Finally we moved.
It has been our dream to move to another state since my husband and I wanted a more peaceful and greener place. So, last month we had the decision to finally take my Mom's house in Summerville, SC and had to hire a moving company to give us a hand for all of our stuff. We contacted US express relocation and they were courteous and polite. They gave us a reasonable quote and promised to do well with the move. We kind of trusted them right away since the guy (Peter, sales rep) really looked so convincing and sincere. As a result, they sure did keep their promise and the move concluded on time.

I would like to thank US express relocation for stepping in at the last minute and taking care of our move. When I started looking for movers we couldn't believe the amount of moving companies that there actually is. After doing weeks of research we finally decided that we would go with US express relocation. They worked with me and were able to explain the process in a far more professional matter to the other companies that we were considering. Price was fare; the move itself was above average as well. The pickup was completed on time, and I have to say the professionalism in which they handled and packed our belongings really provided me peace of mind. The crew and service was beyond our expectations. The move went great and none of our expensive equipment got damaged. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to move with a full service company. .

Thanks a lot US Express Relocation for making my move so quick and easy. I had to move to SC suddenly from GA. Moving is a big pain but US Express Relocation really did a good job. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They smoothly did it all. No damages or any hidden fees. It was wrapped up just in 2 hours and notified me as many times as possible. Do Not Use This Mover!
I had to move out of state quickly and this referral to US EXPRESS LOCATION , located out of Norcross, Ga came my way. Lesson number one..If your binding estimate looks good it doesn't mean ANYTHING! I asked for a binding contract. I have moved over a dozen times in 15 years and this is by far the worst moving experience I ever had. My binding agreement included stairs at pick up and delivery, etc.. and drop off at storage location. It started bad when BEN who took my order told me "that there were no hidden fees" in our agreement after we discussed and confirmed all. Then at pick up he told me that my quote now would be thousands more, knowing I was moving out of state the next day.I walked and he came down some. I was basically held hostage. Several items were not packed and broken even BEFORE being put in the truck. Many of the items that were labeled for OUT OF STATE were not on the delivery truck to Miami and were indeed put in Atlanta Storage space, I found out later after delivery. I was promised a delivery date that was 5 days late. Finally after no notice, they wanted to delivere late on Sunday and I wanted to wait until Monday as a result. They declined and said it would cost me $750 a day to hold. READ YOUR FINE PRINT!! I couldn't believe it. On top of that, they charged me another fee for shuttle which we discussed with the contract. I had it arranged for the van to drop off right in front of my apt and next to an elevetor to first floor, even though we had arrange for one flight of stairs at delivery with agreement. WRONG! They wanted more in cash before drop off. UNBELIEVEABLE!! I called customer service only to have it be BEN. Ben handles it all! I asked repeatly who is the owner. I find out later that BEN is the owner. THis is a NOT a good reputable professional moving company. This is a small "shady" operation. I am filing a claim for my damages goods. I hopeI receive it but I am not convenient that I will. BEWARE!! Moving is stressful enough without having the moving sharks eat you alive.
