Mover.

I moved from Atlanta to New York. The movers were professional, on time and my things arrived in perfect condition. Quote was fair and sales rep explained serrvice and cost well. Recommend this company for moves and definitely would use US Express Relocation again.
