1. Great Experience!

   We had a great experience working with Steven and Robert at Trinity Van Lines. Getting my move set up with Steven only took about 30 mins which was awesome because I was moving for work and basically had to figure out how to move my whole condo in 2 weeks. I boxed up anything that could fit in a box and then when the movers came, they boxed up my TVs , put plastic covers on my beds and wrapped up all my large furniture which was awesome cause I couldn’t have done that myself . Getting everything out of the house took about 4 hours and I basically closed up the house and was driving to Indiana the next day. It was a lot of work to move so quickly but I was very happy with how quickly Steven set me up and how Rob walked me through what to expect and helped me get ready and told me how to pack so that I could get the movers in an out quickly and get on the road myself. It took 3 days for my delivery and when the movers delivered, they set up my beds, desks, kitchen and dining room table. The movers Benny and Jay were good about asking me where I wanted certain boxes and what beds I wanted in what rooms. Overall, I was really pleased with the efficiency of the move and how considerate my movers and Steve and Rob were to my situation . I would definitely call Trinity Van Lines again if I had to move in the future.

2. Move from California to Florida

   Thank you Jay and Dana for a job well done on our 2nd move from Los Angeles to Palm Beach, FL. As restaurant owners, we know the importance of customer service which lead to repeat business and positive reviews. 3. Shameful

   Worst moving company. Only moved 2/3 of our items for 1000 more then quoted. Still had to pay another mover $4,000 to finish our move. Just shameful. Plus damaged items and no care in packing.

4. Highly recommend Trinity Van Lines

   I-Highly recommend Trinity Van Lines. I’ve moved several times over my career and had a few bad experiences. I found out the hard way you get what you pay for. Jay quoted me aprice 15% higher then the three other companies I was considering. I’m glad I chose to pay a little bit more. I was pleasantly surprised when Jay answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon. I know good reviews are hard to come by and people only write and read the bad ones.. but I honestly feel Trinity Van Lines deserved a good review for being upfront and honest. Thanks again.

5. Move from Colorado to Florida

   Trinity Van Lines did a terrific job moving my family from Denver to South Florida. The foreman and crew Jay sent to our home were very professional and very courteous. I highly recommend their services. As a former military officer ..I’ve moved many times and this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. Hopefully it’s the last time I have to move!! But if I do I’m going with Trinity again! Thank you Jay!

6. Wonderful moving experience.

   I feel incredibly fortunate to have booked my move with Trinity Van Lines. I've had to relocate due to work and I've had a few hellish experiences in the past. A friend in Fl. referred me to Jay at Trinity and I immediately felt like I had a friend in the moving business. Jay is a straight shooter, no B.S.... he was very detailed and forthcoming, and because of this, there were no unexpected, unpleasant surprises like you so often encounter. Booking with Trinity made my move from West Coast to East Coast effortless and worry-free. I highly recommend this company if you want to deal with someone professional and trustworthy!

7. LIARS and THIEVES

   1)TRINITY VAN LINES waited until the van was loaded with everything I own to DOUBLE the cost from $3500 to $7000. I was given a lot of inane reasons/excuses for this ranging from furniture counts as “x” number of boxes, to “we used a lot of tape.” I did not estimate the number of boxes and furniture, I COUNTED the number of boxes and furniture. Based on that count, TRINITY increased my cost by $695.00 prior to the move, WHICH I PAID—we are now at $7,695!
   
   TRINITY was more than one week late with delivery. I called them, and they said, “your truck does not appear on our GPS. We will find it.”. My truck arrived after that.
   
   3) TRINITY sent ONE GUY to unload all of my stuff. It took THREE to load it. The result was that he had to use a hand truck for everything and placed EVERYTHING, including antique furniture and belongings ON ITS SIDE OR UPSIDE DOWN! This resulted in damage to all large furniture.
   
   4) EVERYTHING was damaged. Everything. Every single box was placed upside down, regardless of THIS SIDE UP or FRAGILE labeling. All boxes, and I mean ALL, are crushed and sloppily stacked. See pictures.
   
   5) I had dozens of unused moving supplies: unopened boxes, tape, packing paper, and bubble wrap—all are missing—lost or stolen. Two cherrywood bookcases are lost or stolen.
   
   So, not surprisingly, I am not just unhappy with TRINITY VAN LINES, I am angry.
   
   When I contacted them, they said,
   
   “We will not refund anything ever. File a claim.”

8. Excellent movers!!

   We recently moved and have moved several times in the last 10 years. We had some really horrific moving experiences. But not this time. Our rep Jay was excellent and because of him not only did everything go smoothly but we will be calling him again soon to help move my in-laws.

9. Denver to Oracle, Az.

   I've never moved out of state before..the task seemed overwhelming to me. I called TRINITY VAN LINES and they were AMAZING!! I felt with Jay, he had everything under control and had my mind at ease in a matter of minutes!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

10. My Contracted Move.

    This Company is a broker. DO NOT USE. Worst Customer Service I have ever seen. Hides behind COVID. I lost money. This is not over yet since I will be taking appropriate action.

11. Week late delivery, no communication.

    We were told by our mover to be in Denver by Sept 4 to receive our moving delivery. They contacted us on Sept 4 to tell us our things would not arrive until "sometime next week." As of Sept 10, we have not received any communication on when our things will be delivered and all our attempts to contact Trinity and the company they contracted to actually fulfill the move have been met with silence and inaction. We have been living in our apartment without furniture for a week now because of the failure to deliver and communicate. We need someone from Trinity to reach out and work to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

12. Last minute move.

    I recently contracted Trinity Van Lines to transport my mothers belongings
    
    Back home to Michigan after being dumped at the door by the movers I had previously been working with. They severely underestimated my cubic footage during my sales call and when the crew showed up they said they could only accommodate half my belongings, so that wasn’t going to work out. I quickly did some research and found Trinity and was put in touch with Arnold who was very understanding and patient and took several hours of his time to make sure all the details were correct this time. I’m pleased to say the movers were awesome, showed up on time and worked hard to finish the job by sundown. The foreman Alex was very kind and even offered to sweep up my kitchen, after I made a bit of a fuss which I do regret haha. All in all, great experience. They were able to get me moved less than 36 hours after my initial call with Arnold. Top notch operation ! Will recommend highly to all friends and family.

13. Moving from Big Bear Lake, Ca. to Trout Creek, Mt.

    Do not use this company, estimate was $2,400 ended up up costing us over $9,000. They showed up to deliver (Virgin moving & storage) unannouced and waited in driveway 1/2 hour, drove around block and "redelivered" at the cost of $2,600 extra. Would not unpack and drove away with our stuff, demanded $4,675/(ransom) be transferred immediately or we would never see our stuff. Made false claim to police saying "we held driver hostage in our house and stole & broke his $750.00 phone. Week after transferring almost $5,000 we get a key to a storage unit and move oursleves using uhaul. WORST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES! Wish we had moved ourselves, everything we had moved in 2 loads using a extra cab truck w/camper shell, Subaru and small trailer to haul fridge & snow blower(small move, no stairs just from garage to garage). The subcontractor (Virgin moving & storage) stole our most valuable items - $3,000 worth and damaged about $500's worth. $750 demanded to buy driver a new cell phone (big lie). Move yourself or find a mover with good reviews-do your research.

14. Move from NY to FL.

    I had originally booked my move with another company last month, and they told me the day before my items were to be picked up, they had no trucks available due to Covid-19 and didn't know when they could reschedule. I reached out to Trinity Van Lines and they were able to get my items loaded and shipped to Florida the 6 days later. They gave me a fair price, not the lowest price, but fair proving you get what you pay for nowadays. My estimator Jay was very hands on and responsive to my situation. Everything showed up in tact. Thanks Again Trinity Van Lines, mission accomplished!

15. More from Florida to Pennsylvania.

    Worst moving experience. Belongings were picked up on June 19 and delivery date was June 24. They did not deliver till July 23. One box was completely smashed which was marked fragile, glass.top for an end table was missing and my plates were broken. Everything was left in a storage unit for weeks where one large box of clothes got wet and moldy. Terrible service. Quote was 1583 but more charges were added and I paid a little over 2000.
