  1. Awesome customer service!!

    I just moved from WI to Dallas, TX. I spoke with several different companies and chose to work with Stephen at Trinity.

    He was extremely helpful and really knows how to put these moves together.

    He suggested that we go with a full pack when I told him the items that we needed help with.

    He was right!! All that packing would have killed my wife and I—thank you for the advice Stephen.

    Rob was great in the customer service area, very knowledgeable and always there when I called.

  2. Move from Texas to South Carolina.

    After I input my information into the web for some quotes, I was contacted by Tyler at Trinity Van Lines first.

    He was a breath of fresh air!

    Easy to work with, asked all the right questions, and was able to address EVERY question I had for him. I am very confident that Tyler is My Guy!

    He even helped me select a car transporter for my Range Rover

    When all was said and done, a few boxes were dinged up, and a kitchen chair was broken. Otherwise, the move was seamless!

  3. Easy Move!

    I have moved 3 times in the past 10 years. The first time, we rented a U-Haul and did it ourselves.

    The second move was with Mayflower by my husband’s employer. This most recent move was one where we sold our home in North Carolina.

    Although we sold many of our furnishings, there were a handful of antiques and sentimental pieces of furniture.

    I checked out several companies, and choosing Trinity over the others was an easy choice. Brandon was very thorough in his approach.

    He took his time, and made sure that all of my concerns were laid to rest.

    When the crew showed up, they went right to work wrapping everything in blankets.

    In only a couple hours, everything was packed onto the truck and they were off.

    4 days later, the same crew offloaded my items into our new home.

    This whole thing was seamless and very affordable!

  4. The worst moving experience.

    Trinity Van Lines use brokers and after selling your contract to another company, they don't want to communicate with you, they lie and won't help you at all. They sold our contract to Insync Movers, Inc, The most unprofessional moving company. They lost our new mattress of $500 and planning to pay us $50 for it. Lost some other items and broke some pieces of glass and china. They give you one quote and then they change it and you pay much more for a horrible service. The whole move was a nightmare. Do not trust or do business with this company or Insync Movers, Inc.

  5. How this works.

    The Trinity reps were very courteous and professional during my initial booking. But once the contract was inked any my deposit was paid, they set me up a disastrous set of movers.

    These movers were late, rough with my cargo, damaged the walls of my apartment and left cigarette butts all in my driveway. When I contacted Trinity to complain, they passed the buck to the movers themselves and were of little help.

    I booked this move on Trinity’s reputation. I did not realize Trinity would be hiring out the job to the lowest quality bidder. Don’t make my mistake. Look elsewhere.

  6. 40% of items stolen, significant portion of goods delivered damaged.

    I received an unsolicited bid for my cross-country move from Trinity in mid-2019. I did not want to use them as it seemed too good to be true, but was literally promised that there would be no issues.

    Trinity sub-contracted the actual move out to the most unscrupulous business in existence, Household Hauling, who showed up to pickup one day late. Upon delivery of my goods months later after being in storage with Household Hauling, I only received 50% of my goods, some of which were irreparably damaged. Weeks later, I received a second shipment containing 10% of my goods. After that, I was told that all of my goods were delivered and the owner insinuated that I was attempting to commit fraud by claiming I had goods over and above what they delivered. Unfortunately for Household Hauling, movers during the 2nd shipment verbally confirmed they saw in their warehouse my 60" TV, multiple luggage pieces, and other unique items/boxes of mine.

    I contacted Trinity for assistance, but they ultimately did nothing and have gone silent. I have since filed a police report on both companies and have contacted the Florida Attorney General to investigate the matter and these companies.

    This was hands down the worst experience of my life, I should have trusted my gut and done the move myself, but was instead scammed by two companies.

  7. Easy and Stress Free Move.

    Recently moved from New Orleans back to Sherman Oaks, CA. I did a lot of research into my move. After speaking with a number of companies I spoke with Jay at Trinity and found him to be upfront and honest about costs and knowledgeable about the move itself. There were no hidden costs of unfortunate surprises. Everything took place within the timeframe he said it would. Would highly recommend these guys - efficient, friendly, and well priced. Thank you for making this move a lot less stressful than I thought it would be! Awesome job!

  8. Move from NJ to CA.

    After spending our entire lives in NJ, the wife and I decided it was time to be closer to our family in Los Angeles. After researching our options, 4 to be exact, decided to hire Trinity Van Lines. Our relocation expert Jay turned out to be just that.

    He made the experience less stressful than we anticipated. Our furniture and boxes showed up 2 days later than anticipated..but that was to be expected. Thanks again Jay and Rob for a job well done!

  9. Price was exact- easy move !

    I had already moved from Madison, WI to Utah 6 months ago, when I requested some online quotes.
    Brandon from Trinity contacted me and walked me through what the process would look like. I sent him a detailed inventory of all that I had left behind in the garage of one of my properties. As it turned out, he was from Madison as well. We had a great conversation and he was meticulous in his effort to get my inventory exact.
    I was concerned with selecting the right company, as I am aware of the awful stories I have heard about moves doubling and tripling in cost.
    He assured mt that, as long as the inventory was correct—my price was firm.
    I trusted him.
    After the fact, I’m glad I did!
    He was being truthful. My inventory was exact, and the cost remained the same.
    The carrier they sent, picked me up on the 17th of Oct.
    On the 18th the carrier was calling already to coordinate drop off for the 20th—ONLY 3 days later—1500 miles!
    He said he likes to under-promise and over-deliver… This was amazing. He asked that I expect about a week for delivery, but it could be sooner.
    I was shocked that my things reached OH only 3 days later!
    Total cost was only $2400
    This whole process was like a breath of fresh air! Thank you Brandon and Rob for a great move.

  10. Our move to Chandler, Arizona.

    I moved with Trinity Van Lines about a month ago.
    The movers arrived around noon, walked through my home and got straight to work. They did a great job wrapping up all of my furniture.
    The anxiety I was feeling before the move, finally started to subside.
    My partner and I arrived at our new home in Chandler a few days later and called Rob to see where our move was a t this point.
    He let us know that it was in route and he would call within 24 hours to give us a more firm ETA.
    The next day Rob called and informed me that our items would be arriving that upcoming weekend.
    The movers were in touch , and arrived on schedule that Saturday in the early evening.
    They brought everything in and set up our new home. The delivery took a few days longer than I hoped for, but everything arrived as it had left our home in Cleveland.
    I am happy with how this move went, even more pleased that the price didn’t ever change.
    That was my biggest concern. Jay had promised that as long as Trinity knew exactly what the inventory was, the price wouldn’t change.
    Thank you Jay, you are a man of your word.

  11. Great customer service.

    Tyler called me and introduced himself and Trinity right after I submitted my information for a quote.
    He was very knowledgable and understanding. As we did my inventory, he kept catching little things that I had forgotten about.
    When we had finished the inventory, I felt very confident that I had found the right guy, and the right company to work with.
    Last time we moved, the rep that set it up, was no where near as thorough as Tyler was.
    I think I called him about ten times over the next few weeks as my move date was approaching.
    He is always there, and these guys answer the phone! Something the last company I worked with did not.
    He pushed me to overshoot my box count, and ensured me that, if I had less, they would reduce my price.
    Sure enough, when Bethany called me for my quality assurance call, 4 days before my move, I had 18 less boxes, and my price dropped $230!
    Now… a coffee table was damaged beyond repair, and few boxes were damaged as well. I was ok with it, but Bethany insisted that I file a claim.
    She helped me with it, and I was reimbursed $135. All in all, I cannot complain.
    Trinity Van Lines takes care of their customers. I have no reservations to refer them.

  12. Great work guys!

    I decided to move back home to Phoenix last month from LA.
    I had booked a move with Budget Van Lines. Stephen called me from Trinity, the day after and I chose to hear him out.
    BTW, Stephen is hilarious! He asked me who I had contracted and I told him.
    There was concern in his voice immediately. He told me that Budget has a ton of bad reviews about bait and switch tactics.
    He sent me over a link, and he wasn’t lying.
    They have hundreds… He told me what to do to get my deposit back, and it worked like a charm!
    When the carrier Trinity sent over loaded everything up, my price did bounce up about $400, but I had to add in my gun safe.
    I didn’t include this initially because I had a friend that wanted to buy it.
    2 days before I was moving, my friend pulled out. I wasn’t about to leave a $1400 safe behind!
    Stephen and I had talked about it, and he did tell me that to move the safe would be at least $300-$500 more.
    4 days later, everything was delivered to my new place in Phoenix.
    Interstate out of TX, was my carrier and they did a great job.

  13. Move from Washington to California.

    My move went great!
    Working with Eric was a pleasure.
    He is a very sharp guy and really knows what he is doing.
    Smart and polite go a long way with me, and Eric is both.
    I had 80 boxes, a bench, and a small TV. Eric quoted me $1800, and there was no change.
    He told me if the inventory is accurate, I am good to go.
    It was spot on, and true to his word, no increases. Yeah!
    It was delivered in a week, which was what Eric guessed it would be.
    I have heard several horror stories about moving, but I seem to have dodged a bullet by going with Trinity
    Thank goodness!

  14. My move from Leeburg, OH to Okatie, SC.

    So, here it is…
    I just moved with Trinity a month ago. I moved from OH to SC. As of a couple weeks ago, I was upset with how my move went. I had intended to write a bad review. The movers couldn’t make it until the second day of my pick up window, which was upsetting since I had planned for it to happen the day before. I move was about 650 miles. My items were delivered about 4 days later, and had damage to 2 of my boxes and a table was scratched, and a frame was chipped on the corner. Then the movers had the gall to ask for tips… Ugh! I discussed this at length with Brandon. He did apologize that the move wasn’t perfect.However, he did share a few good points. My move never changed price. I was delivered in 4 days. There was minimal damage, and they are helping me with my claim. To be honest, I can’t stay upset with what happened. A few weeks after the fact, I am grateful for hiring Trinity for my move. And lastly, thank you for not disappearing after my move happened!

  15. Awesome Job.

    My husband and I have been living in Idaho for the past 18 years.

    His employer offered a job that we just could not pass up, but it meant that we had to move only two weeks later.

    Having 4 kids, animals, and a big ranch to move, we had our work cut out for us.

    I found Trinity online while conducting my due diligence, and was impressed by their reviews and the fact that they are a Preferred Military mover.

    I spoke with Tyler, and he was beyond spectacular!!

    He coordinated the entire move with a full pack, helped me find a car transporter, and even shared solutions for moving my plants and animals.

    We filled up a full semi. They delivered in 2 days and set up our new home.

    I was sure this move was going to be a nightmare before it happened, but thanks to Tyler and Trinity;

    My husband and I are tickled pink.
