During my recent move from Atlanta, Ga to Pittsburgh,Pa I used US EXPRESS Relocation and was pleasantly surprised with the professional ease and efficiency with which this company operated. Customer service was pleasant, movers arrived on day of move within scheduled time frame and my things arrived in Pittsburgh on time and without incident. They weren't outrageously priced either. Quite fair, in fact. Thanks John and staff/moving crew!

Helpful service from the first phone call to paying the final bill. Office staff did a very good job at explaining what they could do for me. My service was everything that they told me it would be. Moving team was on time, very friendly, and put myself and family
members at ease on a stressful day for me. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends and would use them again in the future. I would rate my service as First class all the way.

I recently moved from Atlanta, GA to Dallas, Texas and I used US Express Relocations for my move. They were on time day of the move and extremely professional and courteous. Everything arrived at my new home in Dallas on time, intact, and without damage as promised. I highly recommend this company for anyone with an upcoming move and working with a budget. US Express Relocations are a very reasonable and quality moving company.

I used US Express Relocation to move from Thaxton Va to Little Rock Arkansas. I contacted them on short notice and they went out of their way to help. I was very nervous about using a moving company but after talking to John I decided to use US Express Relocation and I am glad I did. I had no problems during the move and my items safely arrive and on time. I paid a very fair price for the move and I am very happy with services I received. I highly recommended this company.

I moved from Auburn alabama to Pittsburgh PA. Day one July 18th the movers showed up late. When asked if I was ready to recieve my things and I said yes on July 21st, they still didn't deliever my things. When called them they said oh it most likely will be delievered on Sat July 23rd. No delievery no call. Call them Sat night, oh we are now just leaving. What?? Get my things finally on July 28th, they left my bed in west virgina in storage. When called my dispatched he was very rude as if it is my fault. Luckliy I got my bed. My boxes were all torn up fragile boxes were ruined not handled with care. Things were dirty with black stuff that had to cleaned off. Then they lost some of my things, legs to tables, I don't have a table because it has no legs.They have been giving me the run around to file a claim. Dispatch never listen they tell you what they think you want to here. I used Social Moving Group

Kept my Misplaced Furniture!
I moved with U S Express Relocations, and some of my valuable furniture was misplaced, and I called back immediately to let them know. And they responded "Got it". So I waited a few days thinking they were going to deliver them to me while In route through my area. I called back in a few days, they said "File a claim!". We will check lost and found. I guess they forgot or it would be cheaper for them to pay me .60 per pound than to transport my furniture to me. At the end of the day they made no effort to retrieve my items and get them to me. We even went to their lost and found in Atlanta to identify my furniture since it had been less than 2 weeks, and what was found was a storage unit full of lost customer items just never attempted to be delivered and we weren't allowed to look inside too closely. I guess US Express Movers is OK if they don't lose or damage any of your expensive items. "That is if those reviews you see are accurate." How could my move of 2 bedrooms from Birmingham, Alabama to Forth Worth, Texas cost $4600 and a move from GA to OH cost $2600, move from MD to GA cost $1718, move from GA to CA cost $1396 and a move from GA to TX cost $1105, if those are legitimate 5 STAR comments??
I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!
Is your furniture .60 per pound?? Read the fine print about .60 per pound before you sign.
At this point I still want my furniture back, I don't want .60 per pound!
It's been only 2 weeks. It should not be that difficult.
I don't know if they sell, give it away to employees or just throw it away.
I was bombarded by calls after using the internet..
I decided to go with US Express Relocation, because they seemed to know what they were doing. I am glad I did. From the first call with the sales team, the price of the move remained very close to the quoted price. The movers were prompt and made sure my valuables were safe. They were very professional. They even arrived at the location early. They were efficient and courteous.
My items arrived in perfect condition. What more do I need to say but, thank you to John and his team, for a job well done. I would

What a deal!
I moved from Maryland to Georgia at the last minute and on a very tight budget. These guys worked with me to make sure I could afford it. Got me there on time and intact! Thanks fellahs!
Worst service.
The worst service ever, they don't return calls and parts of our shipments were missing. Don't be fooled by the cheap price, they don't have insurance policy to cover the missing pieces or damages.

I moved to Las Vegas, NV. from Atlanta Georgia. I've moved a few times throughout my life and every time It's a stressful experience. One thing is for sure US Express Relocation helped take a large portion of that stress and worry away. The sales staff, John & his team did an excellent job helping me coordinate every step of my move; they were professional and accommodating through the entire process. They gave me a very fair rate, all of my boxes and furniture arrived safe and sound! Five stars to these guys- great job!! Thank you!

Recently I moved from Atlanta, Georgia to Seattle, Washington. After looking at several different companies and hearing several different quotes I decided to go with US Express Relocation. They were the most reasonably priced for the services given. I was extremely not only satisfied, but actually IMPRESSED with their efficiency and courtesy! All of my belongings were in the exact same condition as when we left, no scratches or knicks! I would recommend using US Express Relocation to anyone for any move.
Awful experience.
I had a terrible experience with US Expressrelocation AKA Social Moving Group. Everything seemed fine during the time I booked this company until it was time to move. First we agreed on 03/12/16 to 03/13/16 as the move date. I was surprised to get a call from Ben on the morning of Friday 03/11/16 telling me that their driver was soon to arrive at our apartment for the move. There was no one home since that wasn't what we had agreed upon and this was communicated to Ben. Long story short, they almost didn't move our things on the agreed date until I had to call them several times as Ben claimed that their driver couldn't return to NC though it wasn't our fault the driver stopped by on a day earlier than when we agreed on. Ben eventually found a driver to move our stuff on the evening of Sunday 03/13/16. Upon arrival of our stuff on 03/19/16, my husband's laptop had been stolen with some of our moving boxes torn, our clothes and books thrown on the floor among other things. I called Ben to report the situation of our things when they arrived and he revealed that the driver wasn't theirs and they had contracted out our moving. This we never knew about at the time of the move. Ben promised to file a claim regarding this matter. I sent him pictures as proof on 04/03/16 but never heard back from them ever since. This company has left a bitter taste in our mouths when it comes to using movers for a move. My husband and I had more headache dealing with them than we would have should we have done the move ourselves. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY!!

US Express movers went above and beyond our expectations for our move from GA to CO in January 2016. From the first contact, to the walk through with Ben, the timeliness of the estimate and smooth coordination of the actual move, they were in constant contact and very professional.
Our move consisted of one large household separated into two. All of the items were clearly marked and the loading and unloading processes were nearly seamless.

My main concern for this move was the distance between Chicago and Norcross. But it was a move I had to make for the sake of my job. A friend suggested me that I hire US express relocation which specialize in long distance moves. I called them and they seemed very friendly and professional. Their quote was also as reasonable as it could ever get. Their crew of 45 men arrived on time. Their foreman, Al, had more than 10 years of moving experience under his belt. I had a flight to catch later that day. So the movers had to be super quick. They finished up all the packing and loading in just 4 hours. I was left with ample time to comfortably make my flight. Frankly, I didn’t expect such efficiency from a moving company.
