1. Great Job, well done!

   I will definitely be a repeat customer. Reliable, on time as promised, great teamwork, outstanding crew and provides competitive pricing. Really focus on what customers need and require. Helped make this move a pleasant stress less experience. The crew have mastered the art of moving, A+ for reliability, dependably. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome and it set the tone for a great new start, moving to a new town! Great job, well done.

   Fantastic service. The team they assigned to my move were extremely helpful. I will definitely use them again on the next move.

3. Expect complete abandonment.

   I hired trinity based on long phone conversation highlighting quality service and follow-through. I was blatently lied to by multiple members of the staff and when I repeatedly brought up concerns, instead of addressing them, multiple members of this company ignored repeated phone calls, messages, and pleas for help. If you hear the name Brandon, Rob, or Bethany, run away. Hang up the phone. These people are scum only interested in your money. Freaking losers. I had a 2 person crew show up to move a 4 bedroom house and spent the day moving myself. I even had to call a friend to come and help this "professional moving crew" get items into the rented uhaul they had. Buyer beware!! These scum prey on people and pimp them off to incompetent movers.

   My experience with Northern Star Moving Systems was excellent. Their crew showed up on time and were very courteous, efficient and professional. They were done so fast I was still able to handle other business I thought I was going to have to put off. These guys don't play around! I know every experience is not the same but I'm glad mine was good.

5. Good work.

   John and Eric were extremely helpful. Not only did they get the job done expeditiously but also they were friendly & considerate with the move. This is my first time using bellhops, and I'm very pleased. I would certainly use the service again, and in particular, I would highly recommend them. They took such care of my furniture, wrapping everything. They were very efficient too and helped make sure everything was placed where I wanted it.

6. 5 Star.

   The move went quite smoothly, truck and one of guys came earlier than it was scheduled. However it is not clear why I was charged for that early arrival. In general the process was well-organized, furniture was treated with care. A side note is that guys came to the destination later than truck and could move a bit faster (but of course you don’t expect them running with your boxes and furniture, especially when they have hourly rate). Also we didn’t move appliances, and I could barely imagine how much time it would take for 2 guys to move it from the second floor. Did not have experience with other moving companies so 4 out of 5 is fair rating from my point of view.

7. Run Away as Fast as You Can.

   This group of folks are not the folks you would want moving your articles. They are not movers. They are brokers who farm your job out to any company and charges you. This can be done by a few phone calls to any local guys willing to do a long distance move. They are totally hands off after the sell your job.Bethany will call you a million times before and avoid you after the sell off your business. They quoted me one price and when they sold my bid (Which they never told me) the new company Household Hauling (Even worse than Trinity)quoted and demanded 700 more on a Sunday.I definitely would not recommend using them.I definitely would not recommend using them. 8. My Move from OR to FL.

   So, to be honest, after my move was completed, I just needed a copy of my deposit receipt.
   
   I called and talked to Bethany. She asked how the move went, and what my impression was.
   
   I shared that the timeliness of the movers arrival was great. Pick up went very well, Dimitri and his crew did a great job dis-assembling and wrapping everything up in blankets. When I did the quality assurance walkthrough, we added and subtracted some items, but there was virtually no change to my estimate.
   
   After Dimitri did the walkthrough, he told me that we were right on. They did have an upcharge of $250 more for packing a China Cabinet and a couple TV Stands that have glass shelves and doors. I did not appreciate the additional charge, but the items they packed made the move without a scratch!
   
   A 20 gallon fish tank broke, a few plates, couple of glasses… Short of that, the move went very smoothly.

9. Move.

   I have never written a bad review until now. While searching moving companies I was contacted by Stephen from Trinity, I explained to him that I had moved 5 times in the last 6 years and needed a mover to move me from VA to MT. I had 2 other estimates between $8000 and $10,000. I explained to Stephen I fill the largest Box truck you can rent (2400 sq feet) Stephen gave me an estimate of $6900 with a senior discount of $1200. I asked how he could be so much lower than everyone and asked about hidden fees. He said because I was planning the move in the off season he could give me the great deal. He indicated that it may be a few hundred over the estimate but not thousands. I signed a contract and paid the deposit. My total bill for the move was over $11000. Bethany the director of operations won't call me back to answer questions. Trinity contract my move out to All In One moving and they at least answer the phone but won't help with the $4500 difference in the final bill. I was willing to split the difference and pay an additional $2000 but All In One would not even consider the option. I was told I need the final payment of $3064 in cash for the driver upon delivery. Prior to the move I called Trinity every day for over a week, no answer, then I called every hour and left messages it took 6 hours until someone picked up the phone to tell me what day they would show up to load the truck. I now have the delivery scheduled that took the same process called everyday for 4 days then every hour until Bethany picked up the phone and said "call All In One" again no help. I was looking for a moving partner and I got a moving nightmare. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. It has been so tiresome that I have contacted a lawyer to see what can be done.

10. Great company!

    I usually don’t write reviews, neither good nor bad ones. However, Brett told me he was going to do whatever it took to make this move go smoothly for me.
    I have to say, he really did put it all together. Was the move perfect? No, but it wasn’t anything like may last move, thank God!
    I had to add a bedroom set from my parents house at the last minute, so in was about $600 more expensive than he quoted me, but he did tell me that by adding or subtracting items, my price would follow suit. A glass top to my coffee table was broken, and we lost a few plates and glassware. Brett insisted I file a claim, and he sent everything over for me to fill out. I got a check for $42.
    All in all, I CAN’T COMPLAIN! Thank you, Brett – Not perfect, but it went well.

11. My move from NY.

    I moved to Melbourne Florida from Long Island NY. Thanks to Jay for all his help with this move!! From start to finish, he was totally helpful. Moving is a pain in the butt, and I've had to do it several times and I'll tell ya that Jay and the folks over at Trinity were AWESOME and helped to make it less painful!! I highly recommend these guys! They do a great job! I'm PRAYING this is my last move, but if not, I'm calling them to do it!!

12. OMG! You Did It!!

    Well surprise, surprise; MOVING SUCKS! At least the stress of it all.. I am actually quite pleased with how it all went down. I just moved from Fort Worth to the Southern California. I have to give a God Bless you to Brandon for the rabbit he pulled form a hat! My company is reimbursing me for the move, so I waited to book until the last minute. I had called Brandon back on the weekend prior to my move, but the initial reservation he found for me was now gone. He went to work and managed to get me picked up the same day!! He made some calls and was able to find me a crew and a truck in less than 2 hours. It did cost about an extra $1150, but he DID IT! They showed up--I had more boxes and items though.. All in all, a smooth move considering what I put him through. I had three other companies working on this--none of the others could service my move regardless of price! Thanks Brandon!

13. Moving sham.

    Once you received my deposit you farmed me out to Executive Moving and Storage. A horrible company. You would not take my calls, text or emails. They finally arrived yesterday and refused to place my belongings in the house. Dumped them in the garage with below freezing temperatures. This even after I explained due to health I am unable to move any boxes into the house. Surprise last minute cost and undocumented illegals. I will be reaching out to the DOT on both of your firms with the help of legal counsel.

14. Great movers !

     
    We recently moved my Mother from Lancing, MI to Fort Lauderdale, FL. She lived in her house for over 30 years and her  biggest concern was that our family heirlooms  would be lost or damaged in the move.   On the day of the move it was almost 100 degrees and miserable.  The movers arrived on time and the Foreman -Yevgeny, was exceedingly professional and very kind to Mom despite the extreme heat and Mom’s anxiety . Yevgeny was joking around with her as he and the movers packed up her huge buffet and china cabinet. They packed everything up very carefully and Yevgeny’s  fun/ positive   personality really helped to ease the situation . Everything was packed and on the truck in 3 hours. There were a some extra charges when the movers arrived .In total we paid almost $850 MORE at the time of the move for extra packaging for some of Mom’s  things that we were advised  needed more padding and protection.  In the end, it was worth it  because all of her possessions arrived in Florida in perfect condition, thank god! The guys that delivered everything to her new condo set up everything very much like her old home. Thanks again to Yevgeny and his crew and also to our Sales Consultant for working with us every step of the way . You guys were great and I would recommend your services to anyone making a big move !

15. Great Customer Service.

    I move frequently for work, 4 times in the last 6 years. I have used a new moving company each time mostly because I have never had that great of a move that I really wanted to use the same mover twice. I’ve been through it all; lost items, damaged furniture, movers that don’t show up or deliver on time. That said my expectations were low for my most recent move from Dallas to L.A. When I spoke with my Sales Consultant , Brandon, I was refreshingly surprised that he was super professional, knowledgeable and actually addressed and helped me solve some of the problems I had experienced in the past without me even mentioning that I had had problems with other moves. Brandon suggested that I add additional cubic footage to my quote just to insure I didn’t have any surprise charges on the day of my move. That was really important to me because I didn’t want to go over my allotted moving stipend. As my move approached I called him again to adjust my quote because I realized I had acquired more appliances since I last moved. He was quick to respond with an updated quote. On the day of my move the crew arrived on time. Dominic and his crew were kind and professional . They disassembled and packed up a few of my remaining large items and got everything loaded up quickly. Ten days later all of my boxes and furniture arrived in L.A and the crew arrived within the window of time and moved everything in and assembled my large items. A few of my boxes were squished but overall my things looked like they were packed well and made it without incident. As someone with a less than stellar moving history , I was relieved and grateful that this move went smoothly. I felt like Brandon helped be avoid a lot of the pit falls . Ill defiantly be calling Brandon again for my next move ! Thanks !
