  1. Moved from California to Florida

I'd like to take a moment to thank Jay and Hedinir from Trinity Van Lines. 2 truck loads of household items and a ton of boxes from San Francisco to Ocala, FL. It took close to a month to receive our furniture, but I know the drivers ran into some horrendous weather among other things. We're all moved in and settled. I chose Trinity on instinct, and my instincts were correct!!!

  2. Horrible Experience - Find a different company!

I did eventually get my items, albeit a month later than they were supposed to be delivered. Our rep, Robert, was initially very helpful with the contract - once it was signed and the down payment was made, my access to the contract was removed and they showed up and tried to charge more than the contract stated for the piano move (greater than the already contracted surcharge). Customer service was impossible to get information from on where the items were - literally did not know where our items were being stored for weeks, or when they would arrive. I asked Robert for assistance to which he replied "contact customer service" and nothing more. Once the contract was signed, the company wiped their hands of us, took the down payment, and offered ZERO additional assistance to ensure this was completed. They were challenging to reschedule with and then tried to reschedule multiple times when I had indicated I was not available (i.e. Thanksgiving Day and asked if a neighbor couldn't just come over to receive the items, as if that were acceptable). Movers themselves were great and deserve better employers. I encourage anyone to not tip them poorly as a result of the awful company for which they work. This was an absolutely horrible experience.

  3. Move from Long Beach California to Seattle Washington.

Jay Cummings and his A team at Trinity Van Lines were Awesome! Jay answered every phone call immediately, or shortly thereafter. All of my concerns were answered with transparency leaving nothing to chance! Jay and his A team at Trinity were a pleasure to work with! The movers they selected for me were courteous and polite to me and my family. Any problem or issues throughout the process was immediately addressed by Jay and his A team at Trinity! I have recommended them to my Massive family and friends on both the east and west coasts!! Thanks for All your help and advice Jay!! Sean Carlesimo.

  4. Unethical and/or Incompetant

I was assisting my elderly parents in a move. I chose Trinity as they were recommended to me. Until we received the contract, there was NO mention by ANY of the representatives that Trinity is a BROKER, NOT a moving company itself. Additionally they either ignorantly or incompetently did NOT adequately communicate with the actual company doing the moving. There was a gross underestimation of the volume to be moved, the Trinity representative said, not once, but multiple times, stated that our move would take a full truck (Semi truck load) and asked specifically if there was room for such to get to the house. The mover showed up and low and behold, the WRONG SIZE TRUCK! They were informed by Trinity of one thing when in reality it was VERY different. Also the volume estimate, if you stack everything on top of itself(Couch on Couch, etc.) MAY have been correct, but what idiot would think to move a HOUSEHOLD in such a manner. Their incompetence, ignorance and plain lack of appropriate and ethical customer service standards is beyond belief. Save yourself the headaches of their lies....they are snake oil salesmen....NEVER use this company EVER!

  5. Do not use this company!

If you’re smart, do not associate with this organization. They are a straight up “Bait and switch” company. My family and I had to find a quick moving company to move us from Virginia to Florida and after going over all of our items with the sales consultant, Zac Hammond, we were quoted a moving price of $10,100. I paid our security deposit of $3,300. Then got a phone call from their QA rep(StephenPrem) to do a “FaceTime” view of our household goods. From his “view”, he estimated additional sq. cubic feet to a total of 2,200. That increased our moving cost to $17,000. With that “visual” increased the security deposit another $4,000. 2 red flags that I should have stopped this move, but we were on crunch time to move. After repeated statements noting that we were closing on our house on 18 Oct, I was assured that we would be packed out prior to that date. I got a phone call on Oct 14th stating that the movers would not show up until the 17th. 3rd red flag was when I asked if everything would be packed and loaded in one day, and was told that it would. Received another phone call on the 16th from the moving foreman that they wouldn’t show up until 3:30p.m. on the 17th. Furious, I tried multiple times to reach Trinity Van Lines and Stephen Prem for answers, but got nothing. Movers didn’t show up until 4:30p.m. that Sunday. They outsourced to a company called All in One Moving and Storage out of New Jersey and sent only (2) non English speaking men to pack and load. The 2 idiots didn’t finish until 11:30p.m. on 18th Oct, to also state that they had to use extra boxes to load, which increased our cost to $23,000. Original delivery was suppose to be on 18th Oct, didn’t receive until 22nd Oct. When they arrived to our final destination, truck driver stated that he couldn’t get through gated community. Company charged an additional $1,700 to rent a U-Haul for 2 hrs to transport from truck to van. Now I’m in $25,000 paying for a s**t delivery, and going through my packed goods, I would have been better off hiring random people that are begging for employment. This company is a scam and will take you for everything you got. DON’T HIRE!!! In the end you’ll want to get yourself a good lawyer. I have to give a star, but this place doesn’t deserve one.

  6. Would Definitely Use Again!

I would absolutely recommend Trinity Van Lines!! I have used several other companies in the past and now in comparison I will only use Trinity if I need to move again in the future. It started with my representative Jay who helped me with the entire moving process of moving my family from Florida to NJ. The movers were very careful with my furniture and they wrapped each piece so thoroughly as if it was their own. They were so pleasant the entire time and worked so hard. Great experience!

  7. Fraud, deception, theft of service

They need to be shut down. Attorney General should bring criminal charges. They ARE NOT MOVERS and their quotes are flat out lies. They provide NO useful service, they exist purely as a rip-off scam. Go to a legitimate mover, one that will show up in person and give you a real quote and has a Better Business Bureau rating of A+. Tried to raise rates, tried to force to sign agreement releasing them from everything, cancelled my move when I wouldn’t sign, stole over 4K down payment. Legitimate movers were 1/2 the price TLV quoted and then tried to raise.

  8. Great Experience

This was the first time I had ever used a moving company for a move and I my moving experiences from here on out have forever changed. My consultant Jay really walked me through the process and was very detailed. I had a long move from NJ to Florida and timing was important. The crew arrived on-time and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. No items or walls were affected at all and everything went so smoothly. They were fast and efficient and it was just a very positive experience for me a my family. I would definitely recommend Trinity Van Lines and I will absolutely use them again, no doubt about it!

  9. A NIGHTMARE

These lying weasels will call you if you search for long distance movers online. [NAME EDIT] will tell you they are “Tier One movers”. But they are not movers at all. They will subcontract to lowball fly by night organizations, in our case All in One Moving and Storage. When your belongings vanish for weeks, they will not intervene. When you cannot get a COI for your building, they will go silent. When your belongings finally arrive, unscheduled, in an unmarked truckmanned by people who basically hold your stuff hot-age in exchange for up charges, good luck! How [NAME EDIT] can live with himself, as he daily preys upon families already stressed out from moving, I do not know. I hope that he burns in hell, and that his belongings go missing on the way.

  10. My Move From Colorado To Florida

I originally booked my move with Jay at Trinity Van Lines back in April 2020 and were put on covid lockdown for 3 months. When we were finally cleared to move, Trinity was true to their word and moved us to Florida at the same price initially quoted, The crew did a great job. I would definitely recommended them to anyone considering hiring them.

  11. Dishonest company

Buyer Beware ! This company prays on people, do not use ! They are nice and sweet to get your money (down payment) then they ignore ALL correspondence even when you please for their return call.

I am out $1500 but I would have been out more and probably more stress if I would have continued their services. DO NOT USE THEM !

  12. Worst Company - they steal your money

I inquired for a move and I was told by the sales person Jay that I needed to provide a credit card to hold a tentative booking. All along I questioned that, but was guaranteed that this is non-committal. Worse, while on the phone I was asked to click on a link that was sent to me via email, little did I know that i committed to a $2250 NON REFUNDABLE deposit, despite the fact that I was told otherwise on the phone. I was unable to do the move and lost the deposit, I received absolutely no service and a simply inquiry phone call came to over $2,000. No one would ever respond to any phone calls or inquiries. This is the worst company ever, unless you want to get cheated STAY AWAY from this horrible business practices of lying and cheating.

  13. My move to Boston

My family and I would like to thank Jay and Polly from Trinity Van Lines for their help last minute. The movers we had originally hired called us 3 days before our move out day, and informed us that they needed an additional $4000 or they weren't going to show up. Trinity was able to get our move done on very short notice at a reasonable cost. The crew was very professional and did a great job. Thanks again!

  14. Since first phone call

I have recently moved to florida and needed my storage container emptied and moved from long island to fl.My agent Jay Cummings went up and beyond with evrything from top to bottom, explained everything that i needed to do and what to expect when movers showed up.I was very pleased and i would recommend trinity van lines ,and i would deal with Jay he was honest ,did what he said he could do.

  15. Don’t trust their estimates

I provided an exact list of everything I had to be moved. I was very honest about heavy items and bulky items. When the movers showed up they charged us almost $7000 more than the estimate. This would be bad enough however they showed up with a truck that was far too small. Despite charging us more than the estimate they actually shipped much less than was included on the list. Trinity did absolutely nothing to help me. I thought the point of dealing with them was that they would intercede but they have done nothing. I called them several times and spent hours on hold while the movers were still there to see if there was something that could be done such as a bigger truck or intercede with the ridiculous extra charge. They told me to write an email. I wrote an email but nobody in the past four weeks has responded to any of my calls as they said they would nor have they responded to any of my emails. Beyond that the mover has damaged or destroyed a large portion of my furniture and Crystal. They professionally packed the Crystal so they can’t even blame it on my poor packing skills. Some of my property showed up within two weeks more of it showed up at approximately four weeks but then there is still the portion of it that hasn’t shown up and appears to be lost. I can file a claim and get pennies on the dollar but that doesn’t really help financially or when it is something with sentimental value. Again Trinity will do absolutely nothing to intervene for me. They told me that I could write an email and CC them. That is not helping me that’s telling me what I can do.
