    The moving team was extremly professional and punctual. I was worried with all the online scams but they are credited and even explained the whole process to me so I was comfortable about my move. I would recommend and if I ever move will only use them. Great job Guys.

    I recently moved from Alabama to Charleston South Carolina. I'd read all the horror stories about movers and even some poor reviews of US Express. However, the reviews couldn't be more wrong. John and his company stand alone in giving attentive and detailed customer service and professional moving services. I received all my belongings without damage and within the time allotted by our contract. During our initial conversations John assured me that his company would do a wonderful job for me. All these assurances were met and exceeded. Moreover they went out of their way to keep their services affordable and very competitive in the current market. Call U.S. Express Relocation and you will receive excellent service and a less stressful move.

    Possibly the best moving experience I could have hoped for. Jonh and his guys did an amazing job, they were very careful, polite, and incredibly helpful.I will use this company anytime I move in the future.

    I now know that this is the busiest moving time of the year. Due to the high demand for moving this time of year, my original move date was pushed back by 2 days, but it was well worth the wait. John was responsive and reassuring throughout the process and endured all of my questions in a professional manner I would definitely use this company again.

  5. Dishonest and Carless.

    Binding Move Quote given - day of pack-out, an additional 7800 dollars required - this company will rob you blind knowing time constraints you face and lie to you every step of the way. Owner is a evasive - they damaged over 9K dollars of items - and I am missing several thousand rounds of ammunition and 2 pre-war shotguns. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

    I have just moved from GA to FL and I used the moving company US Express Relocation. I had a wonderful experience with this moving company. The team came timely for pick up and delivered on the day we preferred. They were very experienced, professional and well trained. The cost was reasonable even though I added more items on pick up date. I will recommend this company to my friends and family without any doubt. Thanks to the team to make my move easy and smooth.

    WORST EVER..LIARS AND CHEATS. They doubled the cost upon arrival. I ordered them to leave, and told them that I'd find someone reputable to move us.

    US Express Relocation helped me with my recent move and they did a great job. I was impressed with the speed and professionalism displayed by this team. They showed up on time and were very friendly. The price point was good too.

  12. Worse move ever.

    The company said they would send 6 guys to my home and move all my stuff from one home to the other home in one day with two trucks. When moving day came they arrived at late in the evening and only 4 guys came and one of the two trucks had someone else's stuff on it. They took three days to do what they did and didn't get all my stuff causing my wife (I was in Alaska for work so she was forced to handle all this with our 4 boys by herself) to have to rent a uhaul to finish the job. The moving guys caused damage to both the home we exited and the brand new home we moved into. They damaged the hardwood floors, put holes in the walls, stuffed the walls, broke light fixtures, chipped baseboards, broke some of our things and we are missing items. This is the worst move I have ever had even after 22 years of military service none of my moves were ever this bad.

  13. If you want a migrane, use this company.

    I relocated from Charlotte, NC to Austin, TX last week. The process started by me not wanting to spend 10K on relocating my one bedroom apartment so I went with U.S Express as the quote was around 2K. My experience, in one sentence is, “you get what you pay for.” Initially, I asked John (the owner/Administrator - no idea of last name) what I needed to do to have my stuff delivered July 5th. This was mid-June when the planning began. He said “have to pick up Friday the 29th, not 100%, but will be moving the right direction if we pick up then.” Sure, have my things picked up the 29th, they were 5 hours later of their window due to another job being a full pack not just loading. I heard nothing from the company until I was called on Monday the 2nd by a driver saying that he need to drop my stuff “tomorrow.” I replied, “that’s funny, as my date is the 5th and I do not have an apartment until that day.” He was extremely rude and I had to call Ben, the dispatch, 7-8 times to get him to explain and admit finally that he released the load early mistakenly (“trying to help me out” aka not listening to my instructions of the 5th at all) and that now I was going to be delayed because of the holiday and the fact that their “50K truck” can’t sit and wait for my “2K” load as that makes no sense for their business. Okay, so I am a less valued customer because I am a single female with fewer things rather than a large family and need to be concerned with how much money they are making not that they have my entire life in some warehouse/in Dallas on a truck getting wet. I was, at that point, told that the 5th (that I scheduled 3 weeks prior) was no longer an option and that I needed to not freak out. Both John and Ben promised me Friday the 6th between 3-7 verbally after we had a screaming match over the phone. I take full ownership that I was irate at this point as I was starting new role Monday and didn’t have my things even in the city yet. Friday, I call Ben at 4PM and get no response until at 530PM, he texts me the driver’s number. I call the driver who had a complete attitude as well and was told “I’ll be honest, I haven’t even looked at your sheet, I am in Dallas and I won’t be there today 100%.” At this point, I change my tune because I literally feared that I would never get my stuff. I was called by the driver (not the owner or dispatch) and told that unfortunately due to the large loads they had, they wouldn’t be able to drop me until Tuesday Morning between 7-9AM. I was so upset that I didn’t react and just said okay. I have to leave for work at 715 (due to Austin traffic) so I was required to have leasing open my apartment for them (who showed up at 855AM via text) and was facetimed afterwards to ensure it was all there. I was to be emailed a list that I never got, nor did I ever heard from the company regarding the fact that I for sure have one box missing, potentially more and that I have other people’s things (see photos). The customer service with this company is about 18%, John is at least respectful and will hear you out and apologize. I was explained that Ben (dispatch) is so rude because he is “so stressed and feels the customer’s pain.” Not to mention, I’ve had to throw out multiple coats, sweatshirts, my memories and purses because they were full of mold. Overall, I will say you get what you pay for, I did finally get it, most of it is here and fine but they couldn’t care less for your schedule or time or concerns so not worth calling or trying to get a response, you’ll get ignored. I would highly suggest getting a Uhaul and doing it yourself or if you can afford it, utilize a real moving company. I’ve never felt more lied to or like I was in the wrong for things that were obviously out of my control. The worst part is the contract says 501-1500 miles, drop time is 4-14 business days so there’s nothing I can do as it was technically dropped the 12th business day. Thank you for reading, just trying to save someone a few stressful weeks and conversations.

    I was relieved of the tension and stress that comes along with moving. US Express was incredibly remarkable during my relocation from Louisville, Kentucky to Chicago, Ill. They were very honest about the service they provided and for that I am truly satisfied with this company, they were a true blessing in my time of need!

  15. Best price around.

    Moved from Atlanta to Denver last month and loved the company. Not only were they the lowest estimate I received but stayed in constant touch with me throughout the pickup and delivery process. They also delivered on time and with no damage to any of my belongings. Would definitely use them again.
